Amazing property! The location was fantastic with a great view towards the estate’s green and pond. The flat was spacious, tastefuly decorated and absolutely pristine. The bedrooms were also very spacious and the beds super comfortable. Only small issue was that the wifi was not available so we had to use our data to watch via the smart tv. Bahiana was lovely when we contacted her and explained there was an issue with the network provider and she requested service, so really not her fault at all. We still enjoyed our night there and would definitely come back. Thank you!

We spend 4 wonderful days in Family. We enjoyed the outdoor days taking advantage of the grill and the activities of the place. We all were delighted with the place, it exceeded expectations. The neighborhood has a beautiful flora and fauna. Lau answered all the questions and inquiries I had, as well as helping us with the instructions and invitations for the family. The house was spotless, tidy and super equipped. Thank you for your trust in us. We look forward to returning!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful, spacious, and artfully decorated home. The high ceilings, wood floors, and natural light made it feel airy and calm. The setting was very peaceful—no traffic noise—and we appreciated the newer appliances and thoughtful design touches. A few practical issues stood out: the toaster didn’t work properly, and there was a rusted honing rod and steak knife in the drawer. While we appreciated the stainless steel pan, the nonstick one was scratched and worn. The white couch was extremely firm, and the bathroom door in the master bedroom wouldn’t stay closed. Still, these were minor things in the grand scheme, and we’re confident the owners can address them easily. With a few updates, this place could be truly exceptional. We’d gladly come back to enjoy its charm, quiet, and natural light again.

Maria and her co-host Felix were very dedicated to making sure everything went very well. We went to spend 3 days just for the end of the year. Everything was impeccable, the pool, the gazebo and the whole house are functional and very well maintained. Thank you for everything!

Ana Laura and Marcelo are very warm, kind and very attentive. The house is beautiful! The only negative thing was that the water pump broke and we were without water for almost a whole day and several days that it was cut off at quite inconvenient times. The main shower leaks water and that was also something uncomfortable so we ended up using another bathroom. Other than that, excellent place and hosts!

Great accommodation and value for money. It is a few blocks from where the center begins and the house has all the necessary amenities for 5 people to spend the days you want and enjoy San Pedro tranquil. Everything was sparkling: floors, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, garage and rooms. The super equipped kitchen with everything you need for the day to day. In the block there is butchery, greenery, kiosk, pantries and everything you need on a daily basis. The only thing we would improve is the mattress of the double bed because it looks like it is already old and uncomfortable. It's very blandito and sinks. Everything else was barbaric. Finally, Franco is always very attentive and predisposed to any query so very grateful to him.

We felt very comfortable, the fifth was what we were looking for, super equipped, spacious and clean. We would return again. Tincho provided us with all the necessary support to make the stay as pleasant as possible.

Romina’s house is absolutely STUNNING! Super clean and the location is great for a little getaway. Romi is an awesome host, who responded super quick to all our enquiries and was always willing to help. She was extremely welcoming and me and my friends instantly felt at home. The house is exactly what’s being shown in the photos and backyard is a hidden gem! Thanks Romi again for your hospitality, well definitely come back :) 10000% recommended!

Everything is okay

This is a great location to stay in Pilar area.Apt is well equipped. Security in main gate. Garage / parking is covered and free. Nicolas is a responsive host. Easy self check in.

Everything was very good, the apartment had everything you needed, the place was very nice, the mattress, sheets and quilts were excellent. The shower water was hot, there was no hair dryer and some soap, but the rest was very good. We were very comfortable and the area is close to the river station and the fruit port. There is a bar on the corner for breakfast. Two cold-heat splits. We would come back!

Thank you for hosting me. The depto has everything you need to spend a few days! The place is very quiet and there is quick access to highway, routes and shopping centers. Patricia is super attentive and flexible with my check-in that was a disaster. I would definitely come back.
