Perfect for a family vacation! The place is just great in every sense. The views are amazing, the house is well maintained and has everything you need. The host is really friendly and communication is easy and clear. One of the best AirBnb’s I have rented. Will come back!

The villa was exactly how it looked like in the pictures, which made us very happy! The hosts were friendly and helpful. It was easy to find and the area felt safe. I would reccommend this villa for 6-8 people since the 5th bedroom was underground and I myself would have not wanted to stay in that bedroom. I reccommend having your own car like we did, for driving easily to nearby villages, since the villa is quite far from everything. We liked the area, but there is not much nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The house was exactly as pictured - clean, modern, and bright. The pool and deck were beautiful and we spent many evenings just enjoying that space. The neighborhood is quiet and you are a very short drive from the town and the beach. It’s a great spot to do day trips from as well. There is also a large supermarket right nearby which was great to have. It was hard for us to leave and we definitely recommend this house!

Helio’s home is top notch—spacious, elegant, and perfectly located. The pool was a daily highlight, and every corner of the house was crafted with care. We enjoyed every minute as a family—sunny breakfasts, lazy swims, and cozy evenings. Thank you, Helio, for an unforgettable experience!

Sandra is a super host, communication was very easy, the check-in and checkout was done very efficiently. We are a group of 6-7 golfers that have stayed within the Praia Del’Rey resort for a number of years and Sandra’s villa one of the best, if not the best, we have stayed-in throughout the years - immaculately clean, spacious rooms with plenty of of bathrooms and nice garden with swimming pool (plus useful pool and garden furniture). Highly recommended - value for money is second to none,

This place was absolutely fantastic for our family holiday. The place was extremely well equipped, modern & clean. The house is beautiful. The host was very responsive in recommendations for places to eat and beaches etc.

Es waren tolle, entspannte Tage im Iron Loft. Die Unterkunft ist top ausgestattet, die sonnige Dachterrasse und der Pool sind das Highlight. Die Lage ist ruhig in dem kleinen Örtchen, bedeutet jedoch auch, dass man ohne Auto weder hin noch wegkommt. Ruben war freundlich, zuvorkommend und unkompliziert.

Paikka oli idyylinen ja rauhallinen. Sopi erittäin hyvin kahdelle aikuiselle ja kahdelle koiralle. Aita ympäröi kaunista pihaa ja asunto oli ihanan persoonallinen. Takassa poltettiin puita joka ilta, koska illat oli viileät ja se toi ihanan tunnelman. Carlos oli ihan super kun toi meille puita lisää kun takkapuut loppuivat. Kuvat vastasivat asuntoa ja pihaa hyvin. Hinta-laatusuhde oli hyvä.

La maison est conforme aux photos, propre et très bien équipée. Elle est très bien placée, à 5 mn à pied du centre d’Obidos. Le mari d’Amanda nous a gentiment accueilli et Amanda a été très réactive à nos questions. Elle a aussi était très arrangeante pour notre départ. Obidos est bien situé pour visiter la région (Nazaré, Peniche, les monastères et couvent classés). Le village médiéval d’Obidos est superbe.

A casa estava impecável e era muito confortável. Sentimo-nos em casa. A zona era calma. Está bem localizada, muito perto de Peniche e da Lourinhã, onde estavam os locais que pretendíamos visitar. A anfitriã disponibilizou-se sempre e respondeu muito prontamente a todas as questões. Gratificou-nos ainda com um miminho delicioso: uma caixinha de bolos. Foi uma maravilha e recomendo! Quando quiser voltar a esta zona vou me lembrar da Moana House!

Great condo within walking distance of Los Tubos beach and in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked and clothes washer worked well.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Óbidos. I have been visiting the area for over 30 years but this was the first time staying within the city walls. Maria's home is spacious, well equipped and very charming. Everything we needed was easily at hand and we felt very comfortable. We would heartily recommend this home to anyone, but it is important to understand the difficulties of accessing Óbidos by car. We would certainly stay again.

Had a great stay at Jakobs Place. Cosy house with scenic view. Good communication. Well equipped kitchen.

La maison est magnifique. Bien décorée et très bien placée avec un parking gratuit tout près et proche des plages et restaurants. Nous y reviendrons certainement!

El proceso de entrada al alojamiento se demoró más de lo previsto. El resto en general fue bien, amplio salón y cocina anexa muy cómoda, al igual que las camas. La wifi funcionaba muy bien y con 3 baños en la casa todo era más práctico cuando el grupo es numeroso. El garaje es pequeño y apenas cabe un coche compacto.

Vi hade en jättebra upplevelse av boendet. Det var modernt, hade allt vi behövde och ett välutrustat kök. Huset har flertalet balkonger och en fantastisk altan som ligger i lä, vilket är skönt då det blåser mycket på stranden ibland. Vi fick snabbt hjälp från Nuno när vi behövde det och även tips på restauranger. Boendet ligger i ett lugnt bostadsområde och det enda vi har att anmärka på (som nog är detsamma vart man än bor) är att det är mycket hundar i området och de skäller mycket. Är man rädd för hundar eller har barn kan det vara bra att veta men som sagt är det nog så på de flesta platser. Allt var jättebra och vi hade inte kunnat önska oss ett bättre boende för vår resa till Peniche. Tack!

The home was very comfortable and beautiful. I felt very inspired by the meticulous attention to detail that was placed into all corners of the apartment. The high windows, high ceilings, and mesanine kind of bedroom were very beautiful.

If you are looking for the perfect place for your next surf or beach vacation, this charming, newly renovated apartment is the place to be. Beautiful beaches and the picturesque village of Baleal are only a short walk away. Tanny is a lovely host and has done a wonderful job in furnishing the place very stylish and tasteful. We (family of four) were warmly welcomed and felt right at home. We wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else on our next visit to the Peniche area and can highly recommend AguaDoce.

Sehr großes Haus mit privatem Pool und wirklich riesiger Dachterrasse. Wir waren nur zu zweit hier, es gibt Betten für 6 Personen und 2 Badezimmer. Für das Auto gibt es eine Garage, auch genügend Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Zum Surfen: nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Baleal und Supertubos ist noch näher. Danke an Celia für die schöne Zeit!

Very cozy and beautiful apartment close to the beach and to many surf rentals. The house was clean, easy to access and with a dedicated parking area just in front of It. A Little and Sunny terrace was a plus in our stay. Thank you Rafael!

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist sehr nah am Strand gelegen und von der Dachterrasse hat man einen tollen Ausblick. Quiteria war immer zu erreichen und es war ein flexibler Check In möglich. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt, wir kommen bad wieder ☺️
