This house was very nice and private, everything worked well, we didn’t have to wipe things down when we got there, hosts are super nice and very helpful. Overall had a beautiful experience, will definitely book again!!

Honestly, this Airbnb was amazing! Super clean from top to bottom. The house is totally up to date with modern appliances, nice furniture, and comfy beds. The washer and dryer was such a nice add on! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Pots, pans, utensils, even spices and oil, which was a nice surprise. There was a coffee maker with coffee and filters ready to go, and plenty of dishes and glasses. The bathrooms had lots of towels, extra toiletries, and even a hair dryer. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. It honestly felt like home and not just a rental. You can tell the host really thought of everything. I’d 100% stay here again such a relaxing, easy experience from check-in to check-out!

This house was simply amazing. Super clean and comfortable. It’s in a perfect area. We were very pleased with this stay and think we have found OUR PLACE when we go back. If I could give 100 stars I would. AMAZING! WE WILL BE BACK VERY SOON.

The unit is clean and cozy. Visited Ron del barrillito distillery. Great tour! The neighborhood is safe and quiet. If you’re visiting this part of the island, great place to stay and reasonable.

It was so peaceful and quiet you hear the nature around you and it’s beautiful! I thought it would be hot due to no ac and I was scared about that part but we were actually freezing we had to turn it actually turn it off. There were games and the house is so modern and picture worthy definitely. There was also a whole binder full of things to do and places to go we had so much fun we did not want to leave I definitely recommend this place!!

Karl was a great host always able to text and communicate. Very helpful. The house looks way better in person. Beautiful home. Pool is bigger than what it looks. Balcony views into the Puerto Rico hills full of green trees. I love it here whenever I come back I will be booking through Karl at this home again. Great home

Felt just like home! Good location, the neighborhood is really quiet and peaceful. Even though we were on the first floor we still had so much privacy in our balcony. Jennifer was an amazing host, very polite and communicative. We really appreciated her. Great stay for the price!

We had a wonderful stay. The hosting team was very attentive. They really made it feel at home. Our unit included all must have/needs like towels, utensils,plates and cups, hygiene products, even beach toys for the kids and sunscreen for the whole family. Theres a washer and dryer unit below where we stayed and easy to access. Stand by concierge is just one tap away. Recommend 10/10 VERY CLEAN!

If Your searching for quiet this will not be it. But if your searching for fun, night life, and great location this is it. Instructions were very simple, easy to find, and security was great and safe. Exactly what was advertised, amenities close, full kitchen for cooking. Yaritza’s place was so peaceful and beautiful. It’s well equipped with everything you need and spacious. She was right there to meet me upon arrival and was very kind and informative. I definitely recommend staying here. Everything is close by without feeling touristy. I loved seeing the actual people that live there.

This home is located in the heart of Old San Juan across from several bars. We loved the walkable area and being able to walk downstairs and grab a bite to eat or a drink whenever we felt like it. The home was tiny but perfect for 2 and super comfy. There was so much history within the apartment! The AC in the room was perfect. I will say that the bed only had a thin sheet and throw blanket on it and I struggled with that. Keep that in mind if you like to snuggle up with a nice comforter. Overall I had an amazing experience staying here and felt super safe!

This apartment made our stay in Old San Juan so much better. It was central to everything and so easy to walk to everything. I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to be in the center of everything. The hosts was extremely welcoming and helpful for us to drop off our luggage and local food recommendations. Staying at Margarita's Oceanfront Paradise at Kikita's Beach was truly a dream come true! The property itself is stunning — perfectly named, as it's quite literally steps from the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and sipping coffee on the balcony with ocean views was a highlight of each day. The space was clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated, blending beachy charm with comfort and modern touches. Margarita went above and beyond as a host. She was responsive, thoughtful, and full of recommendations that made our stay even more special. You can tell she truly cares about her guests' experience. The location is unbeatable — close to everything!!!
