This place is absolutely perfect for a visit to Kotor. We immediately felt at home upon arriving in Montenegro, with Ivan offering to pick us up from the airport and having welcome drinks waiting in the refrigerator at the apartment. He provided interesting insights into the culture/history of the country and gave us helpful recommendations on what to do during our stay. The apartment itself is immaculately clean and has every amenity needed to feel at home in the space. The location is easily walkable to everything, and we loved the breathtaking views from the front and back balconies. This Airbnb exceeds expectations and is better than you can imagine from seeing it online. A perfect experience we’ll never forget!

Lovely apartment, quality furniture, super clean and equipped with everything a family may need. Stunning view from the balcony. Great location, walking distance to the beach and to Portonovi (restaurants, grocery store, and more). Very comfortable beds, fully equipped ( hair dryer, french press, drip coffee, you name it), beautifully decorated and furnished. The place is new and very conveniently located. We enjoyed the beach side, easy access to the ferry, and the stunning views from the balcony. There is designated parking. Thank you Sean for being super responsive!

Kotorun merkezinde şahane bir evdi. 6 kişi çok rahat konakladık. Şehrin merkezine 5 dk mesafedeydi. Balkonda oturup karadağ manzarasını seyretmek harikaydı. Ev sahiplerimiz bizi çok hoş karşıladı ve şehir detaylarıyla ilgili faydaşı bilgiler sundular. Teşekkürler

If you are going to Kotor then this is the place to stay. Petar is a fantastic host and his apartment has everything you need for an amazing restful stay. The view from the balcony is one in a million. We will definitely be back to swim in the crystal clear water just feet from the apartment. Top Tip. Eat at least once in Moments restaurant on the road towards Kotor about half an hours stroll away. You wont be disappointed. Thank you Petar.

We had an amazing 7-day stay at Nikola’s place in Montenegro. The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. From the moment we arrived, Nikola and his wife made us feel truly welcome. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and were incredibly attentive throughout our stay. As a thoughtful gesture, they even greeted us with homemade cookies and a bottle of wine, which made us feel right at home. Their hospitality and kindness truly made our experience unforgettable. We highly recommend Nikola’s place to anyone visiting Montenegro. You won’t be disappointed!

Karadag icin ilk deneyimimizdi, ev sahibi ile iletisim cok kolaydi. Aklima takılan her seyi sordum ve cok acik-hizli donusler aldim. Ev oldukca temiz, manzarasi efsaneydi. Ev sahibi ev icin her seyi dusunmus butun ihtiyaclarimiz hatta kahvelerimize kadar her seyimiz dusunulmustu. Cok guzel deneyimdi.

The apartment was great. Location is right next to the restaurants/ beaches and Old Town ( 4 min walk). EACH room has AC , which is a must if you travel in the summer. Beds are very comfortable. The building has its own restaurant and reception. They call the taxi if you need. Milos is very a helpful and accommodating host who responded to questions promptly and clearly. Thank you for a great stay!

Sanja şu ana kadar konakladığımız yerler arasında iletişimi en iyi olan ve en hızlı yanıt alabildiğimiz ev sahibi oldu. Ev görsellerdekiyle bire bir. Güzel ve rahat bir konaklama geçirdik. Ev konum itibariyle birçok yere gidebildiğimiz orta bir noktadaydı. Biz çok memnun kaldık, Sanja’ya teşekkür ederiz.

Wij zijn 4 dagen verbleven in de accommodatie, het was een prettig verblijf met een super uitzicht, heerlijk bed, mooie ruime badkamer en echt zeer makkelijk te vinden. Tijana was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam tijdens ons verblijf, ze gaf goede tips over de omgeving en reageerde snel. Ik raad deze accommodatie zeker aan als je in Tivat wilt verblijven.

I had a wonderful 2 month stay in Peter and Marta’s apartment in Old Town Kotor. It’s a charming place embedded in history. The local people were so kind when I was out and about. It’s a great place to go if you like hiking. The apartment had all the necessities and was in the most convenient location. I would highly recommend the stay!

Het is een ruim en schoon appartement met alle voorzieningen. Een supermarkt en bakkerij zitten op 1 minuut lopen en er zitten een aantal restaurants in het dorp. Je kan gemakkelijk parkeren op een eigen plek. Igor reageert snel op berichten en is heel vriendelijk. Zeker een aanrader!

Nokola’s place was well-situated in the walled city of Kotor, well within walking distance of everything one would want to do. Take advantage of his parking recommendations. Although it’s a little bit of a walk you won’t really need your car while in Kotor.

The place is lovely with everything you can possibly need. The views over the pool are spectacular, especially at sunset. Nady was very responsive and accommodating. We would stay here again

Прекрасная квартира: уютная и чистая с великолепным видом на море. Из каждого окна виден лес, что тоже очень приятно глазу. В самой квартире находиться одно удовольствие. Мы были на машине и в таком случае квартира в легкой доступности от Херцег-Нови и парома до другого берега. В дождь наша арендованная машина не смогла преодолеть последнюю горку до дома из-за лысой резины, в сухую погоду горки преодолеваются легко. Есть бесплатная парковка. Рядом есть супермаркет.

We loved our stay here - the apartment is in a quiet location up the hill from the sea. Geoff’s instructions helped us find it easily from Tivat Airport, where we’d hired a car. It has the most incredible view of the Bay which is probably one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever visited. We did a boat trip to the Blue Cave, submarine tunnels and Perast, took the Kotor cable car up the mountain, walked into Kotor a few times and generally enjoyed swimming in the sea, kayaking and paddle boarding. The only thing we weren’t keen on was the traffic so if you want to go anywhere, leave early and be prepared to queue! The little supermarket and bakery down the hill are great and there are several restaurants within a few minutes walk. We had a brilliant holiday, made easier by Geoff and Suzi’s helpful advice before and during our stay. Hope to return to Montenegro again!

Le séjour était merveilleux. L’hôte nous a proposé de venir nous chercher à la gare et de nous déposer à l’aéroport au retour. Le logement était super bien équipé, piscine très agréable, terrasse avec super vue sur les montagnes avec super coucher de soleil. La literie était aussi très confortable. Nous n’avons presque jamais croisé nos voisins avec qui nous partagions la piscine. Je recommande à 100% !!!!

Ivana was great, warm host. Apartment was best ever seen. Good location, easy to walk or drive anywhere.

We had a wonderful stay. Lavender Bay is a beautiful place with great facilities. It’s peaceful and within walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. The views are amazing! What a week we’ve just had! Arrived at Bruno’s apartment after being picked up from the airport by the taxi Bruno arranged for us. On arrival the apartment was clean and welcoming and had everything we needed for our stay as 4 adults. Loved the balcony to sit out on first thing in the morning and after a long day out - the view over Cavtat was amazing. Nice to have the pool which was cool and refreshing. Walk into town was a pleasant 15-20 min and all downhill - walking back up hill was harder but good exercise after eating in the lovely Cavtat restaurants. The location of the apartment was perfect - a short drive from the airport one way and into Dubrovnik the other way. Caffe Jure a minute or two’s walk from the apartment was a lovely coffee/breakfast/beer stop. We had a great time in Bruno’s place - he was always helpful and quick to respond to messages and very flexible around checking in and out times. Thoroughly recommend this place and would love to come back one day.

This is such a lovely area. And this apartment has been the perfect homebase for our adventures. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Superbe logement situé pas loin de Kotor. Logement très jolie , très bien décoré avec beaucoup d'ustensiles très appréciable (machine a laver, IPTV (quelques problèmes quand même), sèche cheuveux,...), manque juste un micro onde dans la cuisine pour réchauffer les plats bébé ou autres. Un peu difficile à trouver car google fait toujours passer par une route assez dangeureuse mais Sanja envoie plusieurs adresse pour trouver le logement et ensuite c'est assez simple. Logement très paisible , la terrasse de l'appartement donne devant la baie de Kotor, magnifique vue. Nous sommes venue 1 semaine avec notre fils de 16mois et Sanja a mis à notre disposition une chaise haute et un lit bébé, ça a été parfait. Je recommande ce logement.
