Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ballenstedt

We were 4 adults and 4 children in the house and had a great stay. In Thale and the surrounding area, you can do a lot and the Bodetal is within walking distance of the house. The house is superbly equipped, has a beautiful garden and is simply charming and cozy. The host makes a personal reception and check-in, everything was very straightforward. Please note that a tourist tax must be paid to the city of Thale on site. In any case, we were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back.

Communication and check-in went smoothly! Sabine and Maik were always available and very helpful. The accommodation is - as in the photos - beautiful and has everything you need for a weekend in the Harz.

Great and super friendly hostess! The house was very clean and nicely decorated! We felt very comfortable! The location is great, because on the one hand it is nice and quiet, but at the same time you are within walking distance of the enchanting city center of Quedlinburg. The place is highly recommended!

The house looks exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything was very clean and modernly furnished. Everything you need is in the kitchen. We will be happy to come back.

We had rented for over a weekend as a couple with Uwe. The place is really special and combines design and feel-good feeling in one. We always felt well taken care of and will be happy to come back again in the summer – to the pool season! Uwe is an excellent and extremely friendly host and the accommodation is a wonderful gem.

It was just great, dear Maren! Even with 6 people and a baby, we had enough space in your house, especially the super-equipped kitchen and the terraces we liked very much. We highly recommend your house.

We had three nights with a group of 10 and all participants were able to spend a relaxed time well accommodated. The view and the beautiful garden with child-friendly equipment were wonderful.

A very cozy little house. We were mainly there for motorcycling, but you could always end the evening well in the seating area or on the comfortable sofa.

We had a very nice stay in Sankt Andreasberg. The apartment looks like in the photos and was very clean. The kitchen was also well equipped, it had everything you need. You can tell that effort has been made with the decor, everything looks very stylish and the quality of the decor has also been taken care of. If there is a problem, Ulrike responds very quickly, and we have also received an extensive list of activities in the area in advance. We will be happy to come back!

A beautifully furnished accommodation with a breathtaking view. The environment is very quiet and invites you to relax and slow down. Hiking trails are located directly in the immediate vicinity and we also received great tips for a mountain lake and waterfalls nearby. We found the communication to be very warm and personable. There are also many activities that can be enjoyed nearby. And I really liked the weekend!

However, those who need strict rest in the evening and want to have windows open should know that the apartment is located on a main street. Not too much traffic, but still traffic. Very loving accommodation in an idyllic location. Great communication with the host and lots of useful information for restaurants and excursion destinations. We were on holiday for the first time with our 4-month-old daughter and wanted something quiet. We had landed a real hit with this accommodation. There was a travel bed and high chair. A washing machine was also available and the baby clothes could dry on the balcony in bright sunshine. It was just a nice stay all around

We were there for a hiking weekend and felt very comfortable. That was a nice example of the fact that a basement does not necessarily have to have a cellar atmosphere. It was very cozy, the rooms were optimally divided and everything we needed was there. The contact was very friendly and uncomplicated. We'd love to come back!

We were in Sabine and Hartmut's accommodation in mid-June, the parking lot was large enough, the communication in advance was great and the key collection is very flexible in the key boxes of the apartment management. The apartment is quietly located in a side street in Braunlage, you can quickly reach the city center and have some nice restaurants and a nice park. Good starting point for excursions in the Harz. The apartment had everything you need, was very clean and everything was also very quiet. We would recommend the apartment to anyone who wants to spend a holiday a little secluded from the main street noise in Braunlage. Best wishes, Nick and Isabel

We have now been to the Harz Butze for the second time and it was great as expected. I like it when apartments have a certain charm & decorative elements and not everything looks sterile. A special plus is of course the sauna, ☺️ especially when you come from hiking and it is a bit cooler, super pleasant. The kitchen is well equipped and if you don't want to cook, La Capri is a very good restaurant recommendation. Overall, a little dream 🥰

Very friendly and helpful host. It made you feel right at home. The apartment is lovingly furnished and you have everything you need there. My dog was also welcome and was also lovingly received. It was really hard for me yesterday to go home after the four nights. We'll definitely come back, I promise!

Olivia is a great hostess. We found their apartment exactly as it was described. It is lovingly decorated and very comfortable. Everything you need in a vacation apartment to feel comfortable is there. In addition, Olivia provides her guests with care products, some basic foodstuffs, if a purchase was not possible, and a delicious 🍷 wine. We can fully recommend the apartment, a free parking space is available and the residential area is totally quiet and relaxing. After our hikes in the nearby area, we were able to sleep like a log. We spent a week in Olivia's apartment and could have stayed longer. It was our first visit to Bad Sachsa and certainly not the last. A good infrastructure ensures a comfortable stay. We would love to come back and thank 🙏 Olivia for the wonderful stay. 🤩👍🏼

We spent a few nice days in Goslar with our friends and 2 young children. The place was super nice, perfect for our needs and left nothing to be desired. All communication and handling was friendly and straightforward. If we travel to the region again, we would immediately choose this apartment again.

The apartment has a unique view of the hills and mountains directly behind the house, a perfect starting point for the first round around the village. EVERYTHING is tip-top clean, plus very cozy. We were two couples in the apartment, which was great in terms of space. Communication with the landlord is very friendly, reliable and accommodating. We felt very comfortable!

My husband and I found Karin's accommodation simply cozy and felt at home! So we could enjoy our evening in the accommodation in the rain. The location was great for hiking right away. Down the mountain and you can take the cable car to the Wurmberg. Restaurants and small cafés are within walking distance. Despite the bad weather, we had a nice time and would be happy to come back to the "Stadtflucht".

The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the train station. This is an apartment building. Nevertheless, almost nothing is heard from the railway operation. The city center can be reached very quickly on foot. Parking was possible directly in front of the house. The facility is very modern and functional. Everything was very clean and smelled good. You can easily stay here for a few days!
