Loft holiday rentals in Barcelonès

Barcelona is a huge city. When it comes to staying in the city or choosing a few kilometers outside really paid off. Location was well situated for F1 and we were surprised how much we enjoyed the neighborhood and getting to know the locals. Fixed some great dinners in and the space was quite comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Our host, Jose Luis, was incredibly helpful—his suggestions really enhanced our experience, both in the city and in the local neighborhoods. Thanks to his insights, we were able to explore like locals. Definitely a place worth staying—highly recommended!

We loved our 5 day stay in this apartment. Very accessible by metro, in an area with a wonderful neighborhood feel and excellent restaurants. Avoid the spots on the Carrer de Blai- there are many gems up and down the residential streets (Silvia has some great reccomendations!). The short walk to Salts is worth it for a sunset view over Barcelona.

Comfortable and well-equipped apartment in a perfect location. Most of the places we went were walkable or a direct bus or subway ride. Great communication with host.

Both the apartment and Ash's hosting couldn't have been any better. The apartment is perfectly located in the center of Raval and there are heaps of nice places around. It's super bright and so calm that you forget that you're in the center of Barcelona. Ash is great host and very friendly and accommodating and made our stay extra special!!

Great place to stay for a trip to Barcelona. Really central location and a lot of places are walkable in 30 mins and it's also near two metro stations. The flat is big and spacious and the bedroom is peaceful at night. Light does get in by the glass bathroom door but wasn't an issue for us. There is also a small Juliette balcony which you can stand on but not really sit outside. I would highly recommend this flat for a couple or friends weekend in Barcelona.

Mireya es una súper host! Cuando llegamos fue flexible con el check in. Nos dejó guardar las maletas mientras estaba listo el airbnb. Es un hospedaje 20/10 muy cerca a una plaza de mercado con buenas opciones de comida. Mireya da muy buenas recomendaciones de lugares a visitar y tips para el viaje. Llegamos varios días a las 10:30-11:00PM y fue super seguro. Caminamos dos cuadras de la estación del bus y llegamos rápido

C’est bien la première fois que j’ai envie de mettre 5 étoiles à l’hôtel mais aussi à la propriétaire qui a été la personne la plus accueillante et bienveillante, nous avons été comme enfants avec son merveilleux petit déjeuner ! Pour parler de l’habitation c’est vraiment quelque chose qui sort de l’ordinaire et des locations habituelles, un bâtiment historique d’époque, avec son beau mobilier et ses magnifiques prestations, nous avons vraiment adorer, nous reviendrons dès que possible, mais cette fois ci à la bonne heure ! José María’s place is a gem! It’s in the lovely neighborhood of El Born, which is so walkable and surrounded with cute shops and restaurants. And while the studio is historic and maintains the original charm, it has been fully renovated for comfort: new kitchen, bathroom, and double-paned windows that keep the noise out (really important in this popular area)! It was very quiet inside the studio. It also has great shutters to keep the light out, which helped us rest. There was a lot of attention to detail to make the stay comfortable, including a Nespresso maker with capsules. José Maria was a great host. We arrived in the morning after an overnight flight and he was waiting for us so we could store our luggage while the cleaning finished. He’s clearly someone who loves what he’s doing and we immediately felt very welcomed. He’s also committed to sustainable tourism. I was sad we only spent 3 nights. Highly recommended!

The loft is in a great location and is quiet. We were successful purchasing a few groceries for preparing breakfast before heading out for the day. Nice to have a washer/dryer combination unit. Admittedly, we struggled knowing how to use the dry-only cycle but we made it work! Thank you for sharing your loft. Barcelona is beautiful with a lot to see and do.

Miriam’s apartment was exactly as pictured. It was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Her check-in instructions were incredibly clear and easy to follow, with helpful photos that removed any guesswork. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made returning after a day of exploring especially refreshing. The location is great, just a short walk to both the beach and the downtown area, with excellent restaurants close by. We stayed during Pride Week in Sitges, but the apartment is in a peaceful part of town and we didn’t hear any noise at all. Communication with Miriam was prompt and smooth throughout. Highly recommend.

What an amazing home, location and owner. Laura was flexible friendly and had the best restaurant tips (we went to ( of the recommendations and they were amazing). Beautiful neighbourhood, safe and easy access to hire bikes or see some of the main attractions of Barcelona. Thanks for all you did to make us feel at home.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in the heart of Gràcia. Everything felt clean, fresh, and newly remodeled. The terrace was a fantastic bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Despite being steps away from great restaurants, bars, and major attractions, the apartment was peaceful and quiet, like a calm retreat from the city. Sara was incredibly helpful and made everything easy. Would absolutely stay here again next time we're in Barcelona!

Mi estancia ha sido corta, me surgió un imprevisto que no podía dejar pasar, por mi circunstancia personal y Maribel me ayudo y facilito las cosas todo lo que estuvo en su mano. Logement très propre, literie et linge de lit de très bonne qualité. Éduard et Mme sont des hôtes très accueillant, serviable et prêt à faire plaisir. De plus nous avons pu échanger en français.

We had such a lovely stay at this AirB&B. it was easily accessible, big enough and at an amazing spot in Barcelona! Frank was so helpful with the AirB&B as well as tips for the neighbourhood. really friendly and quick to response! The AirB&B was shared but it didn't feel like we didn't have privacy! it had a super cute shower on the balcony which could cool you off on a hot summer day. we couldn't have wished for a better location or space for our vacation! really recommend, also if you're travelling for work or if you're a student!! Quiet and serene place. Place was spectacularly clean! There’s utensils, plates and cookware if you need to cook. AC IS AVAILABLE! life saver in times of heat. EDUARD is very responsive to all our questions and direct to his instructions. The area is surrounded by nature and away from the hustle of cities. And there are several outdoor activities that can be done. We commend how clean and fresh the place is!!
