Pak Rony is a very friendly host. His apartment is well furnished and clean. Will stay again.

Have repeatedly booked different units with host. We booked 5 units this time. There was rubbish leftover by previous guest i assume, which was not cleared. Host immediately send staff over to clear. The was lots of ants in unit 701 but staff came over to clean up. Balcony was dusty. Suggest to provide disposable slippers so that guest dont dirty the unit internal flooring after chilling at the balcony. There is also no rubbish bin either in the bedrooms or bathroom. Wifi was terrible at night. There was only 1 router for a few units. There was a soccer match the night we stayed. Couldnt watch the game peacefully as the connection keep getting disconnected. Apart from the minor hiccups, i would still recommend host and the apartment as location is strategic with many eateries and 24hr mart just below. Price is also affordable. Hopefully host will take the feedback as consideration to improve. Will not hesitate to book again. Thank you Sleeprest.

Just back from this beautiful homestay. We were very happy to stay in this big, spacious, nicely decorated and homely house. First of all, the house was very clean and tidy, and it looked exactly the same as shown in pictures. Secondly, the price was reasonable. All amenities stated were provided. All the bedrooms were equipped with air-conditioning as well as ceiling fan. The house owner was very nice,helpful and provided fast response to our needs. Highly recommended! And we will come back again next time =)

we had a really fantastic stay on our 3 nights stay in desaru, the place is clean and quiet. cosy beds and with clean toilets. wish Clara can have an multi plug for more electric appliances to be used at the same time

The spacious corner-lot home is perfect for big groups and comes with great amenities like a private pool, BBQ set, and karaoke system. Surrounded by lush plants, the place felt peaceful and cozy — our kids especially loved the swing and open space. It was a comfortable, fun-filled stay that made us feel right at home. One thing make me suprised, the home has bath tub and potty for kids. Also, a small playground is prepared in the house. This is super bonus when come to a family which travel with kids, just like me. This is not just family friendly home but also kids friendly. Highly recommended for family or group vacations!

A perfect place for our first ever PongKang Sportsfest. The place had the amenities as described- basketball, badminton, billiards, football table, darts, and many more other small games. It’s a new place. Lights all over the house and garden. Michelle and Alex are one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. They’re very responsive and friendly. Definitely will come back to this place soon. Thank you for letting us stay in your place.

The homestay was wonderful. it was very simple and pleasant.

Our second stay with Ben. His apartment provided everything we needed, washer/dryer, 2 toilets, many beds, each bed comes with hard pillow and soft pillow. Even had an enclosed balcony which gave us extra space, as well as a large TV to enjoy shows. The wifi was a bit spotty, but he told us way in advance so we were not surprised. Anyway it helped me limit my children’s screen time My go-to apartment every time we are at paradigm mall!

Easy and clear instructions from Catie. She even called me a day earlier to inform me that there’s a water disruption on the day of my check out. Appreciate the effort made. Was given a bigger apartment but 2 other rooms were locked as we are only a family of 4. Apartment was huge. Location is only a stone throw away from CIQ. Many food stalls nearby if you’re driving. The only downsides are noises from the vehicles downstairs as apartment was just right beside CIQ. Jacuzzi tub wasn’t clean as the jet blows out residues. Maybe due to previous home stayers using bath bombs. We ended up not utilising it. It was too warm to sit in the balcony as there are 4 aircon condensers. Checking in and out was hassle free. Catie was kind enough to keep us updated throughout. Will come back again next time. Thank you Catie!

Insta-worthy and one-of-a-kind! This flight-themed apartment with a calming sea view was a hit with the kids. They had a blast pretending to be passengers, stewardesses, and pilots—such a fun and creative space for families! Highly recommended! 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful accommodation and host

1) the first reason i chose this place and willing to pay on high side is because the beach view is amazing and the building is accessible to it. You cant swim at the beach but you can walk along the beach and play with the sand. Some days i saw plenty of rubbish at the beach. Sometimes not too much 2) the coway water filter makes my long vacay more convenient for a family with small children. 3) the location is superb. There are plenty of convenient stores. No need grabfood as Few food place especially at night. 4) bring own towel if you are not into microfibres towels. 5) the parking space is big suitable for big SUV to navigate. But need to pay rm20 per night if you chose to park at Guest parking other than your designated parking. 6) my children enjoyed the tv. We can watch decent channels 7) suitable for big family as they provide extra mattress but you might need bring blanket if you are using more than 4 beds

Checking in was a breeze thanks to the instructions given. The place is peaceful, clean and had everything I needed even a drinking water dispenser. Host was super responsive and friendly! The area doesn’t have much around but it’s definitely not far from CIQ. Will definitely book this place again!
