Holiday rentals with lake access in Ballan-Miré

Thierry welcomed us with local cheese and homemade marmalade. He showed us around the basement and cave houses near the rental location. The space was spotless, and the place was great. Thanks Thierry!

Nathalie and Richard received us with great care; they are people who are very attentive to our comfort and very available. The location is exceptional. Out of sight and noise, a terrace, a courtyard flooded with greenery and a large garden are at your disposal in the middle of the city. The accommodation is fully equipped, nothing is missing and impeccably clean. I recommend it +++

Amazing location and beautiful surroundings! The house was spotless, super spacious, and full of furniture. We absolutely loved the fireplace: it made for the perfect cozy hangouts with friends. Alain and Clémentine were awesome co-hosts, super friendly and gave us great tips for hidden gem restaurants. Super easy to get to, and the perfect base for exploring all the nearby château!

We had a very good stay in your cottage in the middle of nature. You feel good there and the setting is relaxing. The spa overlooking the cows, excellent!

There is not enough room to write the review we would like to say about the host, their family, or this place. We literally felt like we were staying with family. In all my years staying at an Air B n B we have never stayed at a place where the host was as nice and helpful as this place. The country side setting and close proximity to the city of Tours was perfect. We can’t wait to try and return to this lovely place someday.

We had a great stay at Benoit's cottage. The setting is ideal, beautiful and relaxing. Gilbert welcomed us very well and gave us good advice. A site as beautiful and pleasant as this makes us want to come back!

I stayed at Géraldine's as part of a professional training and everything went perfectly. The apartment is very nice and comfortable, exactly as described. The instructions were clear from the start, and the exchanges with Géraldine were simple, fluid and friendly. The neighborhood is quiet, ideal for resting after a day of work. We are also a stone's throw from the Galerie des Deux Lions, which offers dining and relaxation. Perfect for recovering from a day of studying! I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a relaxing setting, well located and conducive to concentration.

Alexandre's studio is exactly as advertised and meets our expectations. Pleasant, functional, quiet street and neighborhood, easy access and easy free parking in the street. Perfect for our 2-day stopover to go to Beauval Zoo. We recommend

We had a great week-long stay at this listing. Special mentions for the welcome which was warm, the impeccable cleanliness of the accommodation but also the calm of the residence which is really conducive to relaxation. We couldn't try the pool because it wasn't open but we'll be sure to book again to enjoy it! You can go there without a second thought. Thanks again to Dominique for allowing us to make this stay a pleasant one.

Group of 6 for a weekend, we had a pleasant time in the rental even though we stayed mainly for sleeping. The upper floor remains temperature sensitive, but an air conditioning was waiting for us upon arrival to keep the rooms cool. The retro consoles have been well appreciated to take some people back into their childhood. For those who wanted, some board games were also available. Hosts were always quick to answer questions and needs, either before or during the stay. Feel free to test.

Very nice apartment, located close to a lake and along the Loire, tram station just in front and parking available. It's in the middle of the city, but we had no issues at all. Laurette is very nice and offers plenty of activities/ restaurants around Tours!

apart from the fact that we had sunshine during our entire week of vacation this cottage is really very pleasant, comfortable and exotic with all these animals. Isabelle and Véronique are very discreet but always available. go there with your eyes closed. it is a little corner of paradise in nature.

We spent a very relaxing week, exploring the Loire Valley during the day, taking a swim in the afternoon and enjoying a barbecue in the evening. It was a very good place for us to slow down… You will have a regular and enjoyable visitor though - Sandra’s friendly black cat likes to come over.

Paul and Irini are wonderful hosts. The property is special and they have created a space that is beautifully decorated. The cottage has been renovated to the time period and also has all of the modern amenities for comfort. Paul is very attentive to detail and offered amazing recommendations for restaurants as well as suggestions for visiting the many beautiful Chateaus. We were sad to leave and will definitely stay again when we go back to the Loire Valley. Amboise is a picturesque town with great food and shopping. There are activities for everyone! The property has lovely gardens and the terraces are private and beautiful.

We had a lovely stay in this Balzacian cottage that has a lot of charm (artist's house). Dominique is very friendly and attentive. We would totally recommend this beautiful house that allows you to discover this charming area.
