Very nice place with all the necessities we need and small touches like coffee, dishwasher pods... ). Very clean, impeccable bedding. Set in a quiet area in the middle of greenery . Christine and Franck are good tips and very responsive. I recommend this cottage!!

Great spot to stay in the Ardeche! The house is clean and well located between Ruoms and labeume - which are both beautiful! There’s also amazing walks and river swimming spots within 5 mins walk. The house is modern and very clean and comfortable. You could not ask for more from an Airbnb host - Cathy was responsive and very pleasant to communicate with

We truly enjoyed our stay, a perfect location to unwind and immerse yourself in nature. It was a nice surprise to find so many animals: a horse, super cute dogs and a cat. The garden is beautiful, you can walk around, go down to the river, enjoy quietness and pure nature all around. The road to the location is also very nice - like a hidden path through nature. It’s definitely a place to come back to, with an amazing energy. Even two nights restore you fully and feels like you stayed much longer than this. Not to mention a stylish and tastefully decorated house. You can find all you need. Amazing both side terraces - to enjoy a morning sun and a sunset.

Kevin et Laetitia’s place is as close to “heaven on earth” as I’ve encountered in a long time! I am looking forward to trying to come back for a longer stay ASAP, it was absolutely incredible and as hosts, they were wonderful to work with. The interior is accommodating and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details and the exterior is a peaceful, divine oasis of comfort and pleasure. The surrounding areas are easy to access and everything was 10/10 wonderful! Merci beaucoup, Kevin & Laetitia!

Our stay with Aline and Gilles was very pleasant. Our hosts were both very friendly and respectful of our privacy. We were able to play ping pong, badminton, pétanque, swim in the pool and take great walks. We also loved the sweet dog Nuts, who has a hidden talent!

I recommend it without hesitating! Incredibly large accommodation, an equally large and beautiful exterior! What a joy to have been able to spend our vacation here, our most beautiful vacation home compared to everything we have rented in the past! We had a great night at Simone's place. It went very well. The neighborhood is quiet, which is very appreciable, and we were able to enjoy the pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of wandering the streets of Montélimar. The apartment was clean, functional and well-equipped, with everything you need. Simone welcomed us very warmly. We recommend it without hesitation!

Great stay with friends or small and large children had a great time! Very beautiful spaces, charm and taste! We could easily have stayed there the whole stay, we feel so good in this house! Very nice and safe pool for children, we enjoyed it 😃😃

The stay was enchanting. The house is very pleasant to live in and everything has been well thought out. Nicolas is a remarkable host for his kindness, attentiveness and responsiveness (heaven is in the details, ;-) delicious croissants for breakfast were dropped off one morning by Nicolas). The pool is very nice and a peaceful environment allows you to spend nice moments there. Many activities are within a reasonable distance by car.
