Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Balatonfenyves

Wir haben Judit und Sandor als wundervolle Gastgeber kennen gelernt. Die Kommunikation war stets herzlich, so dass die Google-Übersetzung nicht gestört hat. Neben der mit viel Liebe fürs Detail eingerichteten Wohnung, wurden wir mit Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt. Ebenso stand als Gastgeschenk eine Flasche Wein und Wasser für uns bereit. Die Wohnung verfügte über eine Klimaanlage, die wir kostenpflichtig nutzen konnten und die uns die heißen Tage ebenfalls versüßt haben. Die Wohnung war nur wenige Schritte vom Badestrand des Balaton entfernt. Es gab im Ort einen Supermarkt und Restaurants. Da wir in der Nachsaison vor Ort waren, war der Badestrand kostenfrei. Ein Ausflug zum Südstrand mit der Fähre sowie die Seehöhle in Tapolca sind unserer Ansicht nach sehr empfehlenswert. Wir sprechen eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung für unsere herzlichen Gastgeber aus und bedanken uns für den angenehmen Aufenthalt. VIELEN DANK!!!

Great little house in perfect location in the center of the Balaton-felvidék, Berta was kind, responsive and proactive. She got us tools that we needed and answered to all of our questions. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful holiday at Szilvia's place. The house was easy to find. It is located in a very peaceful neighbourhood and has a lovely view of the hill. I really enjoyed sitting on the terrace having a coffee or glass of wine. The house had everything we needed for our stay, everything looked as expected and as advertised. Everything was clean and tidy. Szilvia was very friendly, sympathetic and caring. She prepared a list of recommendations of things to do and places to go in the surrounding area which was very nice and helpful. We visited a few places she recommended and were delighted. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a great time at Balaton. I hope to come back here one day!

Cudowny, czysty i przestronny apartament. Taras przed domem, trawnik i widok na winnicę i jezioro wspaniały. W kuchni wszystko co potrzebne łącznie ze zmywarką. Gospodarze bardzo przyjaźni i szybko odpowiadają na wszystkie pytania. Dziękujemy, to był cudowny pobyt!

A házban minden megtalálható, amire csak szükség lehet, még tágasabb mint a képeken. Tavaszi idő ellenére váratlan hideget fogtunk ki, a többféle fűtési lehetőségnek hála, így is nagyon komfortos volt.:) a kilátás gyönyörű és a házhoz feljutás is jó minőségű utakon biztosított. Szilvi nagyon kedves és rugalmas, köszönjük szépen , hogy itt lehettünk :)

Két babával és egy négy évessel érkeztünk többen. Jól éreztük magunkat a jó ízléssel felújított nyaralóban. Minden volt, tényleg otthonos. :)

I have nothing but praise for Anett's property and her exceptional hosting. The area is a peaceful village by beautiful Lake Balaton, surrounded by green fields and vineyards. We loved cycling around, hiking to nearby attractions, and spotting wildlife. It was a true experience of tranquility and nature. The vacation home is delightful - beautifully furnished, spacious, and well-equipped. Our family of seven stayed comfortably for ten days. The large balcony overlooks a garden full of fruit trees, adding to the charm. Anett is an outstanding host. Her communication was excellent, and she went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Thoughtful touches like children's games, books, bicycles, and local maps truly elevated our experience. The house had everything we needed and more. It's rare to find such a well-prepared vacation home with so many amenities. In summary, every moment was enjoyable. For us, it was a dream vacation in a perfect setting.

Gorgeous few days right on the water in beautiful Balaton. Very comfortable house and garden right on the lake. We enjoyed wading out in the lake with our child. The lake is very shallow (around 3ft) for over 100 meters so you can walk out very far on the mud/sand. I would definitely recommend renting/bringing Stand Up Paddle Boards or an inflatable boat so that you can get out to where the lake is deeper to swim. At the moment, these are not provided by the host. There had been a recent invasion of buzzing non-biting midges (Chironomidae/greenish insects) along the shores of Lake Balaton but they only really came out just after sunset and were fascinating to watch. Incredibly relaxing to wake up and have coffee on the dock. 5 star stay!

Very good apartment everything likes on the photos.Nice modern furnitures and AC in every room.Very big balcony with a good view and seats to sit down.inside car park space good for the hot weather. location wise very good next to the free beach with swallow water for children, few minutes walk to the restaurants and around 15 minutes to the town centre, supermarkets 5 minutes away. Very good stay I would recommend to everybody.

Wspaniała lokalizacja, w malowniczej, spokojnej i cichej okolicy. Doskonała dla chcących odpocząć od miejskiego zgiełku. Apartament z wyjątkowym wystrojem, czysty, schludny wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy i sprzęty dostępne na miejscu. Gospodarz jest bardzo pozytywną osobą. Wykazał się dużym zaangażowaniem, otwartością, był bardzo pomocny i było można na niego liczyć. Czuliśmy się jak w domu. Polecam każdemu!

Von Anfang an war sie super herzlich, immer erreichbar und hat uns mit großartigen Tipps versorgt – vor allem ihre Restaurantempfehlungen waren echte Volltreffer. Egal, ob wir eine Frage hatten oder etwas gebraucht haben, Viktoria war sofort zur Stelle und hat sich liebevoll um alles gekümmert. An outstanding property! Zoltan is an outstanding host; warm, approachable, highly responsive and super helpful. The apartment is a real gem. It’s imaginatively designed and extremely well appointed including luxury furniture. The air con works and works really well! In bedrooms and lounge/kitchen area. The type of place that really adds value to a holiday. The garden is really beautiful too. A product of care and love over a number of years. Highly recommended

Die Unterkunft von Timi war perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Hévíz. Die Wohnung war super eingerichtet, ausreichend groß für zwei Personen und mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht. Es gab von Timi hilfreiche Broschüren für interessante Unternehmungen und tolle Informationen über die ungarische Küche. Das super Thermalbad und der Bauernmarkt waren in 30 Minuten zu Fuß bequem zu erreichen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! <3

We had a great stay! The place looks exactly like the pictures – clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. The location is fantastic: just a 10-minute walk to the beach, with grocery stores right across the street. Despite being close to a bigger road, the apartment was perfectly quiet, which made it really relaxing. Check-in was super easy, and the host was incredibly kind and communicative – always quick to respond and very helpful. We also really enjoyed the little terrace, perfect for a morning coffee or an evening drink. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Keszthely! The location on Nyárfa utca 29a was quiet and peaceful, yet just a short distance from the lake and town center. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and hope to return again!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft rundum genossen! Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich mit Schokolade und einer Flasche Wein empfangen – eine liebevolle Geste! Die Wohnung selbst war wunderschön, top sauber, sehr gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es hat uns an absolut nichts gefehlt: Von einer Waschmöglichkeit über alle wichtigen Küchenutensilien bis hin zur Kaffeemaschine war alles vorhanden – perfekt ausgestattet. Besonders begeistert waren wir auch vom grossen und bequemen Bett, das für erholsame Nächte sorgte. Die Temperatur in der Wohnung war angenehm, und an besonders warmen Tagen sorgte eine Klimaanlage für Abkühlung. Ein echtes Highlight war die grosse Terrasse. Die Lage der Unterkunft könnte nicht besser sein: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich gleich in der Nähe, ebenso wie ein schöner Stadtpark mit tollen Sportmöglichkeiten. Die Kommunikation mit unseren Gastgebern war jederzeit herzlich, freundlich und absolut zuverlässig.

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, nagyon szép és tiszta a lakás. A szállás nagyon központi helyen van könnyen elérhető minden. Strandok, vendéglátó helyek, sétáló utcák. Ugyanakkor pont elég távol ahhoz, hogy visszahúzódj ha sok már a nyüzsgés.

Jestem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu , wszystko zgodne z opisem , wrażenia przebywając na tarasie są nie do opisania, mieszkanie bardzo czyste i świetnie wyposażone a kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo dobry , odrazu odpowiada na wiadomości. Auto posiadało swoje przypisane miejsce parkingowe więc duży plus , osiedle niezwykle spokojne i ludzie mieszkający na nim bardzo mili. Podsumowując na podstawie własnego doświadczenia zdecydowanie polecam , mieszkanie jest położone w pięknym miejscu , gospodarz bardzo miły, mam nadzieję że jeszcze będę miał okazję tu powrócić.

Apartament jest częścią większego pensjonatu, złożonego z kilku mieszkań. Dzięki temu jest miejsce na bezpieczne przechowanie rowerów, zamknięty parking. Panuje w spokój w jego okolicy. Gospodarze są bardzo życzliwi, szybko odpowiadają na wiadomości. Doceniam również ogromną elastyczność w sprawie godzin zameldowania. Duża ilość zabawek dla dzieci. Sam budynek nie leży nad samym Balatonem (5 minut do plaży, 7 nad samo jezioro), ale dzięki temu jest cicho ponieważ, nie leży na głównej drodze do jeziora. Niedalekie tory nie przeszkadzają w wypoczynku, pociągi są ciche.
