I had the pleasure of spending a wonderful week at the cottage with my 2 boys. The cottage had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The outdoor spaces were beautuful and the kids and I spent a lot of time on the swings and in the hammock. The lake was perfect for swimming (the kids especially loved the big floating mat) and we enjoyed exploring the lake in the canoe as well! The kids have been asking to go back ever since!

The Hay Bay Hideaway exceeded our group's wildest dreams for the perfect End of Summer get-away. We could not have asked for a more peaceful and unique property and home, with exceptionally communicative, helpful, and gracious hosts. Our group of 10 slept comfortably in the 5 bedrooms this historic home offers, indulged in the well stocked pantries, utilized the gorgeous selection of vintage dish-ware, and experienced cozy nights by the beautiful wood stove fireplaces while enjoying a wide array of musical instruments available throughout the home. This property backs onto a private inlet with still, lily pad covered water, visited by blue herons, kingfishers, blue jays and many other woodland friends. We also enjoyed the various watercrafts, including a row boat, pedal boat, and canoe on the open water that connects directly to the small inlet. The experience was incredibly unique, absolutely smooth and accessible, and deeply memorable. A return trip is definitely in the works :)

The cottage was nice, clean and quiet, easy to find and close enough to town (Lakefield) to secure any items we forgot, and a Tim's for those who can't go without. The waterway was quiet out to the larger lake area, easy enough to paddleboard or row out to. Plenty of fish off the dock if that is your go to. Not sure if it was just the season, but no mosquito bites at all, and with no bug spray on.. maybe we got lucky. Sean was easy and pleasant to communicate with, no issues at all during our stay.

We had the most amazing time this weekend at Vicki’s place. The cottage itself is beautiful and has all the amenities you could possibly need. It’s great for families with young children and it’s definitely set up to cater them. It is immaculately clean and has the most beautiful views from the large deck. The weather wasn’t on our side so we didn’t get to do any swimming but the outdoor fire pit kept us warm. We will absolutely be back.

We absolutely fell in love with Ken’s cottage on Stoney Lake. The cottage was cozy and clean and well cared for. We love that the cottage opens right onto a dock. It feels like you’re on a houseboat! Despite there being cottages nearby it was so quiet and we also loved using the canoe he provided to explore the lake. Our favourite part by far was the private Nordic spa. It was so relaxing and peaceful to have this private space to relax in a stunning natural setting. The neighbours we met were very warm and we also love the nearby communities. It’s close to Lakefield for ammenities and small town charm. We love the care that Ken has put into this unique experience and we plan on coming back twice a year to recharge and reconnect with nature and ourselves. We will also be referring family and friends. Thanks Ken for letting us use your little slice of paradise.

Our stay at Stoney Lake was nothing short of amazing, thanks to the incredible hospitality of Patti and Dennis. From the moment we arrived, they were exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect. The beauty of Stoney Lake left our family in awe, and Dennis was kind enough to give us a memorable boat tour, which we will cherish. The suite was impeccably designed, providing a relaxing atmosphere that truly felt like a home away from home. We made full use of the amenities, enjoying the fire pit, BBQ grill, and badminton net. The beach was beautifully maintained, and we couldn’t resist spending hours there, making the most of everything it had to offer.

We had great stay with Igor everything was as described he super friendly and responsive. The park is clean and everyone is really friendly. I would definitely recommend this place and hopefully we will return in the near future.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à Sandbanks dans le chalet de Scott. L’emplacement, les commodités, le complexe, les attentions et petits cadeaux de bienvenue de Scott, le Pass annuel pour la plage, tout a été parfait! Le chalet est parfaitement situé dans le complexe, le stationnement est juste en arrière, peu de voisinage, très proche de la piscine et des zones d’activités sportives et de loisirs. Nous étions également à 7 minutes des plages et 10 minutes de Picton, vraiment une très bonne situation! Nous souhaitions surtout nous reposer et passer un beau moment en famille au soleil et nous avons été comblés. Nous pensons fortement revenir plus souvent à l’occasion.

The trailer had everything we needed for a family vacation. The part of the trailer with the kids bunks was very spacious with a play area and there were toys and games for the kids to play with. The pool at the campground had two lifeguards at all times, which I was very happy with. The campground also had a small Beach with a lot of communal toys to share. Racheal was easy to get in touch with and responded very quickly. We really appreciated that she let us know ahead of time that there was an event at the campground for the kids on the day that we were arriving so that we could be prepared and enjoy it. We did a day trip to the Warsaw caves which I would definitely recommend!

The hosts are truly amazing and warm hearted. Their home was well maintain and it shows in every corner of their property. Lovely place.

Our family cannot recommend this place more ; it will always hold such a special place in our heart. The cottage and surroundings were incredible - clean, spacious, fully equipped. The neighborhood offers so many activities close by, perfect for all ages. Jennifer is an incredible host and will make sure you have all the info you need to take advantage of your stay (and Sandbanks). we will definitely be coming back ✨

My family had a great time at the resort. Roberto was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. The home was clean and comfortable and exactly as pictured. It was. Perfect spot for kids as there is tons to do on the resort grounds and you are 15 minutes from almost all major attractions. The pool was fantastic for kids with a very large shallow end, towel service, life jackets etc. will definitely return next time we are in PEC.

We had a great time staying in Kevin’s home. He is extremely kind and helpful! We felt right at home and very comfortable. We caught a couple of fish right off his dock! Beautiful home and really beautiful scenery. We will definitely come back!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage! It’s the perfect getaway—cozy, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The highlight for us has to be the sunsets. We've traveled to many places, but nothing compares to the breathtaking sunsets here. The view is simply magical, with the sky painted in the most vibrant hues. Watching the sun dip below the horizon from the porch has become our favorite part of each day. We can't recommend this place enough !

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Andrey’s cottage! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described — even better in person. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind, surrounded by nature and peaceful surroundings. Andrey was a fantastic host — friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. You can tell he genuinely cares about creating a great experience for his guests. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

I recently stayed at Peng's Airbnb, and it was an exceptional experience. The property itself is stunning, with beautiful decor and a serene ambiance that made our stay incredibly relaxing. What truly stood out was Peng's hospitality. We had a last-minute change in our guest list, and Peng was more than accommodating, making the adjustments seamlessly. Moreover, when we encountered a minor issue with a beeping appliance, Peng personally came over to fix it right away, ensuring our comfort was never compromised. I highly recommend staying at Peng's place for anyone looking for a beautiful and well-hosted experience.

Great location right on the Trent River! Very nice outdoor space with lots of things to do and perfect for fishing, etc. Lots of fun with our family of 6!

Shannon did an excellent job communicating with us and provided us with picture instructions on how to use the hottub, firepit and remotes for the heat and fireplace. She was aware we were celebrating my fiancé's birthday and was so sweet to leave him a birthday card and chocolates. We were also pleasantly surprised to see she had a snack basket, bottled water, eggs, bagels and food in the cuoboards that we could help ourselves to at no extra cost. She was extremely welcoming and allowed us to take our time checking out. We loved our stay at her beautiful home and highly recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay at Jack Pine cottage this Spring! The views over the lake were gorgeous, the cottage was cosy & comfortable and our hosts gave us super clear instructions. This place is ideal for a long weekend in any weather, we had a great time kayaking, then dinner round the campfire. The wildlife is so beautiful, we saw herons, loons, goslings and rabbits. We would very much recommend this little gem for anyone needing a countryside getaway! Thank you to Lora & Dave for being amazing hosts.
