Holiday rentals with a patio in Bantul Regency

The unit is comfortable and clean. The strategic location around there are many restaurants, cafes, angkringan & minimart. So it's very easy if you want to walk to find breakfast. Close to several coffee shops. It's just that there are some things that are old to be less comfortable to use. Outside of the thing in that everything was ok. Although the apartment is old but the unit has been renovated & the cleanliness is very well maintained. A variety of items are provided for guest needs and are quite complete. The atmosphere inside & outside of the apartment was very comfortable. The host is also very helpful and responsive. No difficulties during our stay here. Maybe next time will stay here again.

There was a slight misunderstanding when we arrived because the apartment had not been cleaned. But when we contacted Rahmat he ensured that the apartment was cleaned immediately while we went out for dinner. This is a great space for families: there is one bedroom with a large bed and another with two twin beds. The air conditioning works well, and the kitchen has basic cookware, plates, cups, etc. available. We did not use the swimming pool, but we loved the mountain views. There are many places to eat and convenience stores nearby. This is a good value: I would certainly stay here again.

My family and I absolutely loved staying here. The area is spacious and suitable for family vacation. The location is also easy to find and plenty of eateries around.

I had a fantastic month here and was very glad of the choice. The apartment has nice views of the city, convenient motorbike parking, is close to loads of restaurants/warungs/cafes, is nice and spacious, is cleaned well and felt like home. I'll definitely look for it again if I'm back in town!

The place is very comfortable I brought 3 families the place is comfortable children" love it because the outside can run around. The first impression when entering is comfortable like a rmah all the water heaters are very okee, the experience of a place like this is usually a waterheater there is a clock or the heat is too hot. this is until the westafel is just warm water the air conditioning works well. just a lack of parking only because you can't park in front of the inn, and you have to pay for 20k parking because the car is left in the office in front of the inn worthit if you want to use a motorbike. i'm hesitant to stay because everything is perfec

At first we stayed just one night in Jogja but it was extended to two nights and we still stayed at Pak Jami's villa because his house felt like home. when checking out there was item left behind, Pak Jami immediately informed us and wanted to help send it to our address. If we go to Jogja again, Pak Jami's villa will be our first choice. Highly recommended host. if you want a vacation to Jogja, Pak Jami's villa is the right choice.

Spend 3 nights in Raditya's apartment and it was amazing. The room is clean and fully equipped, if you are lucky you can see the mountain view from the patio. Definitely worth the price.
