We had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico! The location was perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The space was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! The space was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated, it truly felt cozy and welcoming. You can tell the place is cared for with attention to quality and detail. Our host was also very responsive and helpful, quick to reply to questions. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and charming place!

Flexible on allowing an early check-in. Everything was exactly like pictures. Great location allowing us to walk to several locations as well as easy access to Uber. Great view from the balcony. What an awesome, eclectic apartment! Right in the middle of all the old San Juan has to offer. Cyrus went over and above in describing the place with videos, written instructions throughout the home and also a video on how to check in (you need to walk thru a small shop). Even with an unexpected 11:30pm arrival…we easily found the place, lockbox and our way into the apartment. While in the middle of bars and restaurants and lively nightlife, once in the room- we had a quiet and peaceful sleep. If you want to be in the middle of all that old San Juan has to offer…this is the place!!!

Our stay was fantastic! The location is incredibly walkable. The area is full of great restaurants, so dining out was a breeze and enjoyable. Plus, having beach access right nearby was a huge plus — we enjoyed spending time relaxing by the ocean. The pool was perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing, and the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful nights sleep. Overall, a wonderful place to stay for a relaxing getaway!

My sister lived her visit here when her daughter was a newborn 9 years ago. It’s now upgraded a outdoor hot tub with a fantastic view of the Atlantic from it’s perch on the foothills of Puerto Rico’s beautiful Yunque rain forest. We even did a night hike in nearby El Yunque National Park!This is a place of calm, peace, and nature. Beautiful and restorative. We really enjoyed our time here!

This spot was great for us! It had a cozy at home and community feel being a guest suite, outdoor area, and pups and cats around. The space is small, but worked out for us as we only needed it to sleep and bathe. So nice having items for beach available to us: Towels, chairs, coolers, etc. Gigi was so kind and wish I was able to spend more time with her!

I stayed here for about a week. The airbnb was close to everything walking distance to most places . Very quiet and safe . I’ll definitely book again .

Love the place! Great location, great space, clean and modern. The AC was fantastic. Very private and peaceful. I used to live in Old San Juan and I know it can get noise at night, and here, didn’t hear anything. My kids said the sofa bed was so comfortable. Can’t wait to be back! Thank you!

Beautiful place the patio on the roof top was so beautiful we enjoyed dinner one night with the fresh breeze coming in. Most definitely stay again . One down fall the Google maps and Waze didn’t give me direct directions keep sending me a different way , but I contacted the host and they responded fast enough ,also the first night had an outage and the host did composited me for half of the night . I’m going to say that’s normal there but i didn’t know either way the place was beautiful .

Beautiful and spacious house in a really excellent location. It's a central, walkable neighborhood, but not as touristy as the adjacent Condado. Perfectly comfortable in the mid-day heat with the AC units in the living room and each bedroom. Great food and culture options nearby, and a show 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk to great urban beaches. The only issue we had on our stay was that some of the windows do not have glass - only storm shutters and screens - and there were some loud noises which kept us up in the night (loud stereo systems, revving cars, and the tiny but shockingly loud Coqui frog which parked right below one of the windows).

So peaceful and extremely convenient location to walk around. The garden is gorgeous and the decor was breathtaking!

We were thankful to have picked this place and been able to stay here! Beautiful home and surroundings. We were looking to spend some time in El Yunque and this location worked out well for us. It was not a big deal or too hot but the whole house does not have AC, just the bedrooms. The house was so nicely decorated, clean, and very well thought out!

The space was as described. There are multiple units with a central courtyard and pool area. The property is secure and fenced on all sides. The bedrooms were nice sizes as well as the bathroom. The kitchen has any amenity you need and was actually well stocked with coffee, tea and spices. The entire apartment had alot of amenity items including shampoo, soap, sunscreen, chairs, coolers. Stayed at another location earlier in the week that had nothing so this was a refreshing change. There are several restaurants and stores nearby.

I would definitely stay here again! The place was so cute and cozy. The pool and beach were literally steps away. I loved it

Lesley was amazing, any questions I had, she responded quickly. The pool area was fun and the beach is literally a one minute walk from the second pool. We were out and about and their was a power outage one evening and Lesley reached out to us via text and through the Airbnb to inform us of what was going on and gave us instructions on how to use the generator. Awesome service through and through. The 2 local beaches next to the Airbnb in addition were great!. We look forward to coming back!!! Thank you Lesley for making us feel like were at home on our vacation. Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 was amazing!! Gina

The space is amazing right on the beach walking distance to everything you need. I would recommend this place for anybody. The host is amazing and the apartment is spectacular spectacular abuse everything you need to relax from the New York City rat race

This was an amazing trip Miguel’s home was Everything he was so sweet and responsive he checked on us to make sure we were having a great stay and that were comfortable I would 100% recommend his place and I would stay here again when I come back to visit PR ❤️

I absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb in Puerto Rico! The check-in process was super easy and seamless, which made arriving stress-free. The place had everything I needed and more—beach chairs, towels, and all the little amenities that make a stay comfortable and convenient.
