The basement has a shower, toilet, sink, queen bed and futon couch, and is heated with radiant floor heat. We have two new hiking trails on the property. Baldy View Loop is 1 mile, and Prickly Pear Loop is a 1/2 mile.

Staying in a retro mobile home was a little unusual, but everything was spotless and the bed was comfortable. Nice covered front deck and the large yard with separately fenced back yard were very pretty. Lilacs were blooming and smelled wonderful. Would definitely return.
