Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Bastille, Paris

A group of us stayed for a week trip at Marlene’s place in May 2024. The location was amazing, Marlene was extremely helpful and responsive, and the house was very well-equipped. We had everything we needed for our stay! I will caution anyone with mobility issues - there are a lot of stairs and the layout of bathrooms is a bit odd, but we got used to it quickly and it worked well for our group. Would highly recommend to a group looking to get around Paris easily - close to a major metro station and very walkable.

We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The host family was very friendly and accommodating. Despite the fact that the accommodation is on the same property as the owners' house, you could be on your own at any time. Paris was perfectly accessible by public transport. We were able to park the car directly on the property all week. A bakery and a supermarket could also be easily reached on foot. We will be happy to come back.

We had a lovely stay! Metro etc is close by! The Airbnb is lovely and has everything you need. The host Matthieu is very welcoming and dropped us off pastries that were lovely! Highly recommend if staying in Paris! Thank you Matthieu!

This place is a real hidden gem—super special, with a great location near the Luxembourg Gardens and just a 10-minute walk from excellent restaurants, bars, and shops. François is a very helpful host and was incredibly kind to us. Since we were traveling with a baby, we needed some flexibility with check-in and check-out, and we also needed some mugs in the kitchen, which he brought as soon as he could. The air conditioning worked really well, which was much appreciated with 33-degree weather in Paris and a baby! We loved the place and will definitely come back next time

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

Great stay! Justin was on point with everything

Laurent has truly been a great host. A real friendly person who will make sure that you have the most comfortable stay at his property. During my time at his place, the weather was very hot, Laurent’s first thought was to ask if I would like a fan to which a graciously accepted. He and his family are very warm and friendly people and would recommend anyone to stay here whilst visiting Paris.

We stayed 12 nights at Laurent’s place. The apartment is super clean, has everything you may need, an extremely comfortable king size bed, a great shower, and a superb location. There are 3 metro lines, lots of buses, but you can also walk along the canal, down to the Seine, and be in central Paris in less than a half hour. Lots of cafe and restaurants close by. Laurent left very detailed explanations on how to use the appliances in the apartment, and sent us videos to explain how to check in which made that process really easy. We appreciated the champagne and chocolates we found upon arrival. Laurent sent texts during our stay to make sure everything was going well, and even offering help to order a taxi to the airport. Do not hesitate to book this place! A+++

We had a wonderful stay at Sixtine’s! We arrived early and she was happy to let us check in ahead of time. She also provided a travel cot for our infant and had it set up for us! You cannot beat the location, amenities, and beautiful view of Paris’ signature rooftops. From the beginning of the trip to the end, Sixtine provided perfect communication. We were very well cared for. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

My wife and I had a great long weekend stay here in a marvelous flat with a great balcony over the streets. Spacious for 2 adults and light and airy. Bed was comfy and kitchen very well equipped. Quiet at night yet moment's from the sights and attractions. Very safe around the area at night too on the walks home. Would thoroughly recommend.

I can honestly say that this is the loveliest Airbnb experiences we have ever had. Alex’ place is beautifully designed and appointed, and Alex himself is an excellent host and great communicator. We had a lovely time and and look forward to returning some day.

We had a nice 2 night stay at Eric’s apartment. It has a convenient location within a few minutes walk to metro station and a short walk to Le Marais. It was clean, quiet and cosy. Eric met us at check in which was nice. He was friendly and responsive. I would recommend to others.

Great place to stay really nice area with lots to do!

This apartment has so much charm and it’s in the best location for someone who wants to be around amazing food options. Check in and check out were smooth and one major perk compared to other similar listings is the large and breezy bathroom. We enjoyed our stay here!

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

My mum and I had a fabulous stay at Christine’s Airbnb in Paris. It was beautifully decorated, and in a fantastic area with many cafes restaurants and bars. Christine’s apartment had everything you could possibly want for, and we felt right at home. Christine was a lovely friendly host and showed us everything we needed to know. We hope to stay longer next time!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions. We truly enjoyed staying here. Adrien was a wonderful host. He met us when we arrived and explained everything. He was nice enough to give us some recommendations for coffee and restaurants. We had everything we needed nd the space felt safe. Close to the metro and many other things. We look forward to staying again and would recommend.
