Our stay was perfect! Clean and organized space, corresponded exactly with the photos. Daniel e Luiz (the boy who works in the condominium) very proactive and friendly. Worth the stay! Very beautiful house with all the utensils available. We love it!

We stayed at Alan's house in May and what a pleasant experience. The house offers everything we need. Super organized, clean, in a quiet, peaceful and safe condominium. We walked a lot, several beaches nearby, some more deserted, others with kiosks, but all very quiet, very calm sea, great for those with children. Alan and his wife deserve a special thank you, super attentive, they recommended several good places, met our needs and were super kind in all aspects. It was truly a journey to be cherished in memory and heart. May God bless you both. We'll be back any day now.

The house is simple but very cozy and served us in everything we needed. It was clean, organized and matches exactly what was announced. Rhuan was super attentive, and the location is great for those who want to enjoy the tranquility of Penedo. We had a very nice family stay!

The place is charming. We went in 15 people and everyone liked it. The swimming pool is great, the lake is beautiful, the outdoor space contains everything that is necessary for a good group celebration. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are wonderful. Some may even complain about the road leading to the site, but for those who are used to going to places, know that the roads are usually dirt, this was not a problem. Raquel from the beginning was very receptive, always helping us and responding very quickly. The communication was impeccable. Anyway, it's a place I recommend and I'll come back. It is well worth it .

Our stay was great! The house is much better than the advertisement and the photos show! It is right in front of the avenue, but the only noise we heard was that of the river that passes in front! The location was also better than expected, I went with my bike and it was very easy to get to the center and the waterfalls of penedo, it has grocery store, chocolate factory and restaurants of all values nearby! It's well worth it!

It exceeded our expectations, cozy atmosphere and amazing surroundings! We felt at home, hosts Ana Paula and Rodrigo were totally attentive and proactive, they look like our friends of times. We also had the security of the dog Simba, who accompanied us to all the waterfalls and escorted us. We indicate a lot and we will be back for sure.

Aconchego is the word that can describe the space. We were very well received by Adriana and Gian, received all the necessary information, and were extremely helpful, attentive and caring to me and my family. They removed all our doubts and were always available to meet us and resolve what was necessary. We had a quiet, pleasant stay, both during the time of the tour and in the moments of rest in the house watching TV or reading by the fireplace, and we had the support of them and the housekeeper all the time. The accessibility of the city was positive, the door of the social bathroom being wide enough to pass a wheelchair was great 🥰 We hope to be able to return soon to this city we love, and no doubt I recommend this space to everyone! 😁🙏🏽🥰

The mountain villa is a delight! We spend incredible days there and in the region, great for enjoying waterfalls and views that are a relief for the city's tired eyes. Ivanilde received us very well, the place was impeccable and I highly recommend!

Super recommend, beautiful house, good, spacious and all very comfortable. The location is otima, very close to visconde de Mauá but it has some climbs that require a little of the car until it reaches the house. but I guarantee it is worthaaaa. In the outdoor area there is a toton my nephew loved, the warm jacuzzi the night was perfectaaa Host is very helpful, communicative and helpful. Super Recommend and would come back again and again.

We stayed from the 17th to the 22nd and we had a wonderful experience! The house is very comfortable, well-equipped and perfect for those who travel with the family — including our three four-legged daughters, who also enjoyed a lot. The house met expectations, was very clean and is really close to the Waterfall of Escorrega. It has a large and private outdoor space. Vanessa is really nice and thoughtful.

The magical place, with an impeccable nature, a wonderful place to rest and recharge. A Ge, a helper appointed by Fernanda along with João, are a few dear ones, a simplicity and sincerity to fill the heart. We love our days !

Wonderful stay. It answered what we expected. We were in 3 couples and we were hyper accommodated in a wonderful home. Vista, Cleaning, visiting several different birds during the day (including a Seriema), wonderful gourmet area where we stayed most of the time. Questions were immediately clarified by Cristiane very attentive and sympathetic. Several restaurants and bars nearby, and the centrinho 10 minutes walking slowly. Home is exactly what's on the listing. Well-equipped and working perfectly. Everything was very clean, João was super attentive and did everything to make our stay perfect. We were able to communicate quickly and accurately. The chill of the mountain is all good. The only thing I have to score (it's not a complaint, it's just an important point for the next tenants). The street where the house is located is a very steep climb and very narrow, it only passes one car at a time. A popular car goes up, but it forces the engine a lot because it has to go up first gear all the time. We'll be back for sure.

The place is very nice and cozy. A perfect spot for rest and leisure. Easy and quick travel to the center of Visconde de Mauá and to visit the districts of Maringá/RJ and Maringá/MG. The host, Rodrigo, was very kind and showed a lot of attention and care. He provided useful and important information, with details about access to the house and about tours, restaurants and nearby tourist cities. With more vacation time, we could make better use of the gourmet area. It was only 3 days of great tranquility and peace. We were very pleased.
