Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Batu

Villa MKV was very memorable for all of us. My family and I and family friends vacationed in Batu, Malang from May 29 to May 31, 2025, and we stayed at MKV. When we arrived at this villa, we were very satisfied with the room and facilities. Even when we only spent time at the villa, it was very enjoyable. We and the children could swim and play, barbecue, karaoke, watch Netflix together, and chat by the pool. The surrounding is very beautiful, if you go up to the rooftop in the morning you can see a beautiful sunrise, and in the opposite direction there is a view of the mountains. It's really amazing and fun. Megawati as the host is also very responsive, friendly and kind. When checking out, we had car problems and she was very sympathetic to us and fortunately the problem was quickly resolved. Thank you Mega, may God bless you.

Keluarga saya sangat menikmati waktu kami di studio house ini, bahkan lebih banyak waktu disini daripada keluar karena bisa order makanan dari luar (mudah ditemukan grab), lokasinya di tengah kota tapi suasananya seperti di batu dikelilingi pohon2 yang adem. Mau ke pusat kota Malang (tanpa macet long weekend) bisa hanya 10 menit. Dari exit tol pun sangat dekat. Suasana sekitar aman karena masih sejangkauan visual pos satpam. Konsepnya menarik, cocok untuk keluarga dengan 2 orang anak, pencahayaan menarik ditambah jendela atas yang tidur sambil melihat langit2. Suasana indoor lega, ada dua smart tv, AC 1 tapi sudah sangat dingin untuk seluruh ruangan. Amenities lengkap, handuk tersedia 4. Dishwaser, Mesin Cuci, Kompor elektrik, kulkas, dispenser, water heater, microwave,hair dryer dan perlengkapan makan semua lengkap. Keren, terima kasih

villa yang bersih rapi dan perlengkapan lengkap..pemilik juga responsif dan ramah..recomended sekali untuk yg cari villa untuk acara keluarga wifi netflik karaoke dan fasilitas lainnya sangat baik

Sangat nyaman sekali menginap disni dengan keluarga , kami berlibur 3 malam , semua org nyaman 4 dewasa 1 toddler. Kebersihan dan kenyamanan adalah nomor satu bagi keluarga saya. Bahkan saya merekomendasikan tpt ini ke followers saya dan mereka sangat antusias.

Tempatnya sangat nyaman, rapih dan lengkap barang yang disediakan. Sangat cocok untuk liburan di lokasi yang cukup strategis!

Unitnya rapih, bersih dan modern. View dari balkon juga cantik karena langsung terlihat gunung. Host responsif dalam membalas pesan. Next mungkin bisa ditambahkan fasilitas wifi. Overall, Renjana tempat yang oke untuk pilihan stay di Malang, letaknya strategis dan lingkungan apartement yang menyediakan berbagai tenant untuk pilihan jajan.

pengalaman yang mengesankan, semua petunjuk dari awal hingg akhir sangat jelas dan membantu.. terlebih ketika ada trouble (wifi no internet) tuan rumah sangat responsif dan cekatan terkait trouble pada tempat ini. selebihnya nyaman tanpa ada gangguan sedikitpun selama menginap dan bakalan balik lagi kesini kalau ada waktu dilain hari!!

sudah sangat amat bagus, fasilitas sesuai dengan yg ada di deskripsi, namun mungkin bisa ditingkatkan lagi fasilitasnya biar lebih bagus, seperti wifi (karena disana jaringan sangat amat susah), alat makan, dll. tapi overall dah oke si, tempatnya sangat amat tenang dan aman

Philippe and Ibu Lusi is amazing host. Kids friendly, warm and super helpful attitude with clear communication and understanding for family with children. We feel hommy during the stay, with beautiful views and nice furnitures and kitchen. Great value, easy access to plenty cafes/attractive places in Baru surroundings and fully recommended for small families/couples to stay.

The apartment is very clean, internet worked well. The host was always responsive and replying quickly. We had drinking water provided as well. Additionally there is a supermarket at the ground floor of the building. At the same time, there is usually long waiting time for the lift, apartament is very small and sometimes the neighbours behave loud during the quiet hours. Overall a nice stay though!

Estadia incrível no apartamento tecnológico, limpo e confortável. Ambiente agradável e condomínio completo para estadia longas ou curtas. Muito bem localizado. Adoramos!
