Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Bay of Kotor

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Sauberkeit. Wichtig war für uns ein Abstellplatz für unser Auto, hierzu hatten wir die Möglichkeit in der Tiefgarage zu parken. unsere Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich sie kam uns mit dem Check-In und mit dem Checkout entgegen und war sehr bemüht. der Strand ist etwa wie in der Beschreibung 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. die Gastgeberin sowie die Unterkunft würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

This is a large, spacious, airy house. It is light, bright and very well equipped. Even on hot days the house stayed cool. We hardly needed air conditioning, but for the short times we did, it was very efficient. The house is clearly loved and looked after. It is a family home and the host's parents live in neighbouring accommodation We enjoyed being extremely lazy and very peaceful and quiet, looking out over lovely views of the bay, reading, relaxing and having a daily swim. We did not have a car, so were limited to what was available in Molunat , all of which is very walkable. If you want to do more you would be advised to have a car. Goran our host is THE best host I have ever had on Air BNB....he could not have done more to make us welcome, to be flexible about check in times and to be proactive to make our stay enjoyable. Lovely spacious apartment with great view over the bay to Sveti Stefan. All descriptions were accurate and was well equipped for self catering. Lots of thoughtful extras in the apartment such as spare chargers/adapters and DVDs. About 500m from the beach but up a steep hill so probably not suitable for people with mobility issues. Free off street parking. Only significant issue was check in, the location on airbnb wasn't totally accurate and nobody answered when we called the number we had been given. We went to reception at the Sunset Apartments and fortunately they knew about the apartment and were able to give us the key and direct us to parking, but it hadn't been cleaned so we had to wait for a bit to get in.

Отличная квартира, рядом с пляжем и старым городом. Супермаркет, рынок, ТЦ в шаговой доступности. Вид на море частично загорожен недостроенным зданием, но он есть :) Стройка заморожена, так что шума нет. Дмитрий помог с трансфером и регистрацией и был всегда на связи. Буду рекомендовать всем!

Whole team was amazing. Precise comunication and fast reservation, fast and classy airport transfer, you ask them - they will provide it for you in a flash. Luštica beaches are to die for, we always come back. Oksana was extremely helpful and professional we couldn't have been more happier. Thank you. 10/10

Жильё соответствовало описанию. В одном из отзывов было описание, что находится над cosmetics. Поэтому найти было легко. Квартира с кондиционерами в каждой комнате. Теплые полы в ванной.

We stayed at apartment 7 having extended our stay from the apt across the hallway managed by the same host. We find its location perfect being inside the Old Town Kotor close to restaurants, pubs and local attractions. The windows have shutters enough to keep the light and noise minimised during our stay. It has the basic essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an accommodation and will book it again given the chance to visit Kotor.

I was unsure of my timing to get to Angela’s but she was there for us to show us around. Very very nice person easy to talk to and the apartment was very nice

Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf bij Nensi gehad. Het appartement was schoon en netjes. Aardige host. Ook de communicatie verliep goed. Het is op ongeveer 10 minuutjes lopen naar het oude stadscentrum, dus ook een top locatie!

Le logement de Pasko est très bien situé. A 5 minutes de l'arrêt de bus pour Dubrovnik et à 5 minutes de la plage. C'est l'endroit idéal pour pouvoir visiter la vieille cité ou profiter de la mer sans avoir besoin de prendre son véhicule. Le parking privé est très pratique. Encore merci.

Had a wonderful week with the family in this stunning home (6 adults 2 teens & a 4 month old baby) the property set on a hill up some steps so not really suitable for anyone with mobility problems. The outdoor bbq was all set up and ready for use on our arrival. Bus stop to Cavtat or Dubrovnik old town is 5 minutes away down a small hill. The main prom area of Mlini is down some quite steep steps but once on the front is a lovely steady walk with some beautiful restaurants. Mirta & her parents were never far away should we have needed anything and were excellent hosts - would we return and do it all again - absolutely.

This place was amazing for us. We stayed for 90 days, and due to the nature of the space, we achieved so much during our time. Dejan, his wife, Meli, and the team Danka & Bozo are a great group of hosts. They are like a small family, and we felt right at home. Our dog Shadow loved the enclosed garden space and was chasing lizards for hours. The place was very well maintained, and the listing doesn't do it justice because it has so many surprises. The private gym was SO good for us. All we did was work, train, and eat good food. We managed to source some great local ingredients like RAW Buffalo milk. This place feels very private and enclosed, which is good if you want to be away from the busy city. Meli is growing amazing food in the garden, and if you are lucky enough, you will get to have some. They went the extra mile whenever anything needed fixing, and were very quick to respond when we needed support. The Wifi is solid for digital nomads like us. I will miss this place & people!!

My family of 5 with 3 teenagers loved our stay at Villa Piano! Quick drive from Dubrovnik. Ana met us to let us in. Spacious(comfortable with 5 of us) and clean home had everything we needed. Even an ice machine, which is a luxury in Europe. Pool and hot tub area provided a luxurious outdoor space to spend time in. Got chocolate croissants, donuts, and bread from the bakery that’s just a 5 minute walk from the house. Walked to the Srebreno beach every day. Did a blue cave boat tour that picked up right in Srebreno. Drove to Dubrovnik to tour the old city one day. Walked to dinners every night. Went for a run up the Kupari lookout. So many fun things to explore-and so comfortable for just relaxing at the house as well. Highly recommend staying here!

We had such a fantastic time!! You were both so helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We loved hearing and learning first hand more about society in Montenegro, that was an added bonus.. The house, the garden and the view - all perfect! The beach was easy walking distance and for 10 euro you can hire a sunbed and parasol for the day at the nearby. Thank you and we hope we'll be back again.

Прекрасный вид с балкона, в номере есть все необходимое ,хозяева доброжелательны, wi- fi устойчиво средний, рядом прекрасные пляжи,но обязательно наличие машины, ремонт номера средний, есть хорошая парковка в тени винограда,по приезду нас в холодильнике ждали фрукты и пиво ,в целом впечатление хорошее

It was a good apartment, comfortable, and looks stylish. The apartment had everything you need. Check-in and check-out were easy. It's located on a hill, so walking or with a stroller might be inconvenient. It's better if you have a car. There was always a free parking space in front of the house. There is a small shop nearby. You need to get to the supermarket by taxi or car.

very close to the old town and that is all we wanted. It is not fence but it is spacious, a kitchen full equipped. However, there is no oven, so you need to use only the electric stove. Be aware that there are stairs. I had no connection with Borka but rather with her daughter Marta which was very helpful .I got her number from her father who does not speaks English. A better description of the location will be "go 10 meters in the ally across the Shopping center, just beside the bakery. The apartments is up the stairs of the building in front of you". There is no sign with the name of the place. In the buttom line, I will recommend to take this place.

Een appartement met alles erop en eraan, goed ingericht, alles was aanwezig. Nevena was erg vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Het grote terras ligt wel niet aan het appartement zelf, dat ligt 2 verdiepingen lager. Locatie is top om de Kotor baai te verkennen, gelukkig een stuk rustiger dan op andere plaatsen rond de baai. enige nadeel is wel de erg drukke baan voor het gebouw, je moet die oversteken om aan het strandje/ water te geraken . Groot voordeel is dan wel de garage voor de wagen met oplader voor een elektrische wagen. Nevena doet er alles aan om haar huurders een top verblijf te geven!

Great flat right in the heart of Porto Montenegro. Easy check-in, the flat has all the furniture and equipment you may need, excellent host. A variety of shops and restaurants are at walking distance, the place right below the flat serves great breakfasts starting from 8am. We really enjoyed our stay.
