Very friendly and great hospitality. The team arranged nice thai local food for us at a very affordable cost. I bumped into some inconvenience issues and troublesome matter, the owner of the properties didnt hesitate to assist me on my problems and standout for justice. Had a wonderful stay and great experience

别墅房间大，泳池棒，房东亲自来接待，有问必答，还帮忙推荐了吃的玩的，离周末夜市很近，别墅旁边有地铁站，超市便利店都有，不想点外卖自己煮饭厨具也都应有尽有

First of all: beautiful house. Even better in real life than in pictures. Clean, spacious, everything you need. Just perfect. The pool is incredible, perfect for a cool down. Bedrooms are spacious, bathrooms are clean, AC’s everywhere to cool the house in no time. Surroundings feel really secure. There are three security gates to arrive at the house. For example: at arrival the keys were just hanging by the door. Perfect! We would recommend to hire a car. Once you get used to it, traffic is less daunting than we thought it would be. We drove downtown (in half an hour) to see the reclining Buddha. There are cheap parkings with lots of space right in the neighborhood. If you don’t like to drive you can always take the public transport. There is a large shopping mall, just a 15 min drive away to buy groceries, street food… And then the host, Tanyanat: Friendly, kind and very helpful all the way. Unbelievably quick in responses. Very happy with her as our host.

I had an amazing experience staying at this place. It is clean, spacious, well-maintained, and private. It is perfect for staying with friends or family to enjoy the large space with ample parking available for cars. The host, K. Harriet was very helpful and responsive, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. I highly recommend this place to everyone, it’s definitely worth the price :)

We stayed here for a stopover in BKK with our two daughters (5 and 3). It was the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the megacity in this green oasis. The place is very peaceful, and everyone is incredibly relaxed, helpful and welcoming. An absolute recommendation for families!

Beautiful, clean property in a plush area. As mentioned in the listing, the house is in the same premises as the host’s house. We were a family with 2 kids and the kids had a wonderful time in the garden (with swing) and the pool with a slide. They have two pet tortoise and the kids were elated to see and feed them. The garden area is well maintained and extremely beautiful with a private sitout to have coffee and watch the kids play. The apartment is quite spacious and bright with glass window panes on all sides - lots of sunlight coming in; and the host has provided blinds in case you want privacy. However drawing and lowering so many blinds is a task :D Everything is well thought of, including a well stocked kitchen. The location is few minutes away from Chatuchak by Grab. It’s a haven from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok city!

Nice and clean. Little far from city area but still relatively accessible to a train station. Overall, a great place to stay!

Homely residence with classic furnishings and nice surroundings. Well-suited for the requirements of my 4-person family. Quiet neighbourhood. Close to Tao Poon MRT stop (about 5 mins via shortcut) and Don Mueng airport (about 30 mins by car). Great value for the price. Responsive host and easy to communicate. Overall a very positive experience.

Mr Sirichai is a professor at Bangkok University and has his own photography studio. Here you can often meet many artists who are his friends and students. I reckon he is quite familiar with Bangkok, and can always arrange vehicles, tour guides, shopping, dining and massages for me. It is said that courses in latte art, photography and indigo will be provided in the future. That is what I really looking forward to come again.

Near golf course and big size

Truly felt like home, host was very responsive and helped us alot. The place was really beautiful and the vibes are unmatched. Very good spacious rooms which can accommodate 6 person easily bathroom was big enough and the dinning room was also very big. Kitchen was fully quipped was utensils and things loved the place.

Love this cozy house very much! It looks exactly like what was in the photos, so cozy within a quite neighbourhood. The location is good, walkable to 711 and there are lots of nice restaurants located on the street just outside the house. During the stay we faced issues with the facilities in the house but the host is very responsive on resolving all of them. Would love to come back again!

This house was exactly what we needed for a larger group (4 adults and one child). The house is modern and very well equipped and decorated. it features three full large bedrooms, each equipped with its own bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and fully functional if you want to do your own cooking. There is also a separate living room with a foldout bed which can function as an additional bed room. The House is located in a very peaceful and private community, but it's still just a 30-40 minute drive to Bangkok. There is also a lot to do in the local Nakhon Pathom area. There are lots of beautiful temples, a water market as well as a zoo. We stayed one week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitively come back.

Great place, peaceful surrounding, near to tourist spots and spacious especially for family. A very good host; KC was a friendly host and super responsive! Will definitely come back to this place

Проживали в этом прекрасном доме. Очень все понравилось. Большой 2х этажный дом. Шикарный вид на реку и мост. Можно гулять по набережной. В 5 минутах пешком находится большой магазин. Ps На первой этаже дома много камер, для кого это важно , имейте ввиду. И, в объявление указано , что есть кухня , она есть , но к сожалению готовить нельзя. Рекомендую к проживанию этот дом.

Always the best place to stay…. Stayed there about 1 year, very very kind hearted host. Always responded for anything we needed. The house is so peaceful surrounded with nature, and what more we can say, they were like a family when we had a medical emergency, helped us around, and been very flexible, hard to find people like them nowadays.…. And again came back to the same place, will come and stay again in the future! Note: There is a review by a person named Loris, I’m sure it’s must be a big miscommunication with the host….impossible they behave that way….felt want to express my opinion after i had read the review!

It was a great stay - house is located slightly outside of the city, but is easily reachable on a taxi. House itself was great - much better then on photos, huge bedrooms and living room. Great grill/shabu area - menu set provided by staff was delicious and reasonably priced. Personal garden outside is super peaceful, canal is quite cinematic as well. Only thing - buy all food you need before getting there - closest 7/11 is about 10 minutes by car. Overall great place to leave a city for a few days in case you don't want to go anywhere far.
