Holiday rentals with a kayak in Bay of Kotor

We stayed in the apartment for 9 days and when we landed at the airport, the owners of the house informed us how to get there. We also rented our cars with their help and the car rental company was also very kind and punctual. Because of the heavy traffic, we could not reach the house on time but they waited for us for a long time. A lady was there for us and she introduced us the house. She was very welcoming, answered all our questions and gave us very helpful tips. During our stay, she came by the house a couple of times to make sure we had no problems. The house was clean, rooms were just like in the pictures on airbnb and the view from all the balconies was fantastic. Also, we communicated with another lady (Maria) via phone and she sent us directions for very nice beaches, shopping areas, etc. Thanks to them we enjoyed our holiday in Montenegro. Next time we visit the country, we will make sure to contact them again. Thank you Mirela and Maria! Thank you Montenegro360!

An amazing host, and apartment, in a beautiful location ideally situated between Tivat and Kotor. Dusan and his mother, Mika, were so lovely, generous and exceptionally welcoming. We would not hesitate to come again!

Ivana and Ivan are a very good team and very helpful. The house is very beautiful as seen in the photos, the sea is right in front of the house. The barbecue was useful and the garden was very large. In the season, if you do not have your own vehicle, transportation is a problem. I definitely recommend it for those looking for a house with a garden. I would prefer it if I came to this area again

Beautiful surroundings- the local restaurant owner picked us up in his boat to take us to his restaurant!

A beautiful home, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The main bedroom is beautiful with all facilities as described. The balcony leading off this is a great place to have breakfast while watching the ships and boats on the bay. All bedrooms have very comfortable beds and with bathrooms as described. The kitchen has everything needed and with there’s a separate laundry room. The outside area is big and we used the BBQ one evening, a large dining area both inside and outside give you options depending upon the weather and time of year. In May we had sunny warm days and used the pool and sun loungers under Olive trees The blue line bus stops nearby for Kotor. Good restaurants 5- 10 minutes away by car/ taxi. Marko is an excellent host, he replies quickly with any questions and can recommend boat trips taxis etc. He does his utmost to help you always Book this home, it’s truly stunning ! We had a lovely stay over the Christmas period after travelling in our camper for the last 7 months this was a nice reset for us. The house was as described the host was responsive, we were met by his Mum and sister who were very friendly and accommodating. His Mum even bought us over some burek which was delicious. Just a couple of small points, there didn’t seem to be a dryer as stated in the amenities listing, and we couldn’t seem to get the hot water to work in the kitchen (not sure if it was something we were doing or not). Other than that a lovely stay. Thanks

Wir hatten zwei tolle Nächte in der Unterkunft. Ihre Terasse und der Außenbereich sind einfach nur traumhaft. Wir konnten uns gar nicht satt sehen an der tollen Aussicht von Vögel, Pferden, sogar ein paar kleine Schildkröten konnte man neben dem Haus beobachten, wie sie den Berg hoch und runter wandern. Die Kommunikation mit Nikola hat super funktioniert, er hat alles getan, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Und das haben wir. Danke :)

What a magical place, the village and the house are so peaceful, you are truly surrounded by nature of all kinds. I have never seen so many wild flowers with a carpet of purple autumn crocuses attracting bees, butterflies and other insects. In the 4 days we stayed we saw, or heard, over 35 different birds, including a flock of Bee-eaters, Kingfishers, Tree Sparrows and Spotted Flycatchers to name a few. It wasn't ideal weather for bird spotting either so I imagine there's plenty more to see! The river was crystal clear and whilst we planed to explore further afield we didn't need, or want to, we were more than content to spend our days wandering around the village, following the river and eating every night in the amazing restaurant that is a 15 minute walk from the house. The house is bigger than it appears in the photographs, is very comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. Milos is an exceptional host and I would definitely recommend you stay here!

Very well equipped, Maria is evidently a very thoughtful host. Loved having the use of the kayak and being able to wave from the little jetty for the boat to the bar the other side. Enjoyed a meal at the lake side restaurant by the harbour but be prepared to cater for yourselves as the next night it was shut and the bar the other side wasn't cooking, only drinks. Not a problem for us as Maria's place is so we'll equipped

un petit havre de paix l'endroit est magnifique, les extérieurs, la piscine sont très propres... un peu déçu par l'intérieur du chalet qui mériterait un peu d'entretien, les fenêtres des chambres ne fermaient pas. Il y a effectivement des chiens dans le "village" qui ont aboyé une bonne partie de la nuit...un peu dur si vous avez le sommeil léger mais malgré ses petits points négatifs, l'endroit reste magique. Le petit déjeuner proposé est royal ! des fruits, de la charcuterie, fromage, pain..... De passage pour une nuit je n'ai pas pu tester les activités, ça serait avec plaisir de revenir pour y remédier
