Fantastic place to stay in Baku! If I could give it 6 stars I would. Beautiful apartment, and great location. Elmir is so helpful, friendly and communicative. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Baku.

The apartment was amazing, beautiful and spacious, located 10 minutes walk from the old town and all the restaurants and cafes area! Also, the host Elay was amazing, supporting us during our stay, even organising for us cleaning during our stay. Thank you it was amazing experience in Baku!!!

Dima's apartment is in the city center, a very stylish old house, and you can see that the director loves it.The house is within walking distance to the beach and close to the subway station.Dima is a very responsible host and very caring for guests.I highly recommend everyone coming to Baku to stay here!

Excellent location, clean accommodation, and quick communication with the host. YouTube was not working and he came to help me .. The apartment needs some renovation, especially the bed The building is old, but the apartment is better. There are many shops below the building

The apartment was amazing exactly like the pictures. Very clean and spacious. The location is also great close to the water walking distance to the boulevard and nice streets with restaurants were also around the corner. I would defenitly recommend this apartment :))

I had a fantastic stay! It was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need. Clean pool and peaceful environment was amazing. The caretaker is super humble Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area

This is a very nice house within a few minutes walk of the Caspian Sea. It is clean and comfortable. It can accommodate well a family or group. The internet is strong, the TV has streaming services, hot water is always available, and the washing machine is convenient. The homes in this area do not have street addresses. My group used the car service Bolt and that service worked well. Elshan is an excellent host… very helpful and communicates quickly. Elshan rented this home to us at a very fair price when others were inflating theirs. I recommend this home, especially if you would like to be near the sea.

Zakir is a perfect host to have. Right from the beginning we never felt like we are talking to a stranger. He not only explained the house instructions clearly but also helped us buying groceries on his personal car. House was more than what we saw in the pictures. It was a newly built clean house away from the city and close to the beach. Pool area was super clean with good lighting at night. House 10/10 Host 11/10 for helping us buying groceries. Recommendation a microwave oven in Kitchen will help guests warming their food 😋

Hello, I stayed in this house for a month. It is excellent in terms of access to shopping centers and stores. In terms of peace, it is a very quiet and peaceful place. The neighbors are very kind. The owner of the house was very organized and precise and responded on time. I definitely recommend this place for a stay. Try it once
