We had a very good stay! Tânia welcomed us very warmly. The house was very clean. We only missed air-conditioning in all the rooms (there was only in the en-suite) because we had very hot days and the ceiling fans could not handle it. We were a little frustrated because the freezer, which appeared in the photos when we rented, was not working. We went to spend 8 days and took a lot of refrigerator stuff and only the refrigerator didn't work. Other than that, everything was fine. A wonderful view of the sea, super safe condominium for those who go with children, easy access to the beach. We liked it a lot.

We had a great stay, the house is very well furnished and allows to spend good times with family/friends, I recommend it!!!

Ana and Alexandre were very receptive. the house impeccable, clean and very comfortable to what she shows in the photos. The clean and very large pool. In the house has all the Appliances we need. We love the stay and want to come back more often. 🙏🏼

Our stay was wonderful! The house is very spacious, comfortable and perfectly equipped to accommodate a large group. The location is excellent and the host was very attentive and helpful from start to finish. We would definitely go back and recommend to those looking for quiet and well spent days near the sea. Everything was great, location, house utensils, cleaning, nho market, bazaar, restaurant and pizzeria almost to the slime of the condominium. we only had a mishap with refrigerator, I had to clean because it wasn't freezing, but it worked, and in the meantime a reservation was taken home. the air conditioners were also freezing almost nothing, the only thing that I suggest having fans, so that if the air does not work, it has this option, as it was very hot, so it was very unpleasant to sleep about 3 nights warmer.

Hosting exactly as in the photos, Thaís our host was super clear with the house details. We recommend and will be back as soon as possible.

These days we stayed in Barra Velha-SC, we were welcomed in the city and very well hosted at the lake house! Nice place with a wonderful view!!

We adored the house, Rosane's reception was very good, there was even a coffee and cake for our arrival. Great house,all organized, clean. We enjoy our tour a lot as the house is in a great location... several tourist cities are 40 to 1 h away from the house, so we can enjoy a lot to visit other cities like Blumenau, Pomerode, Camboriú, Beto Carreiro na Penha which is on the side ...Super recommend. No doubt next vacation we will return

Claudia from the first contact was very solicitous and kind. Always with clear and true instructions. The house is beautiful, swimming pool, jacuzzi, cleaning, new furniture. All perfect as in the listing photos. Super indicated and if I go there again for sure I and my family will stay in this house again.

Casa exactly as in the listing. Next to the beach, restaurants and markets. Casa with good structure and all the precise items to spend a few days. Communication with the host was easy. Certainly me and my family will be back.

At first, hosts are wonderful people. Extremely flexible in the question of check-in and checkout, they responded very quickly when we needed it and had a lot of understanding on certain subjects. Now the house, I have no words to describe how wonderful she is. Besides being beautiful, it was totally tidy and smelling when we arrived. We went in 9 people and everyone slept comfortably and extremely well. Anyway, I only have to thank the hosts for the reception and we'll definitely be back.

We spent amazing family days in this super cozy beach house! The house is very clean, well cared for and is on a dead end street, which ensured a lot of peace and tranquility. The location is great, close to the beach, perfect for those looking for quiet! We were delighted with the details: bedding and towels very smelling and well cared for, as well as bath kits that were a super pleasant surprise. Leila and Gessica were extremely helpful and attentive throughout the stay, which made all the difference. Without a doubt, it was a wonderful stay!!

The house is great for resting body and head, wonderful view, foot in the sand,I liked it very much and the children loved it,thanks to João who served us very well, if I do come back...
