We spent a lovely week at the beautiful River House, it is in a great location and in beautiful surroundings. Katarina was a wonderful host providing clear and timely communications, keeping in touch throughout. We were spoilt by mum who lives nearby bringing treats. I would highly recommend River House as a home from home in Mlini.

We had a wonderful stay here. It was the perfect spot for our family holiday. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Ana was a wonderful host and was able to give us recommendations when we found out that there was a bank holiday during our stay. We would love to return in the future.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist paradiesisch, dieser Aussicht von dem ganzen Grundstück auf die grünen Berge und Meer ist umwerfend! Wir haben es sehr genossen, draußen auf der Terrasse an dem großen Tisch zu essen (der Tisch ist neu und noch nicht auf den Fotos) und im beheizten Pool zu baden. Das war perfekt. Die Unterkunft besteht aus zwei Häuser. In einem ist ein Schlafzimmer mit Galerie. In anderem gibt es zwei Einheiten jeweils mit separatem Eingang (ein Schlafzimmer in 1. Etage, zwei Schlafzimmer zusammen in 2. Etage). Alle Einheiten haben eigenes Bad. In der Unterkunft ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden und sogar noch mehr, weil die Besitzer auch selbst da wohnen. Die Zufahrt ist nicht einfach, aber auf jeden Fall machbar, man soll gut Auto fahren können. Marko gibt viele nützliche Tipps und ist sehr hilfsbereit und humorvoll. Viele Grüße

**Review:** Book it! This place is a thousand times better than the photos! We stayed as a large family at Villa Infinity, and it was the most comfortable home out of the 50 bookings I've had on Airbnb. It truly feels like home! The kitchen is fully equipped with even the most unexpected items. There’s a wide variety of dishware, including plates for pasta, risotto, soups, and glasses for wine, cognac, whiskey, and champagne—everything you could possibly need. There’s a charcoal grill and a thoughtfully designed outdoor dining area. The villa has 4 master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning. Every sunrise and sunset at the villa is unique, with a million-dollar view. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and kind, ready to assist with any questions. Upon arrival, we noticed there was no microwave, which is essential for a family with a small child. Natasha, the host, went out of her way to buy and deliver one the very same day! I give it 10 out of 5.

I booked the house for my parents and their friends, à group of five. The house is big and comfort, have everything may need during the stay. It is in a relatively more quiet area but you may easy access to popular spots with less than 30 min drive. There is also ferry access allows you to get to Budva and Tivat easier. It’s a good stay to explore Montenegro

My stay at Milan’s beautiful cliff home was absolutely unforgettable. The views were breathtaking, offering a serene and picturesque backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The home itself was well-maintained, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a cozy stay. What made the experience even better was Milan’s responsiveness—every question or request was met with a quick and instant reply, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. We had such a lovely stay with Aleksandra in Montenegro! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and comfortable. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained and came with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The swimming pool was definitely a standout feature and quickly became everyone's favourite hangout spot. On our first day, Aleksandra greeted us with drinks, which was such a kind gesture and made us feel instantly at home after a long and tiring journey. Aleksandra was also incredibly helpful in arranging a rental car for us during our stay, which made things much easier as we were a larger group. The house itself was really spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped, making it super easy for us to prepare our own meals. One of the absolute highlights was the balcony , the view was stunning and we spent our evenings just sitting out there. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we are really grateful for Aleksandra’s warm hospitality.

We loved staying at Ray’s place. It was in the most beautiful area with stunning views. A perfect base to explore perast and the kotor coast. We highly recommend Moritz Eis for ice cream - delicious!

Ivana and Ivan are a very good team and very helpful. The house is very beautiful as seen in the photos, the sea is right in front of the house. The barbecue was useful and the garden was very large. In the season, if you do not have your own vehicle, transportation is a problem. I definitely recommend it for those looking for a house with a garden. I would prefer it if I came to this area again

We had the most wonderful 4 days at Jelena and Nikola’s beautiful place! The view is truly unbeatable and the house is extremely comfortable with a spacious kitchen and lounge, perfect for nights in, and light airy bedrooms with the stunning view of the bay. Jelena and Nikola were away during our stay but made check in very easy and were so good at staying in touch if we had any questions! None of our group had been to Montenegro before and staying in this house and experiencing Tivat and other local areas has made it one of our top European adventures! Cannot recommend it enough!

Wir waren begeistert von dem wunderschönen Balkon und dem Blick über die Bucht. Wir haben es täglich genossen! Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, um jedes Gericht zuzubereiten. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ruhig. Wir waren völlig ungestört. Die Kommunikation war perfekt: Schnell und wir haben jede Information bekommen, die wir brauchten, auch über die Gegend und geplante Aktivitäten. Zarko's home is perfect. It has two spacious terraces, one at the front and one at the back. The high-ceilinged living room is filled with sunlight throughout the day, brightening up the entire space. In the garden, there’s a barbecue area nestled among the greenery. Right next to the house, there’s an organic market where we found gluten-free and natural products. Within walking distance, you can find large supermarkets, a pharmacy, beaches, cafes, bus stops, and restaurants. The location is convenient for accessing everywhere, and being directly on the main road made the house easy to find. It’s also wonderful to be able to see the sea from this bright home. We’d like to mention that the bed is new and extremely comfortable. The house is charming, clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host, Zarko, was very helpful in every way—a wonderful host, friendly and communicative. We are very grateful to him for making our one-month stay feel like home.

A great deal, well worth it! This place is right on the water and just gorgeous. My friends and I got to swim and use the kayaks, along with play ping pong in the courtyard. The apartment is perfectly simple, quiet, and peaceful along the water. My only note is that it is a bit hard to find and I wish the instructions to get to the house were a bit more clear because we had trouble finding it at first. Otherwise, loved it and would come back! Marko's dad is extremely sweet too

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich schön und hat super für uns als kleine Familie gepasst. Man hat einen tollen Ausblick über die Bucht. In wenigen Minuten war man, einen kleinen Berg hinunter, direkt am Wasser. Schade war, dass zu der Zeit wo wir da waren (Mai 2025) viel ringsherum gebaut wurde und teilweise Dinge verbrannt wurden, die nicht gut gerochen haben. Da wir aber davon ausgehen, dass dies nur temporär stattfand beeinträchtigt es nicht unserer positive Bewertung zur Unterkunft. :)

Me and my 70year old mum had a great week at Markos house. The way is directly by the sea and you have to step over some rocks and might get wet if it's too windy.Also there are many stairs if you want to go to the store so you gotta be quite fit. Just be prepared for an adventure. If you're there, its beautiful! If it's not too windy you can easily swim directly in front of the house,the water is clear and you can watch the stars at night and listen to only the waves and nature,really peaceful. I've stayed at many airbnbs before and met many nice hosts but I have to say Marko was just perfect.He picked us up at the airport by car and got us and our luggage to the house by boat.Went grocery shopping for us 2 times.Picked us up at the middle of the beach and got us home when we got lost on our way back on our first evening.Always easy to reach.Always really nice.He really did everything to make it as beautiful as possible for us.Thank you so much, Marko! It was a great experience! :)

We booked this beautiful place as a group of 4 for my husband's 40th birthday celebrations. Communication with Mato from start to finish was great, he was very responsive and even provided a complimentary bottle of fizz which was a really lovely touch. Location-wise, it felt private and had incredible views of Cavtat. I do feel like I should mention that it would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues as there are A LOT of steps and uneven ground. We were dropped off by taxi at Cavtat bus station and there's a short walk (no more than 10 mins) to get to Mato's place. The apartment itself is stunning, just like the photos. The beds were comfortable and the place was spotless. Fresh towels were provided during our stay and our bins were emptied. The outside space is gorgeous, we really enjoyed spending evenings in the hot tub overlooking the water. There are a few small jobs that need finishing off but it didn't bother us at all. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Die Unterkunft von Snijezana war einfach traumhaft. Das große, grüne Grundstück mit top Ausblick und außen Whirlpool laden zum erholen und entspannen ein. Die Kommunikation mit Snijezana war sehr einfach und freundlich. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Sowohl Snijezana als auch ihr Sohn Tripo waren super hilfsbereit.

Everything was excellent and very nice. Clean and spacious apartment with great views, perfect for our family with three kids and a dog. Golub and his parents were most helpful and friendly – and did everything to keep us happy and warm in the winter. Will definitely come again and recommend to our friends.

What a lovely little place! nested in Skaljari in a quiet part of town, away from the hustle and bustle of the old town, but just 5 - 10min walk away. A second floor 2br apartment with a loft bedroom and a separate bathroom, even though the listing only has one bath, so that was a huge plus! easily fits 4 guests if need be. 2 AC units, all utensils etc you could ever need. On the first floor there's another AirBnB and attached to the house is where the host and her lovely mum live. Ljupka was the most amazing host I've had to date on AirBnB! We got to check in early in a pristine clean apartment, she met us at the apartment when we arrived. And right after brought some nice pastries for breakfast. She also offered to come and clean at the apartment during our 4 night stay, it felt like a real hotel. Also gave lots of recommendations for things to do. Complete 10/10 experience, would stay here again.

We've been to a few places around the world, but this accommodation had one of the best vibe. From the terrace, you can see the Adriatic-sea and the mountain almost right behind the house. The house is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable and there are 3 bathrooms, which is very parctical, when you are with friends. The host always answered quickly, was helpful and flexible and gave us useful tips. You can find a seafood restaurant within a 3-minute walk and plenty of restaurants within a 15-minute drive. Budva is close to the accommodation by car, you can find everything you need.
