Villa holiday rentals in Batu

I have been in many AirBnB around the world, but this is my first time in AirBnB in Indonesia. Overall the place are ok, clean, have amenities, complete kitchen stuff for cooking. All places we stayed before always provide toilet paper, towels, and kitchen towel to wipe the plates and utensil, but those things we could not find in this AirBnB. It would be great if the host prepare those for guests because its very basic that everyone need it. The host prepare bread and coffee which are very nice and he is very communicative also which its a big help to get easy check in. The villa contact person Mr. Budi also super nice and very helpful.

Bagi anda yang ingin berlibur dengan keluarga besar , tempat ini sangat cocok sekali.. lokasi strategis, bahkan depan villa ada cafe 24 jam, rumahnya bersih, besar, cantikkk, saya pasti akan kembali lagi.. super recomended

Hawa Segar & sejuk. Tempatnya bersih,sepertinya baru renov Sebelah Jatim Park, kelihatan jelas rollercoaster dan lagu2. Menyenangkan!!! Highlight: Kolam renang. Paling jernih, segar dan bersih yg pernah sy temui. Sukses selalu ya

tempat tenang, dekat dengan pasar batu, mudah cari tempat makan dan dekat juga tempat rekreasi BNS - Jatim Park. kalo mau masak juga bisa tersedia alat² masak, rice cooker, mau bakar²an jagung juga bisa.. nyaman seperti tinggal di rumah sendiri aja.

semuanya nyaman sesuai yang ada difoto hanya saja taman depan mngkin sangat perlu dibersihkan karna banyak ulat bulu apalagi kalau bawa anak mungkin agak merepotkan jadi mngkin sblum ada yg cek in bisa minta tolong dibersihkan dulu tamannya selebihnya sangat sangat recomen air jg tidak ada masalah

Tempatnya bersih, nyaman, Art juga sangat membantu, semua lengkap sabun mandi tersedia pelampung untuk anak anak berenang, disediakan alat dapur dan bahan makanan lengkap dan siap dimasak seperti teh kopi minyak goreng, beras dan mie. Rasanya seperti liburan di rumah sendiri,.. Terimakasih banyak nnt saat kemalang sy akan menginap kembali Yg perlu ditingkatkan: hanya soundsistem tidak bisa digunakan, shower dan tekel ada yg perlu peremajaan.

Baru saja stay 2 malam di sini. Rekomen banget buat yang nyari villa untuk keluarga, tempat muat sampai 20 orang, aksesnya dekat kemana-mana. Fasilitas komplit. Udara sekitar juga sejuk. Ownernya juga ramah dan responsif. Mantap dah pokoknya. Sukses selalu ya. Terima kasih

Dekat rumah ada toko kelontong, laundry, dekat ke tempat wisata, mau pesan gofood juga gampang. Puas banget, ada kolam renang tapi karena daerah Batu dingin jadi ga kepake, anak2 kedinginan, cuma bertahan 10 menit :)

Rumahnya nyaman, bersih, dan berada di lingkungan yg asri dan sejuk. Lokasi mudah dicari dan letaknya sangat strategis karena berada di antara kota malang dan batu. Mudah mencari convenient stores dan tempat makan. Pak Handi sangat komunikatif.

nice villa with beautiful surroundings and scenery. homey and family vibes villa. the family room are big with sofa and carpets provided, so you can gather with 10+ people there to chit chat or playing games. kitchen utensils are quite complete you can cook by yourself. there is no TV here so you can't do karaoke or watching movies, but you can bring your own laptop and speaker. there is wifi connection provided here, but sometimes the internet speed is not stable. in the midnight the electricity power for the bedrooms is disconnected, no problem because we were going to sleep anyway. the villa staff (pak Sukar) is also helpful and kind to us. overall good experience, but some detail needs to be improved : 1. the bathroom door lock is stucked 2. the carpet and sofa quite dusty, need to be vacuumed. 3. the gas-powered water heater worked once, but then it didn't work for the whole day until check out. maybe upgrading into an electric water heater might be a solution

Staying at Kak Ines' place with my family for 5 days was a great experience! From the beginning, her and her team was very welcoming and responsive to our inquiries and has made our holiday comfortable. It was our first vacation in Malang so Kak Ines' place was an important decision to make our days enjoyable. Thank you to Kak Ines and team!

The place was easily accessible and it is clean. It matched my needs and the description was not misleading, so the expectations were met.

We had a great time of staying. Our breakfast was great with an extra plate. The view was amazing, correctly mentioned in the host page. We did a mess, but the staff so quickly to fix it, very professional. We are very comfortable. Very hospitable staff. This place is very recommended to stay and close to main tourist areas.

Beautiful property and service. worth the money and definitely recommend for a big family to spend a quality time together.
