The lodging in the flora vista made a simple visit to Belém a memorable and very enjoyable moment. I was not very fond of the city but the lodging in the flora seen made me change my perspective. The view to the park is delicious, I loved putting the computer on the porch and working from there! Also part of my routine order delivery and put the table on the balcony admiring the view. Eliane who serves us in the house is extremely friendly, kind and caring, at all times she is available to help with whatever she can. The host is extremely attentive and always asked if we were okay, if we needed anything, if we could offer anything to improve our experience. Breakfast is great! There are bread, tapioca, couscous, cheese, ham, egg, every day we had juices of different flavors, coffee, milk.. and we were also invited to taste the delicious cupuaçu sweet made by Eliane. Hosting has exceeded all my expectations! In all certainty, I will be back.

Local exactly as described. Great service by Andréia. The neighborhood where it is located has everything close by. It is a bit far from the center (30 to 40 min) and sights. But everything you need right away is close: pharmacy, market, laundry, etc.) Amazing condominium tbm.

From the beginning before booking, the host Clauber was very attentive and kind. After entering the house we were very pleased with the place, the cleaning, the check in was very practical, we entered without any problems, all the items that were talked about were totally impeccable. Clauber has always been very quick in the answers and has removed all the questions about what we need. Do not be afraid, whoever makes a reservation in this place with this host will not regret it because what he says in the description is still less than what one can expect, all very fantastic.

Always quiet and cozy

We spent 11 days in the apartment, and we loved the stay, we felt totally at home. Clean, safe environment, wonderful view, in addition to the condominium providing us with a great leisure area, with swimming pool, park. We loved it and would definitely return on another occasion, because in addition to the points I mentioned, it is close to everything we need, such as a supermarket, pharmacy, laundry, shopping… And the host was super helpful!

The flat is as in the photos, comfortable and well decorated. Very nice. Very well-equipped kitchen, with new appliances. It surprised me positively. The location has the advantage of having a large supermarket a few steps away. The street of the building is very narrow and simple.

Excellent apartment, with good infrastructure. You can see the owner's care with the place, since we were provided with an environment with brand new planned furniture, as well as a very clean and functional apartment. The owner complied with everything proposed in the advertisement and was very attentive and helpful. In addition to all these characteristics, the condominium has a doorman, which gave me much more security. The location of the property was also essential, since I had to travel to several points and the Uber was not so expensive.
