perfect for family gatherings. the upstairs room is super big, the kids can sleep on the futon. rooms, bathrooms and pantries are super clean. drinking water is provided👍👍 complete cutlery, you can order online to eat together.

We absolutely loved this property! Mas Bagus was super responsive, answering all my questions before booking and even asking how we’d like the extra bed set up—great service! The property exceeded expectations: spacious parking (even fits a HiAce!), a huge living room, and a spotless kitchen fully stocked with a stove, fridge, blender, rice cooker, microwave, and enough utensils for everyone. The dining table fits 16 people, and there are two water dispensers for added convenience. The bedrooms were super comfy with King Koil beds, and each of the 7 bedrooms has its own clean bathroom, plus coffee, tea, towel hangers, cabinets, and TVs. We also loved the rooftop—perfect for hanging out and great for kids to play! They provided a washing machine, detergent, and an iron, which was so helpful as we prepared for a wedding. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. 😊

I booked a place to stay for my family who came from out of town because there was a wedding in jakarta, the house is very homey, complete facilities, garage can fit 2 cars, the host is very good and responsive, thank you Rayyan's House

The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is easy to access and surrounded by many restaurants. Pak Iwan welcomed us was very friendly and informative, which made our check in smooth and pleasant. A great choice when staying in Bekasi

The place is clean with a comfortable bed and blanket, though the pillow could use an upgrade. The kitchen is quite well-equipped, including cooking utensils, cutlery, and a functional gas stove. The provided-electricity supply was sufficient for our two-week stay. However, no drinking water was provided. It would be helpful if the host could consider adding this, along with an extra absorbent bathroom mat for rotation. The room isn’t very spacious but is adequate for two people. One downside was the thin walls. On a few occasions, we were disturbed by the sound of the TV from the neighboring room. All in all, we loved the clean and super comfortable room, and the host was very responsive and helpful. Thank you!

great value for what you get. warm water at the shower, a pair of two AC's two bedrooms and a kitchen. (the toilet is equiped with a hand held bidet, I called it the Jet engine bidet because it has a lot of oemf to it haha, nothing negatieve tho) for us it was a great location to stay and on our time off exploring we sat back on the couch, the TV has multiple apps (YouTube, netflix, Disney etc) the view of the pool at the balcony is nice, speaking of the pool, it's usually very quiet and calm, and actually surprisingly big. furthermore the host has been very welcoming and helpful. ( we requested an extra key and it was provided fairly quickly 1/2 days) overall we where very happy with the Air B&B and all the extras it provides. we gladly rent it again on our next visit!

The tower where the place in, is still under development. Found slight difficulties to find parking spot since the crowd seems to be at the mall and other tower. Overall, waterpark at the apartment was a lot of fun especially if you bring children. you can go to mall by walking. there's parking fee but still reasonable for 1 night, max. around Rp30,000. The room as described, enough for 2 people, love the cleanliness though, the room doesn't smell reek. Thank you for letting us stay!

Nice little apartment for stays in the area, plenty of restuarants and a large mall close by with a shuttle bus connection plus a nice scenic lake for walks

The Airbnb is okay and looks like the photos, though the sofa shape is a bit different. The cleanliness could be improved, but it's still acceptable. The bathroom light is a bit dim—I'm not sure if it's supposed to be like that. The AC is comfortable, though, which is nice. Overall, it's good. It has Netflix and other amenities. The host is kind and responsive, but the management could use some improvement.
