The trip to the shopping centers of Volta Redonda (Vila, Aterrado and Centro) takes a maximum of 10 minutes. New bed, bath, dishes and utensils. Microwave, Airfryer, Refrigerator and Air-Conditioning for your comfort and tranquility. The building has a self-service laundry room charged separately. Easy to find a parking space on the street.

Our house is located in Ipiabas, district of Barra do Piraí, on the Coffee Valley route, a region surrounded by farms, historic buildings, restaurants, cafes, craft shops, horse farms, churches and waterfalls. In the 4,500 m2 space, there is native forest, lake, gazebo, swimming pool, barbecue area, fireplace and lots of nature. Ideal for couples with children, friends or the whole family. It is 15 km from Conservatória, the land of the seresta, a must-see for anyone visiting the region.

my husband and I stayed a few days to attend the jazz festival in the city. it was very good. the city is very small but has coffee shops and shops to buy cheese and wine. the residents are very kind and hospitable.

I hardly had any contact with the host, because the recommendations and guidelines were very clear and objective, and I had no problems during the stay to call him. The house is impeccable and seems to have been recently renovated, very well organized and with aspects of everything new. I was very surprised by what I paid for what I received, great value for money!

The place is amazing! Despite the alerts about RJ-141 between Dorândia and São José do Turvo, we opted for it, and it was the right choice, as the locals recommended it due to the bus passing through. RJ-143 would be an even worse option, especially in rainy seasons. The property exceeded all expectations, with a magical atmosphere and plenty of privacy. Great area for hiking, wonderful soccer field, plus the footvolley net. The pool served the group of 13 people well, and the house, although it seems small, is very cozy, with space for mattresses in the living room. The place has a lot of insects, so it's advisable to keep a racket handy. Buddha's corner is magical, but bringing a mat would be more comfortable for the practices. The host was amazing, responding quickly throughout the nine months of planning. The presence of Mr. Pedro and his son, who allowed the group to ride horses on the property, was special. We hope to return to this peaceful retreat <3

Well, the photos don't show the place as it is (live is much better). Camila, the owner, was always very friendly and helpful with any demand or request. The place was clean, basic utensils within the standard (I missed a filter). The location is extremely quiet, close to 2 Atacadões, 1 mall and the Havan store, on foot or by car. I would definitely rent the place again. Camila is an excellent host!
