House holiday rentals in Balqa Governorate

We rented this farmhouse with a pool for our daughter’s 17th birthday. It was the perfect place to celebrate with friend and have a memorable sleepover. The views were incredible. The bathrooms were big and classy. The air conditioning worked well. The beds were comfortable and the design of the interior was classy and modern. The owner was a huge help directly us to his home and the haris was kind as well. The kids did not want to leave and are begging to come back and stay again.

Beautiful villa, private and perfect to host a birthday party! Looks even better in person. Nour and the team were extremely responsive and available even with our late check in time. Quick to answer any questions. 11/10 would stay here again.

Me and my friends were coming home for the holidays and decided to book this place to get together. We had a great time there, and enjoyed the place. Samer was very professional and responsive for whatever we needed during our stay. We plan to come back here next year.

Najwan and Alex were really easy to communicate with was useful for checking in, organising meals, tips on good places to swim and sorting out minor issues. Alex is an amazing chef and we really enjoyed the meals he cooked for us (request in advance). Dining overlooking the Dead sea at sunset was perfect to welcome us to the villa. We loved having it to ourselves, the bedrooms were fab and well appointed with comfy beds and nice touches such as a selection of coffee/tea, decent wifi, poolside speaker: pools were lovely! There was a shaded bit to park our hire car under (guard opens/closes the security gate 24/7). An odd quirk was occasionally early in the morning the gardener switches the water supply from the villa to the garden, we were up early (6am) to head to Petra (3.5hr drive) so were a bit surprised; warn Alex if you need it left on for an early shower. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would def recommend the villa and especially Alex's cooking; thank you so much!

مكان جميل للسترخاء وقضاء اوقات ممتعه مع العائله والأطفال. بعيدآ عن ضوضاء وإزدحام المدينه . بالقرب من السلط ومن ويرقا . أقرب مكان للتسوق البسيط في منطقةيرقه حوالي ٧ دقائق بالسيارة . المكان مكون من صالة الجلوس واسعة وذو إطلالة جميلة ومطبخ صغير مع ثلاجه و ٣ غرف نوم وحمام حديث . ثم من خلال درج تنزل إلى الطابق السفلي وستجد ساحة خاصة بالسكن يوجد بها مسبح جميل يتدرج عمقه من حوالي ٧٠سم إلى ٢م تقريبآ ( ارجو الحذر بعدم ترك الأطفال وحدهم بالمسبح ) . ويوجد العاب اطفال ومطبخ متكامل ومنطقة شواء ومنطقة جلوس . تشطيب المكان ممتاز من سيراميك وأبواب ودورات مياه وارضيات مع الاهتمام ووضع الكثير من الأشياء التي توفر الراحه والاحتفال مع العائله . الشي الذي لم يناسبني كثيرآ هو وقت الخروج . كان الساعة التاسعة صباحا ولاكن بالمقابل يسمح لك الدخول الساعة العاشرة صباحا . ولاكن قد يكون هذا التوقيت مناسب للكثير ولاكن بالنسبه لي انا افضل ان يكون الدخول الساعة الواحده والخروج الثانية عشر ظهرآ . بالنهاية كان المكان يستحق القيمه المدفوعه به وشكرآ لاصحاب المكان ولطفهم

This villa was lovely. Beautifully stocked and really clean. Haitham was fantastic: immediately communicative and helped out when we lost the address late one night. He could not have been more helpful. The area is a drive from restaurants and the Dead Sea itself but it is in a town that takes you away from the major tourist areas, which is often really needed. That means that it has some roads etc that are less developed but there are plenty of routes that are. There are local shops though. Definitely recommend, especially if you are in need of getting away from it all.
