Victor's place is like the listing. Quiet, cozy place, provided pleasant days. Mr. Geraldo welcomed us very well. I recommend requesting the location of the property for him because the GPS takes a not very good road and there is a very good path that arrives at the property. For those looking for peace of mind, I recommend the space. I'm definitely coming back.

Great location, a lot of tranquility and in one of the city's main sights. I did not use the outside area (swimming pool and barbecue) but they are very cool facilities. I felt very comfortable and when necessary, Edvaldo proved very helpful. A single opportunity for improvement would be a better sanitization of the bathroom and dishware available in the kitchen. But the hosting set was positive and indicated for the other airbnb users.

Sônia and Lenon were super friendly and helpful. We had a delightful weekend with the kids running on the lawn. The house is super well-equipped. It was great! We want to go back!

Flat is beautiful, very well decorated, functional, well equipped to meet our needs, all in very good taste. All very clean, very comfortable bed. It has a good trade around. We were in a group of 18 people to spend Christmas and we all had an excellent experience at the site. Communication with Joana is quick and clear. The staff are polite and we'd like to highlight Mr. Edson, who welcomed us very warmly and was very kind with the activities. The facilities of the site are great, the gourmet area is a star apart, the rooms are comfortable and the kitchen with all the utensils. We all had a wonderful time! The rain makes the journey a little difficult because it is still on the ground, with some holes in the road, but we managed by driving carefully. I suggest having a popcorn maker, we took ours, for rainy days and a movie at night and it was a success!!

I really liked Fazenda Nova Conceição, a very good place to stay in peace and tranquility with nature. Super attentive and very polite Reginaldo e Célia. The simple but very good house to spend the time, great bed, perfect wifi and the kitchen has it all. We use the barbecue, enjoy the place, with swimming pool, lake and trail. Reginaldo offered us lemon and tangerine from the trees there. We really like it. We'll be back for sure.

Marcos is an extremely accessible person, always responding promptly and with clear information. We had no problem arriving, while we were there or on our way out. The farm is in great conservation , it is very beautiful and cozy and it looks like you are emerging in a series of seasons😍! All very beautiful, wonderful swimming pool and sauna and the amazing surroundings. Nature is really wordless! The staff of Marcos are very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to returning! Comfortable house, place like photos. My family and I had days of peace immersed in nature (which was our purpose) were very happy with the attention of the host who perfectly described the site.

We were very welcome by the family and especially thank Malu, Gustavo and Ney for all the support and attention during the stay. The house is simple, clean and very airy. The outdoor area is the highlight: it has gourmet space with pizza oven, barbecue, hammocks to rest and a beautiful view. Without counting the waterfall and trails within the property itself. An important warning: Access actually requires a 4x4 vehicle — the listing doesn't exaggerate. Thank you very much Malu, we hope to go back!

I went to the farmhouse with my family (12 people). Everyone really liked it. The place is a very beautiful place and has an impressive structure. All decor is designed for the comfort of visitors. The pool space is amazing and everyone really enjoyed the period. The hostess is a lovely person who welcomed us with great affection and whenever we needed her, she assisted us. It is certainly a place we want to return to.

The place is exactly as described. spacious, clean. At check-in we were greeted by Raquel's parents, very friendly. The kitchen is well-equipped. The caretaker came every day to clean the pool and collect the garbage. Bakery nearby, market too. You can walk to the center. My family was very pleased with the accommodations. It met our expectations.
