Great host. Stunning villa. Can’t recommend Villa Jelena enough.

Останавливались в апартаментах у Ольги на 4 дня, все отлично. В доме прекрасная терраса с видом на море. Прямо напротив можно искупаться, но мы ходили на другой пляж - Waikiki - он в 15 минутах ходьбы, с белой мелкой галькой и с пологим входом в воду, там нет водорослей и удобнее заходить с ребенком. Из минусов разве что комары, но на вторую ночь мы просто включили средство от них (есть в апартаментах). Ольга очень приветливая хозяйка, всегда на связи и быстро отвечает на вопросы. Удобно, что трансфер из/в аэропорт можно было сразу заказать у нее. И отдельное спасибо за возможность взять поздний выезд.

Milo’s was very friendly & welcoming. Great communication from start to finish. The villa was lovely & very well equipped. The pool was great & the boys went in it every day, despite it being April!

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in de villa! Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, met een prachtig zwembad en een adembenemend uitzicht. Onze kinderen hebben zich uitstekend vermaakt met de tafeltennistafel, het basketbalveld en natuurlijk het zwembad. ’s Avonds was het heerlijk ontspannen in de jacuzzi. Matija is een ontzettend gastvrije host en gaf ons fijne tips voor uitstapjes in de mooie omgeving. We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf – en vooral van het geweldige uitzicht. Een aanrader!

Antonija was a great host in many ways. Her home was fantastic. We have stayed in Airbnb's in many places and I think her house takes one of the top spots! It was beautiful, comfortable, completely stocked with all you need with a very spacious lay out and was lovingly cared for. We were 5 adults. We all had a private bedroom/bathroom and no one had to draw the short straw. All were equally comfortable with a private balcony. The bedrooms were furnished with guests in mind with exceptional lighting, comfortable beds, nice linens, closet space with hangers and drawers. A large sectional took the prize in the main area. The outdoor space was equally comfortable and beautiful with a full kitchen/pool area. The weather was unsettled but we still were able to use the outside features a bit. Even the pool was spotless. Antonija was very helpful in suggesting places to dine, taxi and adventures. She was able to secure a reservation for us when needed. It is helpful to have a car though.

We hebben een geweldige week bij Pauline gehad, het huis is prachtig en erg ruim. Het uitzicht vanaf het huis is ontzettend mooi! Er is een traditioneel diner voor ons gemaakt, dit was een van de beste avonden. Echt een aanrader! In de buurt van het huis is een leuke goatcheese & wine tasting, daar hebben we een leuke tour en een mooie middag gehad. Kortom, geweldig!!

A beautiful home in a beautiful location! The host was very responsive to our questions and was able to give us lots of great recommendations. The only point to be aware of is how steep the hill is to reach the house and many taxis will refuse to drive it. Thankfully we were all fit and able to walk it. The house was a great size and layout, with plenty bathrooms for the number of bed rooms. We all hope to get back here again soon, the house and country has stolen our hearts. Love from Isla’s Hens.

Miloš was quick to respond to queries, proactively checking on us and gave clear instructions and very helpful throughout our 1 week stay. The villa is massive yet so well designed that it offers privacy to everyone. Several rooms have en-suites and mini kitchens in addition to the main kitchens. Highly impressed and recommended for big families and groups. Supermarket nearby and the restaurant Sebelj was amazing local cuisine.

Evimizi book ettigimiz andan itibaren Milos her konuda son derece ilgili ve yardımcıydı.Arac kiralama, havalimanından transferimiz, eve girişimiz, girdigimizde ev ile ilgili sorularımızın hepsine cok hızlı yanıt verdi.Kendisinden cok memun kaldıgımızı en başta belirtmek isterim.Eve gelince, biz sadece 5 buyuk 2 çocuk seyahat ettik, cocuklardan ötürü korumalı bir ev istedigimizden bu yer bize cok uygundu.Diğer yandan bizler de kendimize buyuk ve rahat bir yer istemiştik.Evin karşısında otoparkı mevcuttu.Old City e arac ile sadece 5 dk da ulaşabiliyorsunuz.Evin konumu çok iyi, Kotor da kalabileceğiniz hem merkeze yakın, hem kalabalıktan uzak bir yer.Evin terası ve manzarası inanılmaz güzel.Kalabalık grupların rahatça konaklama yapabilecekleri çok keyifli ve rahat bir mekan, herkese tavsiye ederim.

A group of us stayed at Stevo’s place earlier this month and had a great time. Stevo was really responsive, our flight arrived hours early so we arrived earlier than check in but Stevo came straight to meet us there for check in and gave us lots of information about the place. He also sent us a list of recommendations too. His father was really kind and picked fresh grapes, chilli’s and cabbages from the vineyard when he same to collect our rubbish. The place was as described and clean. Only thing is that the driveway up to the villa was on a hill and was quite rustic. But we made it up there daily with a camervan and a small SUV and it was manageable. Highly recommend this place!

We loved our stay at the villa. The location was ideal being a short distance from the airport, Cavtat and Dubrovnik. The borders to Montenegro and Bosnia are also nearby. We hired a car for our stay and would say it’s essential to really appreciate the area. The villa has a homely feel although a bit dated in its interior decor, it worked so well for us all, enabling private areas and space. Aircraft did fly by but did not affect our enjoyment of the property. The real plus for us all was the outside space …. So gorgeous with fruit in abundance; kiwis, limes, pomegranates, figs, apples, damsons and quince. The outlook was stunning and the pool was perfect and cleaned regularly. The nearby beach was 20 minutes walk away. A steep decline but stunningly beautiful. Local wineries are worth visiting and their produce impressive. Anna was very approachable and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Filip and Jovanka’s place! They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the view was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Montenegro!

Ein absoluter Traumurlaub in der Villa Enjoy! Wir waren mit 8 engen Freunden vor Ort und haben die Zeit in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Villa ist top ausgestattet, sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet – es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist atemberaubend, der private Strand ein echtes Highlight und der Pool einfach perfekt zum Entspannen. Alles wirkt sehr familiär und liebevoll gepflegt. Unser Gastgeber war super herzlich und jederzeit für uns da – egal ob es um Ausflüge, Transfers oder Tipps vor Ort ging. Ein Ort, an dem keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder – 100 % Weiterempfehlung! Tolles Haus, tolle Umgebung, tolles Land! ❤️

Fantastic house in a beautiful location. Just as described. The children loved the pool. Friendly and welcoming host. Great little shop down the road for essentials. There is lots to do within an easy driving distance.

Heerlijke week gehad met onze kids! Top locatie op loopafstand van veel winkels, heerlijke restaurants en het mooie strand. Het huis is netjes, mooi ingericht en de basis benodigdheden als koffie, thee, wc papier en badschuim enz was aanwezig! Ook hebben de prive speedboot tour gedaan, deze was super!

My family of 6 had a wonderful, relaxing holiday at this beautiful villa set in such a peaceful setting. We used Uber to get around and never had to wait more than 15 minutes. 15 mins to Dubrovnik and in the other direction beautiful Cavtat. Beaches at Mlini and Sbreno beautiful with bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to friends

We stayed here as a group of 6 friends and it was spacious enough for us to have a room each. The location was ideal as there is a supermarket and bus stop a few minutes walk away. The Hyatt Regency hotel is also a few minutes away and has lovely restaurants open to non residents. Marijana was really helpful giving us information during our stay.

Booked this villa for a hen do and it was a perfect spot. Branko & Maria were brilliant at communicating to us in the run up to the trip and I had many questions, they always replied promptly with really helpful suggestions! The villa is stunning and just as the pictures show if not better. There wasn’t a lounge room inside big enough for a bigger group so would say you would spent most of your time outside by the pool, the family provide you with blankets but there’s no outdoor heating so it can get quite cold at night. There is aircon & heating available in the rooms. The family were so helpful with taxis and we’re always available to pick us up and take us places, whatever time you needed it. The sauna was a lovely touch and they had an onsite bar where you can buy drinks and coffee, the coffee was so good. Overall I would 100% recommend this villa and I would definitely be returning again. Thank you to Branko, Maria and family. Big thanks to Milos for the taxis!!

I had the most amazing birthday trip I could have asked for. Not only was the villa absolutely stunning, and a mesmerising place to wake up and relax in, the host made our trip infinitely better with his friendly disposition and excellent recommendations. We could not have had the time we had without the host, he made the trip the very best it could have been. Unforgettable, thank you for everything from the bottom of my heart xx

Wonderful stay at a truly stunning villa! Immaculately put together with everything you could think of catered for. Spacious and beautifully decorated. The outdoor pool was superb, the kids (and adults) loved the foosball and ping pong, lovely big TV to unwind in front of after a busy day exploring. Bedrooms were lovely with balcony’s and en suite shower rooms. All kitchen appliances supplied, bonus having a washer/dryer to clear some washing before departure. Little supermarket 2 min walk up the road plus Lidl a short Uber away. Lovely quiet area with friendly locals - it’s a little remote from Dubrovnik which is why I’ve slightly marked the location down, but close to Srebreno/Mlini which has a wonderful beach/bay and some abandoned hotels which interested me at least! Stunning scenery - magical view of the mountains/Bosnia border every morning. Honestly couldn’t fault the Villa Invigo and would 100% recommend to anyone!

ואוו אין מילים כמה מדהימה וקסומה הוילה. כל החדרים, המקלחות והמטבחים בוילה מאובזרים בכל טוב ובכל הנדרש. המון איזורי בילוי ושהייה משותפת, בריכה נהדרת, איזורי גריל ומבטח חוץ, וחדרים מאובזרים בכל הנדרש. החל מכלי אוכל, בישול, כביסה, מקלחת ואפילו הסבונים והשמפו היו ברמה הגבוהה ביותר. זורן המארח שלנו היה יותר ממדהים, ענה על הכל ועזר בהכל. באמת שאין מילה אחת רעה להגיד על החוויה כולה. תודה זורן! היינו משפחה של 11 אנשים כולל ילדים והיה מתאים ונח לכולם. המיקום נהדר קרוב לערים מרכזיות עם נופים מדהימים ודרכים קסומות. בהחלט היכרות ראשונה עם מונטנגרו היתה מוצלחת ומשובחת והרבה בזכות הוילה הנהדרת בה שנינו. אפילו נהננו מעץ התות השופע שנמצא בחצר הקדמית. תודה גדולה!

The Villa and Miho were top! Can’t recommend enough. Want an amazing experience, have him make you dinner. We sampled so many local dishes all made fresh , the wine was endless and his mom made this amazing cake for dessert. Miho goes above and beyond as a host. Our last day he took us to Ston, another beautiful place in Croatia. He was informative about its history and we enjoyed a beautiful lunch together. I only have one warning, the Villa is up a fairly steep cliff so if you plan on walking be warned. Most days we would climb down, (20 minutes or so)and take the local bus into the old city but to avoid the climb an uber is easily accessible. The grounds and pool are immaculate with many sun umbrellas and loungers. The villa itself is stocked with everything you could possible need. Loved it here and we were sad to say goodbye!
