Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Barcelonès

Wir waren schon mehrmals in Finns Apartment und fühlen uns dort absolut wohl. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, man kann sich wirklich wie zuhause fühlen. Uns gefällt die Lage im Stadtviertel Sagrada Familia, es gibt alles was man braucht in nächster Umgebung - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bars. Und wenn man in einen anderen Stadtteil möchte gibt es perfekte Anbindungen mit dem Bus oder der Metro. Nicht zuletzt ist Finn ein super freundlicher Gastgeber, der sich sofort um die Anliegen der Gäste kümmert. Danke Finn, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Le logement est parfait tout est là. C'est propre c' est beau. Il a une carte pour vous aidez à vous diriger . Au pied de l appartement il y a le bus de visite de Barcelone. Le parking est super accessible de l appartement. Pour le trouver on nous a accompagné. L'appartement est très calme très sécurisé. Si cela était possible je mettrais 10 étoiles. Merci pour ce beau séjour.

Departamento ubicado en una zona tranquila, cerca de la sagrada familia, con cercanía al metro y a restaurantes. El alojamiento es muy cómodo, amplio, con todo lo necesario para pasar unas lindas vacaciones.Nos recibió Alfonso, una persona muy amable y atenta.

Kedves lakás, szép terasszal. Tökéletesen megfelelt a célnak. Pár perces sétára a Sagradatól.

The room was clean and comfortable. Juan Luis was very nice when we arrived. He also accomppanied us to closest grocery store to pick up some food as we arrived quite late and hungry. Area was nice and it was not too packed of tourists as it was not so close to the main tourist area but it was still very easy to walk everywhere.

O Alessandro nós recebeu muito bem. Nos deu dicas ótimas de restaurante e respondia prontamente as nossas mensagens. O apartamento é perfeito para ficarem até 4 pessoas. Nós arredores existem várias patisseries e mercados, atendendo perfeitamente.

Lovely apartment and even more lovely hosts. We were feeling very fortunate to have found such a cozy apartment in the wonderful neighborhood of Sants. We wanted to feel like locals, and that's exactly what we got. The apartment is cozy and quiet, the street is idyllic, and the locals are friendly and warm. Nearby to several lovely grocery stores and restaurants, the walkable neighborhood is just perfect. We met Sam and he was just the most lovely man, he immediately removed air fresheners for me when I mentioned that I was sensitive to them, and did not like them. They were always available to answer questions and were very warm and personable.

Great spot right near Les Corts metro. Loved that it was not very touristy but super close to the metro. There were two elevators, everything was clean. Lots of grocery options and restaurants nearby. The staff at the front desk were incredible and so nice to our family. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for 4 days, Jaume was really helpful in providing a binder filled with recommendations, maps & bus and train routes, and taxi numbers to get around in Barcelona! We loved the outdoor terrance. The neighborhood feels very safe and peaceful, a lot nearby cafes and restaurants, and even an outdoor & indoor shopping mall! It’s also a short walk from the bus stop and the train stations.

One of my favourite airbnbs i have stayed at! Myself and my family thoroughly enjoyed our time at this lovely spot. Has a pool, lots of different sofas and areas to relax in. Quiet , peaceful and overall just the right place to have a relaxing trip- only about an hour away to Barcelona by train!! This house is perfect for a family holiday! Ingrid was incredible, she gave us all the info that we needed, and was always very quick to respond to any questions that I had - gave us great recommendations for beaches, restaurants, towns etc! Truly a SUPER HOST! ❤️ There was one bad review left from a guy that claimed to have been attacked by a wild boar at the house (absolutely impossible - the house has very high fences.) & dogs barking at night? (also false - we heard a couple barks during the day but when you’re sleeping inside at night you cannot hear anything even with the windows open) If you are wondering whether you should book - ignore his review and read mine instead - trust me

Het huis is ruimtelijk en comfortabel. Er is een heerlijk zwembad met ligstoelen om te relaxen. Op het terras met overkapping kan je gebruikmaken van de grote BBQ en heerlijk tafelen met familie en vrienden. Als er iets is, dan reageert Angie snel en worden eventuele aandachtspunten snel opgepakt. Al met al een heerlijke tijd gehad in het huis!

View from the balcony is stunning in the evening and early morning. Worth the rental just for the view and having a quiet setting after a busy in day in Barcelona.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Ricardo, qui a pris le temps de nous donner des informations utiles. Le logement est très agréable, nous nous y sommes sentis bien. On reviendra sans hésiter, de part l'accueil et le logement.

Hem estat molt a gust. La casa està súper equipada i l'Anna és una gran amfitriona.

Our stay at Josep’s place was exceptional. We spent a month there in April with our 19-month-old daughter and our dog, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The house is beautifully decorated and looks even better in person than in the photos. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, which made our stay especially comfortable. The outdoor space and barbecue grill were perfect for spending time together as a family. Our daughter loved the kids’ toys provided for the backyard, and our dog was just as happy—there’s a dog park nearby and a dog-friendly beach within walking distance. The location overall was ideal: just a five-minute walk to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores, and about ten minutes to the beach. From our very first interaction, Josep was warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond with thoughtful recommendations and outstanding hospitality throughout our stay. If you're considering a stay here, don’t hesitate—you won’t regret it!

Nous avons passés un magnifique séjour à La Perla. Voyager avec un bébé n’est pas toujours facile mais Samir a fait en sorte que ce premier séjour en famille soit exceptionnel. La maison est située en pleine nature et c’est parfait pour pouvoir se ressourcer et se reposer. Nous recommandons vivement et espérons pouvoir retourner séjourner à la perla au plus vite!

We stayed here as a family—my wife, our 2-year-old child, and I—and everything was just perfect. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed, and more. It was thoughtfully equipped for all types of guests, including families with children. We especially appreciated the presence of toys, which made our little one feel right at home. There was nothing missing, and everything was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Thank you for helping make our trip so enjoyable!

Alejandro is a superb host. Great communicator and the place was as advertised, The video that explains how to get into the residence was wonderfully helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for everything.

Enzo was a great host. He was super responsive and gave great recommendations based on our likes. His place was really clean and provided all the necessities. It was perfect for a group of 5. His place was well situated - it was super close to the Sagrada Família and to a few metro stations, making it easy for us to explore Barcelona.

My 5 day stay in Barcelona could not have been better and this is largely due to this beautiful Air B&B. The views are amazing! Sitting out on the patio for sunrises and sunsets was a daily joy. It is easy to get everywhere from Martin’s place and it is relatively quiet. Both Martin’s were very responsive and kind. I would most definitely stay here again.

Mooi appartement op de begane grond in een goed onderhouden appartementencomplex. Ruime tuin, veel groen en gelijk aan een rustige boulevard en zee. Er is een gezellige strandtent en je kan surfles nemen bij de surfschool naast de strandtent. In de haven zijn veel restaurants te vinden met heerlijk eten en de supermarkt is iets van 10 minuten lopen. Er is een zwembad in de binnentuin waar je baantjes kan zwemmen. Ook is er een tennisbaan maar er zijn helaas geen tennisrackets in de accomodatie. Sitges is een mooie stad, lange boulevard en winkelstraatjes. Ongeveer 15/20 minuten lopen, hetbis een mooie wandeling. We hebben bij bikesitges elektrische fietsen gehuurd. Deze werden gebracht en weer opgehaald, prima service en erg vriendelijke eigenaar.

Nos encanto este lugar, cerca del metro, no tuvimos nungun problema en movernos a donde queriamos visitar incluso visitamos la playa. Super comodo fue todo lo que necesitabamos.

Apartment is in a great location, right on the seafront of Sitges. It’s quite compact inside, but has everything you need, with plenty of cutlery, glasses etc and a bottle of wine which was a nice touch. The balcony is amazing, some comfy sofas, a dining table with chairs, sun loungers and amazing views. Only a 10 minute walk from the train station and walking distance from all bars and restaurants in the town. A great place to stay!

The location for the price is an absolute dream, just minutes to walk to the most beautiful beach and walking path. With bikes and beach chairs/umbrellas at our disposal we were able to explore the area and enjoy the beach, restaurants and parks. The grocery store is just across the street and the bus stop which takes you into Barcelona just steps away. The grounds have a neighborhood pool, restaurant and play ground. Very quiet and family friendly area. The unit is spacious and we loved preparing our meals and enjoying them on the large balcony. The beds and linens were comfortable and there was lots of storage for clothing and suitcases. The kitchen was fully equipped and had the extras like oil, salt and pepper etc. The hosts are very attentive and looked after our every need. Highly recommend!
