Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Batangas Bay

I loove the place!! Super appreciate the little details such as games, candle, YL diffuser, slippers, vanity kit, hand soaps. The overall look of the place is very cozy and homey. Will surely reco and would like to go back for sure!♥️

We much enjoyed Yen’s place. Very quiet and tranquil setting with beautiful view which we especially enjoyed with our morning coffee. Yen communications were prompt and helpful. We would stay again.

The location was right in the middle of Tagaytay and you are right next to the Serin Mall which was very convenient for shopping as needed. The apartment was spacious with everything you needed including hot water showers, a nice living room, and a smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime, etc. The best part of this place was the huge balcony with amazing views of Lake Taal and the surrounding landscape. Finally, the Host April was very responsive with helping out with anything that you required to make your stay more comfortable.

We had a very comfortable and cozy stay. Very responsive din po ang Host. Nasunod din po yung mga request namin. Which made the stay hassle free. Will surely book again next time.

Warm and accommodating

The host was a great host. They were very responsive and helpful. The place was beautiful and had the most amazing view.

We stayed at Loriella’s place for one week. Her place is complete with everything a family needs to make one’s stay comfortable - complete kitchen supplies and appliances, washing machine/dryer, spacious sala/dining with a huge TV and lots of games. Security is excellent, they make sure that only owners and/or their guests can enter the property. The kitchen sink was quite small but its okay, you’ll get used to it. The toilet and bath was well-stocked but it would have been better if there were floor mats inside. Overall, we had a great time staying at Loreilla’s place.

Check in was smooth, despite the front desk being busy since it’s a holiday. Ate Weng met us at the lobby and she was kind and accommodating of our questions. The view from the balcony is amazing. It’s the highlight of the place - having the best view of Taal volcano and the whole lake while in the privacy of your own spacious balcony. The rooms are comfortable and homey. The building is also closest to the clubhouse amenities (compared to the other towers) and there’s also a small park where you can do some walking. It was an enjoyable experience staying at Don’s place.

We truly enjoyed our stay at your transient home. The place was beautiful—clean, spacious, and had a very homey atmosphere. The amenities were complete, and the overall experience was relaxing. Great place to stay. There's an alphamart right below the place where you can also park your car. The layout of the place was great. All the bedrooms were spacious and cozy. You can also get access to the rooftop to hangout/sing karaoke. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lipa!

Neil’s place is nothing short of beautiful—every detail is as stunning as the pictures,. Though we only stayed overnight, we found ourselves wishing for more time to enjoy its charm and comfort. Neil is incredibly responsive, quickly addressing any inquiries, making our stay seamless. Our family had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we can’t wait to return! My family enjoyed staying at May’s place. It was peaceful, my kids really enjoyed walking around the community which i appreciate as well. The whole house and what’s inside it were carefully planned and thought of. May had been very accommodating and knew what real customer service is. We booked this place for our helper, driver and dog to stay in for the weekend during a wedding and it was perfect. Jannette was so nice and very flexible with our check-in and check-out requests. She was also very responsive and gave clear instructions. Would recommend to anyone who needs a simple, comfortable place to stay in the Nuvali area.

The place was really nice, clean and comfortable. The weather was also nice and cool, and there was light rain almost the whole time. Despite the rain, we still enjoyed the place and even the pool The rooms in the main house were very spacious, view was good, and there is ample space. There is also a pool room (additonal cost) that was very big that the kids enjoyed and stayed the whole time. Overall, it was a nice and relaxing quick vacation. It’s a highly recommended place, one that we’ll definitely go back again

We were a group of 15 and had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect, and the atmosphere of the place made us feel right at home. Place is very convinient since its near the gate, you'll never get lost.Just beside The Mills where you can do a lot of activities. Near nuvali and carmelray business park, i enjoyed jogging in morning and walking with my daughter in afternoon. Big place with a quiet neighborhood.

Launcelot is always the most accommodating host we have encountered, allowed for early check in and late check out. The place has a unforgettable view with access to a private balcony from the bedroom and living room, 15min walk (HUGE incline but fun) to restaurants and market or you can request a tricycle at the main desk which costs P100 and takes about 3mins. 100% recommend this place, great memories and great unit.

The room was clean and comfortable, making for a great stay. Beddings and towels were fresh and clean, exceeding my expectations. The room amenities like the fridge and microwave were a nice-touch. The location is very easy to find. It's beside a mall and a catholic church. The place looks clean and it smells really good. I love it's big TV. Although there was no parking space, I didn't have any trouble because I was able to park my car in front of Carlo's Pizza without a charge and you also have an option to leave it to Ayala Mall for a fee. I would recommend this place to friends.

great place to stay in Pico. Room is good for 6. cooking amenities is good and complete. the water though feels weird when showering, takes like forever to rinse your body of soap. Pico de loro currently is doing renovations on the roads but it wont affect your stay. registration didn't took too long even though many visitors are coming due to long weekend.

The room was great, everything was clean and we had all the appliances we needed. The hosts are also really kind and communicative. I’d love to stay here again.
