Aparthotel holiday rentals in Bay of Kotor

Lovely place, lovely host. Just a stunning view from the window on St. Stephen's Island (it really looks a lot cooler than the photos). The apartment is quite spacious and cozy, there is everything you need. Special thanks to Alexander for the crib. In general, a very responsive person, ready to help with any questions. It is very pleasant to relax with such people. Of the disadvantages, I can only note the relief of the city itself - the distance to the beach is 300 meters away, you need to climb either by steep steps or on the very long route (but even the long road to the sea takes 15 minutes maximum). On the other hand, admiring the sunset over the island from the balcony of this apartment, you forget about the steps that have passed in the afternoon)))

We stayed with my husband in this apartment from September 12 to September 21. A transfer was arranged for us in advance, so we got from Tivat airport in 15-20 minutes. It is worth noting the convenient location of the apartment. Within walking distance there are several grocery stores (4 pieces), a bus stop (to Budva or in the direction of Bar). It is also convenient for those who will order excursions, a stop by the name of the hotel Bella Vista. The beach is also nearby. It's a 7-10 minute walk to it. It was not difficult for us to go down and up to the house at all. We also walked to the Old Town of Budva. In principle, the whole vacation was very active with us, we got up early, I hope they did not wake anyone up). As for the apartments directly, they have absolutely everything for a comfortable stay: 1. Kitchen (there are a lot of dishes; there are also appliances, plates, pans on the large terrace);there is a mini stove and a refrigerator (there is no kettle, but it was not difficult to boil water in the pan); 2. Shower (no hair dryer, but I always bring a very compact road hair dryer, which helps me out); 3. Balcony (very nice to sit in the evening when it's not so hot; or meet a cat there who came to visit us every night)) 4. Terrace on the third floor with a gorgeous view. It's very nice to be there. There is a TV and a washing machine. As for the room, it has three beds, 2 nightstands with lamps and a large wardrobe, with air conditioning (he often saved us, as sometimes it was very stuffy). There is also wi-fi !! Sayaz was very good. I would like to thank the host of the apartment Yuri! Very hospitable person. He treated us to grapes from his plot. In general, it is very pleasant to see growing bunches of grapes and kiwi on the balcony. In general, we were very satisfied, we will definitely come back here again! Thank you so much

We had a rest in August 2019. I liked the location: fresh mountain air and about 15 minutes to the sea. Walking distance to Budva and Sveti Stefan. Friendly and helpful hostess. There are shops, restaurants and cafes, a bakery nearby. There are several beaches in the area, for different tastes. The room is spacious enough, nice beds, balcony with table.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb! The house is cozy and perfect for two people, with all the essentials provided. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, we watched the sunset right from there, which was definitely the highlight of our trip. It’s in a great location too, with a bus stop right outside and a few restaurants nearby. The beach is a bit of a walk, but totally manageable and worth it. The host was kind and accommodating, even allowing us a late check-out when we requested it. We only wish we had booked an extra night to soak in that view a bit longer. Highly recommend!

I recommend to everyone! Olga is a good, responsive hostess, can help with renting a car, taxi) The house corresponds to the description, in our room everything is as stated - beds, linen is changed once a week, shower. We loved it! Very comfortable balcony on the top floor, you can rent different rooms for several families at once, and grill in the evenings, dine at a large table and admire the sea!!! Thank you for your stay!!!

This is a beautiful room overlooking Sveti stefan. we only stayed a few hours but would love to be back!

Really nice apartment with stunning views

We had a great stay. The apartment is clean and the location is perfect.

It was pleasure to meet with those hosts. The location was close to everywhere, you can find a pizza bar close to hotel and it was delicious. Coastal side was close to hotel with walking. Also bus station was close. Room was clean and enough for short living. Balcony was a great positive.

Thank you, Ivana! The apartment is great! The only one problem I got is that the jakuzi works till 18:00 (There is no info about it in the apartment description). Plus, I told many times before the arrival about jakuzi and was surprised when got rejected for that. Besides, you gave me an alternative - SPA at the nearest hotel - thank you for support. But I wasn’t satisfied that experience for 10/10. Sorry. Hope next time there will be no miscommunication about jakuzi.

It's great to have a parking lot, especially for those who come with a car. There are various beautiful places around.

We had a great day, the apt was perfect, right next to the little private pontoon from where there is a beautiful view. Our host was very welcoming and friendly. Stoliv is a nice village, very beautiful and not too crowded, don’t miss upper Stoliv from where you can get a great view!

Our accommodation was very good. Well located, close to Budva’a old town, restaurants, shops and bus station, which is great if you’re going to take a bus to Kotor or other places as we did. Emin was great host. Very friendly and willing to help. I recommend this place!
