Hello dear visitors! We rent our 2018 renovated bungalow including garden with barbeque, fireplace and sun loungers. You're welcome to use everything. The rehabilitation clinics are a 5-minute walk away, as well as the castle park ( 2 min.) In the village you will find restaurants, a supermarket, an ice cream parlour, as well as a pedal boat rental. Dear guests, I am often not at home for work and offer my enchanting loft during this time, which invites you to relax and unwind thanks to its quiet location. In addition to a delicious morning coffee, the apartment offers plenty of light in great factory flair. The apartment is fully equipped with a large 1.80 x 2.00 m bed and a cozy sofa bed. You also have Internet in fiber optic speed (100Mbit) and a flat-screen TV. Guest towels and bedding are provided.

Die Bezahlung erfolgt vor Ort. Haustiere sind bei uns gerne gesehen. Für die Endreinigung fallen 25€ an. Die Lage ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Der Harz und Städte wie Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Blankenburg etc. sind in 30-45 Autominuten erreichbar.

3-room (completely re-papered and painted in 2018) with shower bath - small terrace and separate entrance. The property is about 4 km from the A 2 highway. The living area has a cooking and dining area with fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, etc.)Wi-Fi and 55-inch smart TV. The bedroom is for max. 2 people (bed 140 x 200). In the living room there is a sofa bed (max 2 people 245 x 160) & additionally we can provide an air bed for max 2 people (150 x 200)

The apartment is the complete upper floor with a large living/dining area, bedroom with double bed, walk-in closet, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, etc.) The apartment is located in the center of Helmstedt (district Barmke) and is easily accessible via the A2. It is quietly located and through the large windows comes a lot of light into the apartment, with all windows equipped with shutters.
