Holiday rentals in Banus Vallarta

Staying at Lady's place I have never felt more safe travelling Mexico.The rooms are located inside a well-secured "compound" (for lack of a better word),complete with security cameras.The room itself was literally spotless with crisp linens and quality bed.I use my laptop for work and she has an internet I never heard of,but it was blazing fast and not one single outtage.There were plenty of restaurants including a BBQ chicken place half a block,with an Oxxo convenience store a block away.Same street as the Oxxo you find several produce markets and food vendors lining the street.Lady was an excellent host with genuinely nice staff.,I can't say enough good things I will definitely be back!!!

Nos gustó mucho, tiene televisión e internet y un buen aire acondicionado, una plancha para la ropa, además de agua caliente. Cumplió totalmente su función y sin duda muy acogedor. Cualquier cosa que necesitamos el host nos ayudó personalmente🙏🏻

Our stay at Casa Los Señadores was absolutely perfect! From the moment we booked, our host was incredibly welcoming, always responsive, and provided fantastic local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. The property itself is truly a hidden gem. While the photos online were lovely, they honestly don't do justice to how beautiful the home and especially the pool are in person – it was even more gorgeous than we imagined! We spent countless hours relaxing by the stunning pool. The location was also a huge plus. We loved the friendly neighborhood vibe; it made us feel right at home and very comfortable. Any questions we had throughout our stay were met with a perfect and quick resolution from our host, demonstrating their genuine commitment to ensuring a fantastic guest experience. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. We can't wait to come back!

Todo muy bien, agusto al principio me pareció un poco lejos de todo pero luego cuando te acostumbras y sales te das cuenta que tiene varias vías de acceso, los anfitriones siempre al pendiente, definitivamente volvería!!

PROS: - Super fast WIFI and reliable with no drops!!! This is very important because I work from home. - Super friendly neighborhood - Private security feels nice - Air conditioner for those super hot days - Pool near by to exercise and relax - Great communication by the host - House has EVERYTHING you could need to live alone or as a couple. CONS - based on a previous review i went to the pizza shop near by (formaggios) and their pizza was tasty but the robbed both one of my gringo neighbors and myself on 2 different occasions. If you speak spanish natively you probably will not have a problem. But for gringos like myself, the special of the day says 150 pesos but when the bill comes they will say 350 pesos. When i asked why they said "welcome to mexico" and got really aggressive. I recorder their behavior and man threatened me. They did something similar to my canadian neighbor. That was my only bad experience here, not the house, just the pizza man. Besides, there is cheaper and delicious tacos by the "mercado ixtapa" if you get hungry

Nos sentimos como en casa, el alojamiento es precioso y muy limpio, con utensilios básicos para limpieza y uso cotidiano, lo que facilitó la estadía. La zona es ideal para salir a caminar por la tarde y encuentras muchas opciones para comer, además de tiendas de conveniencia. El Roof fue definitivamente uno de nuestros lugares favoritos. La comunicación con la anfitriona fue excelente, amable y pronta. Volveremos pronto, sin duda.
