Holiday rentals with beach access in Bang Saphan District

Kenneth is an amzing host. Generous and accommodating. The place is as amazing as it is in the pictures. Literally a 30 second walk to a very secluded and quiet beach. Absolutely stunning. There are many restaurants nearby. You can walk to them on the beach. anywhere from 5-20 minutes by walk. There's also a small supermarket and 7-11 about 10-min drive away. Lotus is about 30 minutes away along the main highway. The wifi speed was fine 80 % of the time. Around 50 upload and download. The router is a bit far so to use the internet in the bedrooms, we used our own wifi extender, which helped. There are many stray dogs around, but are all harmless. We fed them lots as they looked very very malnourished and hungry. There's also a cat that walks around the villa. Beautiful colours. She hung out with us every day and slept on the couch outside as we worked on the patio. She loves drinking milk. This is our favourite place by far in Thailand and we will return.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and much bigger in real life than what it looks in the photos. The other 2 villas in the block weren’t taken so we had the pool, whole space and beach to ourselves. The pool was so much fun and views onto the beach were amazing. The beach is very long, perfect for a stroll although there aren’t any bars or restaurants as far as we walked. Ying was lovely as well. Thank you for everything 🙏🏼

Our third visit to this amazing place was nothing short of spectacular. Each stay just gets better & better! The location is unbeatable, and it’s incredibly welcoming for our pet, which is a huge plus. The host is fantastic, always communicating promptly and ensuring everything is perfect - thanks a bunch for the delicious dragon fruit! The accommodations are pristine, beautifully decorated, and super comfortable, making it feel like our second home. We can’t wait for our next getaway here. We spent a month in this apartment and were very happy with our choice. The apartment with balcony and roof terrace is exactly as it looks in the photos. Communication with Kenneth was great. He provided us with a driver for arriving from the airport in Bangkok, who took us very reliably to Surin Beach and back. The bed was a bit too hard for me and I hardly said it, I already got a topper. The site is super well maintained. We rented a Saleng (a scooter with sidecar) from Kenneth, with which we could drive to the village about 10 minutes away. There are many restaurants, shopping and massages to choose from. However, there are also two restaurants very close to the beach. We will be back.

Perfect stay! The spacious villa just steps from our private beach exceeded expectations. With a clean pool and peaceful location away from tourist crowds, it was amazing. While the furnishings aren't the newest, the villa provided outstanding comfort. The layout was perfect for our family - our children could stay independently upstairs while we had our private space on the ground floor - what more could you ask for? :-) The highlight was Miss BB, wonderful staff member. She took care of everything - cleaning, cooking, laundry, advice, and even gave us gifts - we'll miss her dearly! This was the perfect escape from busy Thailand. We experienced authentic fishing village life, rode tuk-tuks, enjoyed local food, markets and festivals, explored nearby national parks, and loved the local hospitality. Special thanks to Nicki for arranging perfect accommodation, airport transfers, and car rental. A fantastic experience for our whole family.

Lovely quiet spot on a simple stretch of beach. The area is quite safe and the expats in the area seem to be largely Swedish retirees. There is a quaint national park adjacent to the community.

We have enjoyed 3 weeks in Yvonne's house Naam Thai 3. Together with children and grandchildren, we really enjoyed the house with a wonderful pool that was used extensively. (The pool attendant has been an asset and should be commended) Yvonne has been perfect as a landlord and reachable when needed, but on site Phia service takes care of everything with praise. The house has everything you need and is in a private environment, dogs are of course also in Huay Yang but just close the gate and they are kept outside. The first grandchildren said when they saw the house and the pool: it was worth the 14 hour trip. Huay yang is a cozy fishing village with everything you need, from food to massages and beaches, always smiling people. We hope to come back . Peter

House was wonderfully located directly on a quiet beach. So from the garden on the beach. On the terrace/garden was a small hot tub which is nice with small children. House was equipped with all kinds of cooking utensils etc. However, it is useful if you want to cook for yourself. This has also been done a lot. Restaurants were all closed after a few. No season. And what was open did not give the Thai quality we are used to. As a wife of the family, a good Thai cook, we are of course also spoiled. Is a destination where it is nice if you are equipped with a car. The moped is nice but a car is desired for visiting restaurants/markets/somewhat larger place for Makro/Lotus. You also have the opportunity to explore the area some worthwhile if you want to go outside the tourist trails. There is so much more than Bangkok etc. All in all, for a “falang ” resident of Thailand with his family, this was another part of Thailand which we explored what was good from this beach house

The host was very friendly and accommodate to our check in time. They are attentive and recommend nearby food to us. The stay was clean, exactly as described and comfortable. The view is nice. Highly recommended.

Cosy and quiet place. Perfect to relax and recover. After arriving we just felt like at home. The house is well maintained and got everything we needed during our stay The kids loved the pool and the nearby beach. .

This is a really beautiful location and area. The neighbourhood is very quiet and friendly. The host is very kind and very easy to communicate with. The only thing we didn’t like about the property was the fact that it is right opposite the security guard box and so there is a security personnel always in front of property. Good for safety but not so much for privacy. However this was only a small issue for us and it would not stop us from returning at all. Many thanks to host for sharing your lovely home with us and hope to return.

The villa is very nicely located and is guaranteed to be fun. We really enjoyed being there as a family. The reception and Nadia are very friendly and quick to respond. All in all, we were very please. There are 2 things we need to mention: 1) We couldn't use the kitchen because it didn't have electricity. We shared this with Nadia, but somehow there was a misunderstanding. When we checked out, we learned from the receptionist that the kitchen was forgotten to unlock for us. That was a shame, because we could not prepare our breakfast meal and had to change. 2) the plate floor throughout the house was not very clean. The feet were dirty very quickly. You've also seen this well in the backlight. But we absolutely recommend the place. It is a very nice house and the surroundings/beach is beautiful. We had a great time.
