Bruno was a great host. His place was beautifully located with spectacular view. Close to everything, but far enough to enjoy the tranquility of the area. Genuinely enjoyed our stay, loved Foz do Arelho. We would definitely recommend to friends and family. Gorgeous beach, perfect for all to enjoy.

Claire and James are the definition of perfect hosts. Extremely helpful, nice and welcoming. They made us feel right at home. It is a very nice living space, complete with all necessary amenities, plus hot showers, an extra large bed and a well-equipped kitchen - and the wall mounted smart TV was most welcome! This was our favourite place we have stayed. Our dog's too!

We loved our stay in Peniche! It was handy having parking available and the place was perfect for a few days to explore the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Agnete’s cozy and beautiful apartment! The space was impeccably clean and felt brand new (bed, dishes, towels), with everything we needed to feel at home. The kitchen was well equipped, allowing us to enjoy a few delicious home-cooked dinners outside at the lovely table while soaking in the sunshine. Agnete was an exceptional host, providing us with fantastic restaurant recommendations and always being super responsive whenever we had questions. The location is perfect—just a short, pleasant walk to the beach. Thank you for such a delightful stay! We would love to return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

We really enjoyed our week with Tomas and his mother. The very nice apartment has a fantastic view of the sea and what used the terrace every day. The super clean, extensive and very very quiet beach is just a jump away on foot. We liked the apartment very much and would be happy to come back.

Very clean, super close to the beach, very comfortable

I honestly can’t say enough about Jessica and the accommodations. I had to book very last minute for a family emergency. Jessica was extremely kind and helpful going above and beyond with an extremely flexible check-in and without hesitation for an extra couple hours. The building is clean, comfortable and easy to find. I loved the location (I am very familiar with the area) for several reasons.. the stunning views of the patio of Baleal, the proximity to some great cafes and bakery and shops and the bridge to the right where you find beautiful swans and in the water to ducks to feed.. make sure you have bread! All the appliances and the TV were easy to use and worked perfectly. The bedroom is extremely clesn and comfortable. Plenty of hot water ( not always the case in Europe but just in general, Jessica is amazing to deal with. Thank you Jessica I would never hesitate to stay here and I highly recommend it!

We had a great stay at Rosa’s lovely place. It’s in a perfect location, just a short walk from the beach. The terrace was a nice bonus. Parking was easy on the street nearby, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We can definitely recommend it!

Patricia from Best Houses was a great host and made our ‘on the road’ check in simple and easy. The house is clean, tidy and well appointed with parking out the front. Located in the condos a few minutes drive from town it was quiet being the shoulder season. Normally we would stay somewhere walkable to cafes and restaurants but on this occasion the quieter location worked well for us. Be a great set-up for a big family holiday!

Jose & his family's small studio is a 3-minute walk from the beach. The surf school, which Ricardo Enkel runs with José, is located on the same property as the studio. The surf school "trusters stocked club" is also highly recommended. The studio corresponds to the photos, is very practical and was very clean. José and his family were always easy to reach, very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were flexible in terms of time. Thank you very much for that. I'll be back!

I stayed one month at Rute's place, working remotely in daytime and surfing mornings/evenings. It was a great stay and had everything I needed - big table to work on in a large living-room, very comfy bed, fully-stocked kitchen, fast wifi, small balcony to dry the wetsuit etc. Also it is a very smart/modern apartment with a big shared pool to chill as well (accessed strangely through a large underground car-park). The walk to the beach is 10 mins max. and I could leave my key in the outside lock-box when I was in the sea. One tip for longer term stays - the local grocery shops are insanely expensive given the captive audience and although I didn't have a car, I could get a Bolt to a large and good value supermarket in Peniche at the start of the trip (5 EUR each way). Rute was a fantastic host, helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend and would stay again.

We loved staying here! New, clean apartment with a beautiful view. We felt like we were at home. The balcony is well sized, blocks wind & has a beautiful view of the sand dunes & ocean. 5-10 minute walk to the beach & a few beach bars / restaurants. Well located to get to Baleal & Ferrel (15-20 minute walk) & a short uber into Peniche. Easy check in, good communication with host. Plenty of room to unpack & hang or store clothes, shoes, etc. Pots, pans, cutlery to cook. Everything was ideal except the mattress - it’s thin & doesn’t feel suited for how wonderful the flat is. But still, would stay again! Thank you!

in terms of communication, the amenities and the location... simply fantastic for me as a surfer. has everything you need, very good surf spots right outside the front door after relaxing in the hot tub on the roof terrace. surrounded by fine restaurants, just amazing :) is definitely worth it!

Lovely, bright and fully equipped apartment in a good location between Penice and Baleal, right on the beach. Host Sara was very friendly and helpful. Would love to come back here again!

It was a great stay, extremely clean space, close to a supermarket and relatively close to the beach by car. Great Jacuzzi for relaxing.

Overall beautiful home, well equipped and very clean. Margarida was nice and always answered our calls when we needed her help. The smaller double bed and the couch were nor very comfortable. The power went out every time the drier and toaster were on at the same time. Otherwise we enjoyed the house very much.

Great apartment next to the beach, with everything we need to have a peaceful vacation. Prezo always a development with a garage place like this. Rodrigo is an excellent person, he goes in contact during the holidays to question whether we are well and with suggestions for the stay. I recommend it

It was a week of well spent vacation, where we had everything we needed in the apartment (utensils/services/machines) as communicated to us by Mr. Luis. In the vicinity there are excellent places of gastronomy with good price/quality ratio. The place is quiet and with good access both for walking and to discover new destinations by car.
