Very good place for very good price. Although the place was compact, all electronics worked surprisingly well. Wifi, washing machine, and warm water, all worked better than in any other condo I rented before. Big malls are also nearby, about 10 minutes with grab. Cozy place, not too loud enviornment outside while still accessible. The only negative thing worthy of mentioning is there were sometimes rats in the garbage room (not in the condo), and during the nights you could hear something moving on the inside of the roofs, likely the rats. If this would bother you as a potential guest, I suggest double-checking with the host if the rat situation has improved. Despite the rats and the roof sounds, this place was still overall a great 5/5 from me.

This was an amazing place. I stayed here for a retreat since it was my girlfriend's birthday month, and it did not disappoint. It was in the middle of downtown Sukhumvit (Phrom Phong area), so you already know it's in the heart of all the action and buzz. I usually stay in Sukhumvit 33, so I'm already familiar with the area. The apartment was beautiful -- stylish, modern and minimalistic. We adored the Japanese influenced bathroom complete with an wooden onsen tub. Plenty of space, with the living room great for chilling or even working. There's a desk in the bedroom too to do some work. Very functional kitchen as well -- fully equipped and stocked. I managed to make a multi-coursed steak dinner for my girlfriend, and we even some more meals. Niki was also a super friendly and responsive host, she honestly made me feel like a friend, and were her employees, like Auntie Toy. Honestly, this place is amazing, and the best way to say it is I'm awaiting my next stay already.

It is situated near BTS Khu Khot, 5 mins walk. Nearby amenities - small mall next to BTS with Tops, Watson, bakery, restaurants and on condo property there's hair salon, pharmacy, massage, optical shop. 7-11, KFC, 24hr laundromat and more eatries in PTT station next to condo. You can get fresh produce at Makro which is a 10min walk. If you like staying just outside of Bangkok, this is the place. It takes about 45mins by BTS to Sukhumvit area. Lady host is super responsive to messages and very helpful with any issues you may face. Room is equipped with wifi, full kitchen, washer for short or long stay. Glad to stay with a superhost.

This stay was a gem! The apartment itself is fantastic—great AC, stunning views, and the in-unit laundry was a lifesaver. What truly sets this stay apart are the personal touches. Stella was incredibly responsive to messages and provided excellent local recommendations, complete with hand-drawn maps that made exploring a breeze. A Perfect Stay in Bangkok! This loft was an absolute gem—spotless and beautifully designed with incredible attention to detail. The linens smelled amazing, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—honestly one of the best I’ve ever slept in. The highlight? Three terraces offering stunning panoramic views of the city—morning coffee and evening sunsets were unforgettable. Karol and Kay were outstanding hosts—responsive, thoughtful, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable with everything you need for long-term stay. The place is unbelievably quiet and the common area is a beautiful garden with swimming pool. Being able to swim and go to a small gym or study room is a plus. There is also a clean water machine in the laundry room. Would definitely recommend for people staying at the Thammasat University.

Wonderful location with lots of charm. Had the feel of historic Thailand with modern amenities. It's located in a secure gated community, so you'll need to use a taxi for getting around (too far to walk to the BTS). However, that's what you get when you want a truly quiet, peaceful experience. Sitting on the porch poolside you can hear the sounds of nature and unwind. Definitely would return!
