Evin konumu gerçekten harikaydı. Hem tasarımı hem de temizliği açısından oldukça etkileyiciydi. Banyo ve tuvaletin birlikte olması nedeniyle duş sonrası etrafa biraz su sıçrayabiliyor; bu yüzden yanınızda terlik bulundurmanız faydalı olabilir. Ayrıca, bina eski olduğundan ses yalıtımı çok iyi değil ve üst kattaki daireden zaman zaman ses gelebiliyor. Fakat bu bizim için rahatsız edici bir durum olmadı. This was an outstanding beginning to our trip in Turkey. The location was perfect in a very walkable and interesting neighborhood with all we needed in terms of restaurants and walkable to attractions. We were only one block from the tram that takes you anywhere you need to go. The very best thing about our stay, though, was Cem. We have never had a more proactively helpful, generous, and friendly host than Cem. We highly recommend this place! NOTE: this apartment is small and it is in a very narrow but tall space (4 stories). So if you are not comfortable with small spaces or with steps, this would not be the place for you

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

The stay was great. The apartment is very comfortable, with good beds, a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious balcony, and it’s located in a lively neighborhood. There’s a lot to see within walking distance. If you’re in good shape, you can even walk to the historic area of Sultanahmet. The ferry to Kadikoy is also nearby. Taxis are inexpensive, I recommend using Uber. It’s a pity we didn’t meet the host in person; it’s always nice to talk to a local. The apartment and its location are truly recommended!

The place itself was amazing—just as described and exactly like the photos. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. For anyone traveling to Istanbul by car, this location is ideal since it offers free parking right behind the building. The host was incredibly responsive, available almost 24/7, and checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed—he truly cared about our comfort. Everything was perfect, especially the hospitality. Highly, highly recommended!

My stay at this apartment in Istanbul was absolutely wonderful in every way! The apartment was very clean and beautifully furnished with modern, stylish decor. Its location is excellent — very close to Taksim Square and right in the heart of the city. The street is mostly flat with a slight uphill walk, but it was easy and not a problem at all. I would like to give a special thank you to Ms. Nihal and her family, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. Her communication felt more like family than just a host, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, if I return to Turkey, I will definitely book with her again. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfort, a great location, and a warm, friendly host.

Berek is a wonderful person but the property is not fit for elderly people you will have to climb stairs to get to the barrooms

Amazing views, very bright and very clean. There was everything that you needed in the kitchen to prepare your own meals plus some. Comfortable lounges, smart TV as well as some board games. Very close to public transport. Faruk was very attentive as well as responsive. I highly recommend your next stay here.

Ich war begeistert von meinem Aufenthalt im Sinpaş Queen Bomonti! Die Wohnung in der 36. Etage bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht über Istanbul – besonders bei Sonnenuntergang ein echtes Highlight. Die Ausstattung ist modern und hochwertig, das Gebäude sehr gepflegt und sicher. Perfekt für einen stilvollen Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage. Klare Empfehlung!

15 min walk to Beyoglu. Felt like at home, the kitchen was quite well equipped. Building has good facilities, there are a mini market and a bakery in the site.

This apartment has an amazing view. Its a cozy apartment which I had a great stay. It is located on 15th floor and overlooks the surrounding neighborhood and more. On the downside the AC was not working and it was never fixed during my stay. Also if you’re planning to visit the center of Istanbul such as Taksim square, then its more than 1 hour with car. Still, I highly recommend this place which I had a great 3 day stay in.

I would like to thank Mr. Fares and Mohammed for his excellent hospitality and outstanding treatment throughout our stay. He demonstrated remarkable honesty and integrity in describing the property and its amenities, which made our experience comfortable and free of any unpleasant surprises. The house located near Akbati Mall is in an excellent location and well-equipped. Mr. Fares' treatment was exceptionally respectful and warm. I greatly appreciate the transparency and honesty in all dealings, which truly distinguishes a great host.
