Disposto su 2 livelli, PT soggiorno con angolo cottura, al 1° piano 2 camere con letto di 160cm e letto di 120cm; bagno con doccia e tutti i sanitari. Accesso per mezzo di un cancello automatico che porta in un cortile interno con possibilità parcheggio auto gratuito (purchè esente da perdite di olio). Nel porticato wallbox per ricarica auto elettriche.

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.
