Take it easy in a tranquil, kosher, bright 2-room apt. located in the ❤️ of JLM’s German Colony. It’s also my part-time home. On a quiet street, the apt is 40 sq.m, divided on 2 floors. Steps to best coffee shops, nature, bus stops on Emek Refaim, the apt. has a private entrance & free parking on building premises. It’s fully equipped with A/C and all necessities for Shabbat including a water urn and hot plate. There is a queen size comfortable bed + two additional mattresses. Kosher guests only

Baka/Emek Refaim Jerusalem

My place is near the lively German Colony, the center of Jerusalem, and the Old City, but still recessed enough from that area to avoid traffic or other noise of that type. It overlooks a pedestrian/bicycle/jogging park that runs for several kilometers. It is also beside another smaller park. Be aware that it is a walk-up to the fourth floor. The advantage here is that it has great views front and back. The building itself is undistinguished, but the apartment has been renovated completely.

The neighborhood is wonderful ,close to cafés, the "first station", walking promenade, parks, playgrounds, shopping, a variety of local synagogues. 25 minutes scenic walk to the old city and town center, short bus ride to Bethlehem , Israel museum, other tourist attractions.

It has two balconies, which allow for both indoor and outdoor living.

Also 5 min walking from Talpiot-a huge commercial center, you can get there anything you need and go shopping. you can get very easily to the old city for site seeing, still walking distance but transportation is recommended.

This great apartment will be perfect for staying in the most exclusive area on Emek Refaim St. where you can find cafes, restaurants, shops, public transport, supermarkets, etc. Easy access to transport and a good coffee are less than a five minute walk away. On site parking is available upon request and is dependent on availability. Bed set up (2 singles or 1 double)

Lovely small sunny studio (13 m2) in our garden with terrace and private entrance. (with small pretty shower space) Our place is located in a quiet side street, very close to public transport, bank, post office, shops, restaurants, coffee shop, Jerusalem Theater, Khan Theater, city center museums. Also very close (5 minutes walk) to The First Station (Restaurants, performances and shop area). The distance to the old city, 30 minutes walking !

Close to the Talpiot industrial area, the first station, and park Ha'mesila. Near Yedidya Synagogue. There is no safe room in the apartment. There is a shelter in the building. It is possible to check out on motzae'y Shabbat.
