Studio apartment at the foot of Wartburg

Entire, independent studio, 52 square meters, with well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, market and Luther House 10-15 min., Wartburg: about 35 minutes (forest path), train station: about 15 minutes Hiking: The forest begins right behind the house and many hiking opportunities are in close proximity. I am happy to provide tips and information. The windows of the studio face the courtyard, which is partly green and serves (largely) as a parking lot. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby city center (about 6-10 minutes' walk). The surrounding southern quarter is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and is worth seeing for its many Art Nouveau villas alone. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in Advent). If the nearby Prinzenteich (2 min.) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio (non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people (1.40 m x 2.00 m) on a comfortable sofa bed. Since inquiries keep coming, there is now the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on a guest mattress. Coffee and various types of tea are freely available. Linens, towels and hair dryers are provided. Also of course: rinsing utensils/dish towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/shower bath. Guests arriving by car have a private parking space right in front of the entrance. Notice: actually the studio is not available on Wednesdays, (arrival Wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school holidays. Note: With the exception of Thuringian school holidays and public holidays, the studio will not be available on Wednesdays from 4 PM to 6 PM. If your stay includes a Wednesday, you will receive a delicious breakfast as a small compensation. Just let me know your preferred day before arrival.

Dear potential guests, Whether in transit, for a short break or for longer - our apartment is quickly accessible and a good place to relax in the evening - on the balcony with a view or in front of the blazing fire in the fireplace. The sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable, so you can sleep well in two rooms. In the village, there is a nice outdoor pool and good gastronomy - surrounded by a lot of forest. We stayed with Daniela for an extended WE. Communication with her was absolutely friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out are impeccable by the code box. Since we were passing through, the direct parking lot at the house is very pleasant. The cottage is absolutely clean and everything was perfectly prepared. We were equally positively surprised by the nearby restaurant on the campsite,which can be reached on a short walk through the woods. So a completely successful stopover. Many thanks to the landlords...

Special charm of a former children's holiday resort from the GDR era with many references to the well-known and thoroughly proven vehicle technology, which had its focus in Eisenach. The facility is in tip-top shape, clean, simple and practical. A wonderful place for a slightly longer stay. Relax and enjoy beautiful evenings by the campfire and a starting point for many activities in the Thuringian Forest. Not to be forgotten is the world-famous city of Eisenach with Bach and Luther House. Not to forget the famous Wartburg, which can be reached by hiking.

Manuela is super friendly, charming. The place was clean, the bedding smelled of perfume, as did the towels. The apartment was warm and could be easily ventilated. It has a bedroom and living room separate from the kitchen, which is very comfortable.Check-in and check-out are simple The downside is that there were some spiders, although that's the price to pay for so many beautiful plants around, and on the other hand, it would have been nice to find some tea or coffee bags as a welcome. It's absolutely recommended.
