The house is very clean and comfortable. It’s well equipped with essentials like iron, hair dryer, towel and even multiple prayer mats. The kitchen is clean and comes with a fridge and washing machine. The bedsheets and towels were clean and had a pleasant scent. The toilet was also super clean. Highly recommended!

Great place to have a staycation with family. Walkable to Watsons, restaurants. Quiet and peaceful surrounding as it's near to royal residence.

Comfortable home with 4 bedrooms. Bedrooms were spacious and well equipped. Two bathrooms were outside the rooms, while the last one has a bathroom inside. Ample beds, mattresses, seating and eating spaces available for everyone. The games table were a nice touch to the home. Very clean and comfy home and can cater to many guests. Overall comfortable, very clean and well equipped home that was comfortable. Do note that 2 bathrooms require stepping up 2 or 3 steps up, so it might not be accessible for elderlies or those who are wheelchair bound. Would reco this place with big fams. Compound able to park 2 cars with automated gate. Also plus point, kitchen has new sponges prepared and big dustbin. The toilet also had body wash prepared which was rly nice.

Really recommended the homestay! Very private, clean and also the rate is very cheap for a house with 4bedroom with 4bathroom. Even during public holiday the price is still affordable. To Kuantan city only takes around 15minutes by car. Very satisfiedd!!

I always stay around Balok area when I come over to Kuantan. Because my fishing spots are close by at the beach. I also like the nasi dagang here. One of the best in town. Besides, I like to stay in kampung areas, it reminiscents of my younger days in the kampung. The guest house is very comfortable, spacious, with all the amenities working perfectly. It is also convenient for parking and carrying things into the house.

The place is exactly what the images from the site show. I have no complains about staying in this place. I like the location as it is near several eateries and a mosque. Enjoyed my stay there. The host was nice to let me check in one hour early and check out one hour late.

The check in process was smooth and hassle-free. The studio was clean, well-maintained, and came with all the amenities I needed including Netflix, which was a nice touch. Everything was conveniently provided within the room. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and easy stay!

Very clean, cozy and comfortable place to stay. The unit is well maintained and nicely decorated - Minimalist design. The unit is kept tidy and in very clean condition. Bed is huge and comfortable to sleep on. Bella is paying great attention to details. The air condition and fan were switched on to make sure the room is cool and cozy for us during checking in. Besides that, there are lots of boardgame prepared and we enjoyed so much. She also prepared so many complimentary tidbits. Recommended!!!

Nice place which is close to beach and water activities. The condo has min water park which is nice for kids to swim and have fun . Host is very cooperative and helpful. Will visit again when I come to Kuntan . Thanks again .

We had a fantastic stay at Sharmila’s place! The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had a beautiful sea view that we enjoyed every day. Sharmila was an exceptional host—very responsive and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She even went out of her way to help us book the tennis court on very short notice, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a relaxing and well-hosted getaway!

Wij verbleven er 3 nachten met een gezin met 3 tieners. We genoten van het prachtige zwembad en het strand. Een uitstap naar Kuantan is zeker ook de moeite waard. Mooi centrum met een leuke avondmarkt.

Die Unterkunft ist toll es fehlt an nichts. Die Unterkunft liegt in Strandnähe. Es war ein sehr angenehmer aufenthalt und kann es nur weiterempfhlen.
