Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Baltic Sea

This is our second time staying at Maxim’s — the first for almost 2 months, and now again for another three. The apartment is clean, cozy, and well-suited for long stays. The kitchen has everything you might need — from an oven and dishwasher to plenty of pots and pans. We especially enjoyed having tea on the balcony — there are two, both with comfy chairs, which makes it extra cozy. The lawn in the yard is always neat and freshly mown, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. The area is calm and safe. A beautiful, tidy forest just a short walk away. It’s only 5 minutes to the sea — perfect for daily walks. Public transport (both bus and train) is just a few minutes away on foot, and there’s a store nearby for groceries. Maxim is a great host — always easy to reach and helpful if anything comes up. Highly recommend this place for anyone who enjoys quiet, nature, and comfort.

Perfect location- in the Old Town but quiet for sleeping. Spacious and clean, with super comfy bed and sofa. Would definitely stay here again. The hosts were super responsive and clear with instructions. Highly recommend it.

the flat has a great location. Nearby you have shops, supermarket, a shopping center, training station and bus station; In addition to this you are 5 minutes walk from Old Riga, the heart of Riga. The flat has got everything and the beds are very confy. Windows at the ceiling. As the host has said in the flat description there are 5 floors and no lift. The stars are quite tiring, but no a problem for me really. The host was super kind and the infos fast and clear.

Great location, very walkable into the city centre but peaceful location with a few local bars and restaurants. We'll equipped apartment and nice roof terrace.

아파트는 헬싱키 중심부에서 걸어서 이동 가능한 곳에 있습니다. 트램을 타면 더 빨리 이동할 수 있지만 헬싱키 거리를 구경하며 걷는 즐거움 또한 좋았습니다. 아파트 외부 경치는 정말 아름답습니다. 해변이 가까이 있어 일몰을 바라보는 기쁨이 있습니다. 아파트 내부는 쾌적했고, 생활에 필요한 모든 용품을 갖추어 훌륭했습니다. 특히 리클라이너 소파와 커피머신의 도움을 많이 받았습니다. 하루의 여행을 끝낸 저녁에는 침실의 암막 커튼과 안락한 침대 덕분에 푹 잘 수 있었습니다. 넓은 화장실과 사우나, 테라스에서 완벽한 휴식을 누렸습니다. 나의 집같은 편안함을 느끼며 머물 수 있는 아름다운 숙소입니다. 기꺼이 추천합니다.

Very comfortable apartment right in the city centre. Everything was very easily accessible on foot. If needed, public transport was also just around the corner. The apartment was clean, well equipped and really quiet, so we slept perfectly. Great experience! We would book with Bob W any time again!

Zimmer sehr sauber und genau wie beschrieben. Schmales, aber bequemes Bett. Zwei kleine Kritikpunkte: ein Adapter für die Steckdose wäre schön gewesen. Außerdem ist das Klientel um den Bahnhof herum als Frau etwas unangenehm

Me and my wife and child really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was centrally located so it had easy access to public transportation. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping in the surrounding areas. There was a lot of parks to enjoy. It was also very child friendly as it provided a highchair and crib. We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Our host, Kim, was absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful. His instructions for check-in, check-out, and everything in between were crystal clear, making our arrival and departure seamless. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic – just a 2-3 minute walk to a bus stop and a 10-minute walk to the metro, making it very easy to explore the city. Kim went above and beyond as a host. He graciously welcomed us with a variety of candies, which was a lovely touch, and the fridge was stocked with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. He was also incredibly flexible, allowing us an early check-in and a late check-out, which we greatly appreciated. We truly enjoyed our 3-day stay with our wife and kid. Highly recommend this Airbnb and Kim as a host!

Great central location tucked away from the main street, but close to cafes, the metro and convenience stores. Beautiful home with all the amenities we needed as a family of five. Peaceful surroundings but families with young children will need to be mindful of noise from the pre-7am garbage bin clearance and the 8am church bell from across the street. We were early risers so it was less of an issue and we enjoyed a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend.

Absolutely brilliant flat with great attention to detail. Felt right home after checking in. Small things like Google enabled Marshall speaker; coffee machine, some sweets etc makes such a huge difference. Will definitely visit again

We stayed three nights in this lovely and simple apartment in Riga, and it was a great experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and very reasonably priced. It’s located in a nice neighborhood at just the right distance from the city center — close enough to reach everything easily, but far enough to enjoy a quieter atmosphere. One of the highlights was a fantastic hipster bar just around the corner, serving excellent craft beer and delicious pizza. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Riga!

We feel so lucky! The accommodation was perfect! The apt was very clean, cosy and well equipped, we had everything. I appreciate Pjotrs directions step by step where to find the key. Also the location is very convenient, very safe and quiet. Right across the street there is Nepali restaurant, also famous ice-cream by Molberts. Afterall there was almost no need to use a bus cause a lot of stuff we found in the walking distance. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you Pjotrs!

Pleasant and quiet courtyard next to the garage with a bench is a nice place to have a cup of tea.

It's a very nice place to stay at plus it's located in a peaceful surrounding. Only few minutes away from the beach and the park.
