Holiday rentals with a patio in Bang Kapi

Staying at Ling’s place was absolutely amazing. Ling was a very responsive host even if we messaged her late at night she was still able to give us our requests. The directions for the place were very clear and Ling even helped us out with directions to the places we needed to go to. As someone who nitpicks the cleanliness of a place, Ling’s place absolutely met my standards. We always mop the floor before settling in and it was spotless! All in all, the experience with Ling’s place was amazing.

We love and enjoy this booking so much. It is the very wonderful condominium and building. Absolutely we would choose it again when back to Bankok again in the future!

the host was very nice and helpful. they were always fast to respons, if we had any questions. on our about 1.5 week stay they had our airbnb cleaned and brouchg fresh towels. we thought that was a great addition. all in all it was great experience and i would book again with them.

짧은 기간 방콕을 여행하게 되었습니다. 에까마이역(BTS)에서 5분거리의 콘도로 위치, 가격, 시설 등 만족도가 높았습니다. 무엇보다 집주인과 소통(문의/답변)이 워낙 빨라서 불편함 없이 지낼 수 있었습니다. 특히 32층 수영장(인피니티풀)은 낮에도 밤에도 뷰가 정말 좋았습니다. 다시 방문한다면 또 이 숙소 예약을 할 것 같아요.

Nice apartment, nice building with good gym and swimming pool.

Das Appartement hat eine gute Lage. Nahe BTS und MRT Stationen und man kommt in der Stadt damit überall schnell hin. Zum Shopping Terminal 21 ca. 5 min zu laufen. Der Pool ist sauber, aber ohne Bar oder irgendwas und man eine gute Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend für vier Personen und man trotzdem noch genügend Platz. Es ist alles da, allerdings gibt es so viele Restaurants und Nightlife in der Gegend, da kocht sowieso niemand. Vor der Tür ist ein schönes ruhiges Café mit einem sehr guten Frühstück. Dio Soi 12 Cafe. Sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!!

love the decor, very authentic thai furnishing, the space is huge with a big living room for everyone to chill together. definitely fits any families who needs 3 bedrooms. perfect for group of friends too. P is always responsive and helpful and you cant ask for a better host than him. thanks!

We had the absolute pleasure of staying in Nym’s wonderful apartment in the heart of Bangkok’s Old Town for almost a week — and we can truly say this is the best place to stay in the city! The apartment is spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Everything is thoughtfully arranged, and the beautiful design made us feel at home right away. It’s a peaceful and charming oasis in the middle of vibrant Bangkok. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Nym herself. She is the kindest and most helpful host we’ve ever met on Airbnb. Her valuable advice and local tips helped us make the most of our time in Bangkok. And when we accidentally left some valuable items behind, she immediately helped us and sent them via express delivery — we are beyond grateful! Nym, you are the best host on all of Airbnb! This is a great private villa if you’re looking for a quiet place to chill. There isn’t much around the place but a 7-11 about 400 meter away. I would highly recommend this place if you like to be away from the crowd and appreciate the peaceful atmosphere.

Great location for exploring Bangkok as it close to all the shopping areas and eateries. The house is clean and well maintained. It has lots of space to spread out.

The place is really as per the pictures, it’s very well located near BTS but also near the Sathon Pier, which is super convenient to move on the river. All in all, a great stay!

Es hat alles prima geklappt. Sehr gute Beschreibung um vom Zug, Haltestelle, AOK, in die Wohnung zu gelangen. Die Wohnung könnte etwas suchen und Überarbeitung vertragen, alles in allem aber völlig in Ordnung. Die Küche könnte ein wenig sortierter sein. Der Pool ist richtig gut, gerade nach einem anstrengenden Tag in der Stadt. WLAN funktioniert und die Waschmaschine erfüllt ihren Dienst. Der Gastgeber ist schnell zu erreichen und behebt kleinere Mängel sofort. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen, sie ist ruhig, gut gelegen und für zwei Leute ausreichend groß , jederzeit gerne wieder.
