I stayed here for 5 months during my study abroad. During this time Maria was an amazing host that could help with any problems that could occur and get you connected with people. Had an amazing experience here and would definitely stay in one of her apartments again.

A great place to stay, the host was helpful and easy to reach. there’s a problem about the water during my stay in the unit but the host responded quickly and the problem solved immediately. Would be my choice if I come to malang again.

First time for me in Batu and i already want to go back the city itself is beautiful to see and explore and the villa was even better than i expected enough room and beautiful setting the pool is a good addition to have a nice cooling down and the ac's were also a big plus everything you need like towels soap and kitchenware is there and even a karaoke set i would definitely recommend this to other people and i will for sure come back to this villa when i go back to batu again.

villa sangat bersih, wangi dan cantik. kami sangat nyaman menginap di villa. sprei dan handuk sangat bersih. perlengkapan dapur lengkap. interior estetik. anak saya sangat betah bisa sepedaan di lingkungan depan villa karena jalan sangat lebar dan aman. semoga ada kesempatan untuk menginap kembali di villa❤️

The place is private, peacefull and cool... view is great.. nice host.. the place is just nice for us family of 5, near to local attraction and restaurant.. when we are enjoying for stay at home holiday.. Gofood and GoMart is really helpfull. Overall.. we enjoy our 10 days holiday there. Recommended Place for Healing..😊😊😊

The villa is very nice — it truly feels like home! We enjoyed our stay so much that we almost forgot to check out. 😊 The owner is very kind, the location is perfect, and we’ll definitely be back. Just a small suggestion: it might be helpful to have a shower or rinse area near the pool. That way, after swimming, guests can rinse off before heading back inside, so the house doesn’t get wet from pool water

Baru saja menginap di Kayama Villa selama 1 hari dan pengalamannya luar biasa! Villanya sangat bersih, nyaman, dan memiliki semua fasilitas yang kami butuhkan. Lokasinya pun strategis, dekat dengan berbagai tempat wisata di Batu & Malang. Berikut beberapa hal yang paling saya sukai dari Kayama Villa: Kebersihan: Villanya sangat bersih dan terawat. Kamarnya luas dan tempat tidurnya nyaman. Fasilitas: Villanya memiliki semua fasilitas yang kami butuhkan, seperti kolam renang pribadi, dapur lengkap, dan Wi-Fi yang kencang. Lokasi: Lokasinya strategis, mudah ditemukan, dekat dengan berbagai tempat wisata di Malang, seperti Batu Night Spectacular, Jawa Timur Park 1 & 2, dan Museum Angkut. Staf: Stafnya sangat ramah dan membantu. Mereka selalu siap membantu kami dengan apa pun yang kami butuhkan. Secara keseluruhan, saya sangat puas dengan Kayama Villa dan saya pasti akan merekomendasikannya ke kawan-kawan saya

The property is splendid for a big family. It has 3 bedrooms. Biem only advertised 2 bathrooms but actually there is an additional outdoor bathroom close to the pool, so it’s a plus. The master bedroom has an en-suite, but the toilet was a bit clogged. The other toilets worked just fine and each had water heater. The house has spacious common rooms, perfect for big family. There is a big balcony upstairs, complete with sofa and swing seat. The kitchen is outdoor and well-equipped. We enjoyed the private swimming pool. The pool is spacious, unlike other villas nearby. It was so peaceful, relaxing at the gazebo and feeding the fish at the pond next to it (fish food was provided). The caretaker, Mr. Suladi, was very helpful and polite. He helped us buy durian and charcoal for BBQ. He and Biem were flexible about early check-in. Both were always fast response. At my rate (IDR5M/night), it might be a bit pricey (due to peak season perhaps), but worth every penny. We had a fabulous stay.

over all cukup oke, hanya saja di beberapa tempat sedikit berdebu, dan di depan carpot ada tumpukan pasir, sepertinya baru selesai renov, sebenernya tdk menggangu sih cuma gak enak d pandang saja, untuk di beberapa perabotan mungkin butuh sedikit di lap, kerena buat saya yg punya alergi debu lumayan sedikit mengganggu, tp secara tempat oke bgt buat keluarga yg membawa anak kecil, dan bapak ibu saya, suka bgt, suskes terus buat pemilik villa
