The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

Je remercie sincèrement Alexandra et Loïc pour leur accueil bienveillant et chaleureux. Tout était parfait. Ce logement est un cocon, on s'y sent vraiment très bien. Il y a même une terrasse qui permet de s'aérer. Je recommande chaudement!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré la météo qui nous a empêché de profiter de la jouissance du jardin. Première impression à l'entrée du logement, un ensemble moderne, fonctionnel et surtout d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous recommandions vivement et si besoin, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. La maison de Jean-Charles est incroyable. Grande, propre et une belle terrasse/jardin. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, disposer ses affaires, se doucher… je recommande 1000 fois. Le seul point à savoir est qu’une seule chambre possède des volets

Gemütliches Studio in ruhiger Umgebung für ein paar Tage Paris - angenehm kühl an heißen Tagen. Die Gartenterrasse ist auch angenehm, um etwas Sonne zu genießen oder draußen zu essen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, wir haben sogar zwei Stück selbstgebackenen, superleckereren Kuchen geschenkt bekommen. Empfehlenswert für den Preis.

J aurai aimé garder l adresse secrète ….Un véritable bijou caché à Paris. Ce petit duplex est sans doute l’un des Airbnbs les plus surprenants que j’aie pu découvrir : un lit d’un confort exceptionnel, un aménagement raffiné, des finitions haut de gamme, et un charme fou. L’accueil a été tout simplement inoubliable : un bouquet de roses fraîches, une bouteille de champagne, des croissants chaque matin, sans oublier toutes les attentions pour mon chien — tout y est pensé dans les moindres détails. Face au jardin du Luxembourg , avec des pâtisseries, des restaurants et des lieux mythiques à deux pas, un bus devant la porte, et tout Paris à bicyclette… On se sent immédiatement parisien, avec l’envie irrésistible de le devenir pour toujours. Ce nid est si agréable qu’on ne veut plus en sortir. Et pourtant, je viens d’un petit paradis en Floride. C’est dire…

Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

tout s'est très bien passé, Cyril a été très gentil et à l'écoute. les extérieurs sont magnifiques et cela a permis de faire une belle surprise et un rassemblement familial qui était mieux que ce nous avions imaginé grâce à l'espace disponible. Nous reviendrons sûrement l'année prochaine en espérant avoir le beau temps Belle découverte d'un coin paisible en Île de France encore merci pour tout, ma sœur a été ravie et nous aussi 😊

Maison bien adaptée à des groupes car beaucoup de chambres , ce qui est agréable. Le quartier est calme et il y a quelques commerces à proximité ce qui est très appréciable. Nous avons passé un bon moment chez Olivier

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

J'ai été très satisfait de mon séjour dans ce logement. L'appartement était conforme à la description et très propre. L'arrivée et le départ se sont déroulés sans aucun problème. Je recommande vivement cette location pour son excellent rapport qualité-prix. N'hésitez pas à réserver, vous ne serez pas déçu.

La péniche est superbe, les chambres sont très confortables. Parfait pour un groupe de 10. Merci pour l’accueil.

Charlie was an incredible host. Her place was charming with the most beautiful view of the Sacre-Couer. We found the bed exceptionally comfortable and it was nice to have a good hair dryer available. If you like style and a want a magical experience in Paris, stay here. We loved it!

I highly recommend this place. It’s in a great neighbourhood, surrounded by some of the best restaurants and pubs. Also many parking places near by if you don’t want to park your car on the streets .

Fabrice’s place is very good in an amazing neighbourhood, it is located near two metro lines which helped us a lot to go to all the places directly, the place is very clean, cozy and suitable for a family of 4. the apartment is as shared. Fabrice is very responsive for any questions/inquires.

Very good location and bright and modern apartment. Although I didn’t use it, there was a well equipped kitchen.

Anne’s place is just as she describes (think Emily in Paris vibes 😊). It’s a cute little apartment, great for solo/couple. Has all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay and is steps away from metro station which makes it super convenient to access all of Paris! I had the best time there and would definitely come back again. Thank you Anne for the lovely stay and recommendations to go around!

Five of us comfortably stayed at Claire’s apartment which is homely and full of all the amenities listed . She had a wonderful booklet with instructions and recommendations for local restaurants and activities . We felt safe and loved the easy walking to several metros and local markets . Claire was friendly and responsive and we will definitely be recommending to friends and hopefully return ourselves .

Notre séjour à Paris s’est très bien passé. L’appartement était parfait pour nous quatre. Très propre, moderne et les hôtes accueillants et obligeants. Le metro est très proche - 5 minutes à pied, et il y a quelques supermarchés dans les environs aussi. La seule chose c’est qu’il se trouve au sixième étage, sans ascenseur, donc il faut être en forme! Je n’héstitais pas à y séjourner encore une fois dans le futur!

We had a great time there! Very clean apartment, located in a cozy area surrounded by nice cafes and bars and within walking distance to central Paris!Just to let travelers with big luggage know that you have to go up to the 4th floor with no elevator.
