Cozy older house with barbecue room in beautiful surroundings

Here you will find tranquility and can enjoy beautiful nature in lovely surroundings. The fishing water is very close to the listing and takes 2 minutes to walk there. Barbecue room where you can make a fire and barbecue if you want. Helpful with firewood. A great hiking terrain in the area summer and winter. Possibility to borrow ice drills and fishing equipment if desired. The northern lights are often dancing and are a lovely spectacle for those who have an interest in it. Easy starting point for trips to mountains, on the sea and in the cultural landscape. Relax in close contact with our social sheep and lambs. Brovoll Gård was established in 2021 and is today an active farm consisting of both horse, dog, cat and goats. The farm is renting stables, wood production, open farm, teaching and tourist tours. Summer 2024, the rental cabin was finished and is a 17 square-sized cabin with 2 bunk beds, 1 single bed/sofa, fridge, microwave and dining table with 4 chairs. There is also a shared newly refurbished bathroom on the farm available to the cottage guests that are shared with others. Horseback rides can be booked by interest.

My paradise

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful family retreat. Out on the terrace you can enjoy the jacuzzi and watch the popular target river run by or the polar light dance in the sky. Fine hiking areas with lots of berries in autumn. The waterfall with salmon staircase must be seen. At camping close by there is a swimming pool with slide and playground, very popular for children when the weather is good. Summer there are some salmon fishermen at camping and the cabin is also one perfect place for salmon fishermen.

Bad med en liten badstue, perfekt etter en lang dag i skibakken. Fullt utstyrt kjøkken med sitteplasser til 6 personer pluss en barnestol. Enkel adkomst da den er i 1.etg. og romslig platt utenfor (sommer). En gratis parkeringsplass. Det er ikke tillatt med kjærledyr.

The apartment is designed for long breakfasts, pleasant evenings in front of the fireplace and resting pulse. Only 20 minutes drive to Senja. Private outdoor area, in summer with fire pit, barbecue and outdoor furniture. Hiking possibilities right outside the door in summer and winter. At Vårlund gaard we have two dogs and a cat that lives the good life in the countryside. From September to April you can see the northern light right outside the house.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious home! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The highlight of our stay was definitely the sauna and whirlpool—such a perfect way to unwind. And to top it all off, we were lucky enough to witness the breathtaking northern lights right from the property, which made our stay truly unforgettable. The hosts were responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a magical and relaxing escape!

Very nice and accommodating host. Very nice place that has everything you need in an apartment for both short and longer stays. Very clean in the apartment, and great interior and furniture. Quiet and sheltered location with views of the mountains, and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Really recommend and is worth the price.

In connection with our project work in the area, it was nice and a perfect opportunity to rent 'Ida-hytten' to Christian. The stay during the period has been as expected, despite some unexpected local road closures in the area. This became unproblematic for our workers. The cabin has delivered on all the preferences we have expected, and we will gladly contact you again if/when the need for accommodation is present again.
