The place is amazing, but I noticed some reviews mentioning cleanliness issues. I made a special request to the host to ensure it was clean, and to be fair, it came out dust-free. However, the air felt a bit stale, the place smells quite bad, and all three of us woke up with sore throats. My advice to the host: consider hiring a more reliable cleaning service, as there have been too many similar complaints in the reviews.

I came here for a family vacation and it turned out that everyone really liked the place, the AC worked well, the water was smooth, the place was clean and tidy. The place was very comfortable and the apartment facilities were complete and it also felt shady because it was surrounded by many trees. I will stay here again when I go to Jakarta. Thank you Siska for always fast respond when I ask something, you’re very helpful.

We really appreciated having all the cutlery and kitchenware provided – it made preparing meals so much easier. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of the city. We also noticed how well-maintained the facilities in the apartment were; everything was in excellent working order. 자카르타 출장이 있어서 방문하게 되었는데, 숙소도 깔끔하고 좋았음. 1,2 층에 수영장, 헬스장, 미팅할 장소가 굉장히 많았고, 건물 직원들도 친절하게 안내해줬음 laundary는 세탁물을 맡기는 시스템 같았음 ( 코인식은 아님 ) 방은 한국 기준으로는 신축 오피스텔 느낌, 건물 시설은 호텔느낌 한국 기준으로는 건물내 매점이나 시설들이 8시에 닫아서 조금 아쉬웠다. 헤어드라이기가 포함되어있지 않으니 필요하다면 반드시 챙길 것 배달도 시켜먹어 봤는데 안내해 주는 주소로 시키고, 도착하면 전화가온다, 전화를 받고 지하2층의 데스크에서 수령할 수 있어서 편했다.

We had a wonderful stay at Pier's place! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around. Lokasi strategis di dalam komplek dengan akses jalan lebar, bukan gang kecil, aman untuk mobil. Garasi muat 1 mobil sedang + parkir motor. Jendela besar, cahaya alami bagus, tapi agak panas dan kurang privasi karena tanpa kaca film. Kamar mandi atas ada air hangat. Kamar bawah tanpa AC tapi ada kipas, kamar atas ada AC dan sangat dingin. Dapur cukup lengkap untuk kebutuhan dasar, namun wastafel ada di luar (taman belakang). Ranjang dan bantal bersih, disediakan handuk, sikat gigi, dan pasta gigi. Harga sangat affordable untuk fasilitas yang ditawarkan. Host juga fast respon dan helpful. Overall nyaman untuk short stay👍

this house located not far from Tebet highway exit. housing area not so lound and busy. however road to access to the house really narrow, please be careful with this. complete facilities provided by host such as air conditioner, iron, internet, gas and stove.this house also clean and good

The experience of staying at Ella's house was very pleasant. from the smooth CI-CO, assisted by the very helpful housekeeper Kang Adang to the CO. Ella's house is really like the description in the photo, however, it is more spacious, neater, cleaner, more homey because all the amenities are complete like entering your own home. When we arrived, all the bedrooms had AC turned on, very comfortable after the trip & the room was fragrant and the mattress & bathroom were not damp. It has good ventilation & spacious room layout. With a large yard & the location is also not crowded even on weekends so it is very suitable for families who want to rest & or want to have an event that does not disturb the surrounding area. Amenities are quite complete Soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, towels are all complete! Dispenser, Kitchen & bbq utensils are quite complete, we are very helped. That night we spent time with games &karaoke tools that are available. Thanks Raisa,wonderful experience!

Iqbal place was amazing. Me and my family love to stay there. Iwas very clean and tidy, every room has its own bathroom More like sanctuary, quiet and calm. We love to see sunset to over the rooftop. There's a small lake in the back And when its time to rest its very quiet, more like you are living far from the town.. quick escape plan for family to reconnect.. They have pool on second floor and also helper is very helpfull to pick up our grab food order... Thanks iqbal.

I had a lovely stay at this place! The space is spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for photos — lots of natural light and stylish interiors that feel cozy and welcoming. It’s also in a very walkable area, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes just minutes away. One small issue: the bathtub didn’t fill up properly, as the water kept draining. Might need a quick fix. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it to others!

Casa Grande is a very good place to stay since it has direct access to the mall. The unit was clean and the check in was smooth.

What a stunning apartment! We have enjoyed our stay and used the pool a lot for morning exercise or calming down after strolling around the city in a hot day. All in all, we were so happy staying at the apartment and will definitely come back 😊

청결하고, 잘 정돈된 숙소. 깨끗하고 질서있는 주변환경. 자카르타에서도 아주 높은 수준의 숙소 및 주변환경을 자랑할만 하다. 수영장, 운동시설 및 편의점과 주변 상권도 아주 훌륭하다고 할 수 있음. 다음에도 반드시 다시 묵고싶은 곳.

Our family LOVED our stay here - the kids didn’t want to leave! So many fun toys and games. Indira left clear instruction and thoughtful touches which made it a great stay. We will be back!
