Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Batangas Bay

With its Spanish/Filipino/Dutch colonial architecture I can’t help but ruminate the time back in the 17th century when galleon ships can still enter what was then a salty Taal Lake. The place offers a panoramic view of Taal Volcano and the Tagaytay ridge, truly a magical, mystical, and charming place. I would recommend to get a copy and read ‘The Mysteries of Taal: A Philippine Volcano and Lake, Her Sea Life and Lost Towns by Thomas Hargrove’ while lounging in the garden of this farmhouse.

The place is awesome , room is very clean, host is very nice and accomodating, they entertain their guest very well and treated as family. Breakfast is good, thank you ate and kuya! Kudos to both of you👏

Our stay has been great. Ma'am Yolanda was very responsive and the caretaker, Kuya Rene, was very friendly. The location was great for us as the venues for the event we were attending are just nearby. The location was quiet and peaceful. The free breakfast was a plus!

Worth it. We stayed for 4days 3nights and we had free breakfast. Ma’am Victoria is friendly, helpful and very hands on. She let us use her iyashi for free. Very cozy and well-maintained property. The bed was super comfortable, and the area was peaceful. Perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Nice place to get a quick R&R. Food was good although a bit pricey. There's already a complimentary breakfast included in the booking. We had no issues other than finding the actual place. Tip: Search "Lotuspod" directly instead of using the Waze/Google Map link in booking. Otherwise you'll be routed into a private farm. Haha.

Ataalaya B&B was absolutely lovely; a relaxing and beautiful home away from home. I loved the combination of Spanish colonial and Philippine native decor, plus the breathtaking view of the lake. Our room was comfortable and there were a number of living spaces where we could lounge around. Hosts, Patty and Mike, were friendly and way too kind. Ate Neng was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The breakfast she prepared was simply unforgettable! I would not mind coming back another time and would certainly recommend this to family and friends.

Stedet er rent og koselig, gode senger, varmt vann, aircon+vifte. Vi var der veldig kort, men følte etter kort tid at vi var som hjemme med noen vi hadde kjent i lang tid. Victoria og mannen er så hyggelige og snille, hjalp til med reservasjon til båten og mer. Dette er virkelig en perle og vi kommer veldig gjerne igjen! Tusen takk for at vi fikk lov å komme, all hjelp og ikke minst bli kjent med dere!

I'm from the same town where the listing is located so I feel comfortable going to and staying at Kayama. The whole property is nice and huge. They have 4 rooms and are perfect for 12 adults, this being said, I wished they had a more lenient policy for little or younger children. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean, too, but gets slippery when wet, and there was no need to use the heater so I'm unsure if they are working. We loved the karaoke (videoke)😆 The staff on duty were accommodating. I also like that they have free breakfast with brewed kapeng barako. Overall we loved our stay even though it was quick. Even though the weather was hot during the day because it is summer the warm pool water was perfect on a chilly summer night.

Very nice place, host was very accommodating, friendly staff, quite place and expect some dragonfly and butterfly because the place was very in nature, will definitely come back, I don't usually give complement but the place was really nice and quiet.

One of the best accom near white beach. The staffs are kind and always ready to help if there are some questions. One thing that need to improve is their internet connection, but still manageable to work. Will definitely book it again!

The place has that timeless Spanish-era setup that instantly transports you to another era. Every corner feels thoughtfully preserved, yet inviting and comfortable. The atmosphere was incredibly cozy. The staff were welcoming and genuinely warm, adding to that “home away from home” feeling. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast. It wasn’t just your standard toast-and-coffee deal. We’re talking hearty, freshly made dishes with local flavors and rich coffee that made mornings something to look forward to. If you're looking for a place with soul, history, and a comforting embrace, this is definitely it. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

It's a great place to go to on a Holy Weekend. We booked our stay here during the holy week and loved the fact that they had stations of the cross in the area. It's peaceful there, you'll be with nature. There's a camping ground just beside the Forest cabins. Then just after the road - the cafe and the swimming pool. One side of the road is nature. The other side, civilization. However, because you are with nature, you'll see bugs. There are also occasional stray cats and dogs that roam around and dig through your garbage if you don't keep them under the outdoor sink. They'll warn you about it though. There is a lettuce farm in the area but they don't own it. I spoke to the farmer. They used hydroponics. The owner of the farm bought it from Lucias (an interesting tidbit). You can buy fresh produce there too. Overall though, I really did enjoy it. When you feel like getting out of the city. This is a great find.

The place is perfect for relaxation and peace and quiet away from the city. As in most reviews, Sir Jay is the star of the place so expect that he will take care of your needs. Love the merienda and home-made fruit juice. If anything, there's a bit of a limitation in terms of food choices due to the location but you can always avail of the in-house lunch or dinner (breakfast comes free) which is very tasty, healthy and served in big proportions. I also like the play room with a table tennis offering a great view of the landscape. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a memorable stay.

I recently stayed at this bnb, and it was a great experience. The cozy atmosphere, personalized attention from the hosts, friendly dogs, and thoughtfully lighted pathways created a warm ambiance. Comfortable stay

Camp Yambo made our quick weekend Wedding Anniversary a memorable and enjoyable one. The place is perfect if you want a stress-free environment. The staff, especially Ms. Obi ( if I spelled it right😅), is very accomodating. My daughter enjoyed the amenities,, especially the pool. What makes it worth trying it again is the food and drinks, especially their coffee☕ 😋. We'll definitely go back and recommend it to others who want to have accomodation near Yambo Lake.

We loved our stay at Baywalk Resort. The owner was extremely nice, accommodating, and humble. Its an incredibly beautiful and peaceful location with a constant cool breeze and waves from the lake that resembles an oceanfront experience. The view of the volcano is stunning, especially at sunrise. We really felt at home and comfortable there. The host and staff were nearby and very helpful and gave us as much personal attention as we needed while staying out of the way for our privacy at other times. He gave us helpful recommendations on nearby restaurants and local attractions. We will definitely come back, and hope to book multiple rooms for our family as there is a common cooking, outside patio full of beautiful flowering plants and trees, and pool that we can enjoy. The breakfast was amazing and tasty, clearly made with love and style. What an amazing place this is!
